To uncover whether Pushpa succumbs to the dark side, how he handles adversaries, and if he ultimately takes control of the syndicate, one must watch the Pushpa The Rise movie review.
Performances and Characters
Pushpa Raj is portrayed by Allu Arjun in a very remarkable way. He brings a fresh and distinctive approach to the character, effectively connecting with the audience. His dialogue delivery, expressions, and body language—such as his unique style of smoking a beedi, shrugging his shoulders, walking gait, and hand gestures—are meticulously crafted, making his performance compelling. His on-screen chemistry with fellow actors is commendable, and his portrayal adds depth to the narrative. Arjun's performance has garnered critical acclaim, making him a strong contender for several Best Actor awards, including national recognition. Rashmika Mandana's performance as Srivalli is both emotional and authentic. Though her screen time is limited, she makes a significant impact with her portrayal. Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, in the role of Keshava, showcases impressive chemistry with Arjun, adding authenticity to their camaraderie. Fahadh Faasil, portraying Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, leaves a lasting impression despite a brief 26-minute appearance, highlighting his versatility as an actor. The supporting cast, including Sunil, Dhananjaya, Ajay Ghosh, Rao Ramesh, and Anasuya Bharadwaj, contribute effectively to the film's depth and narrative progression.
Direction
Sukumar, known for his work in Telugu cinema, directs Pushpa The Rise Part 1 with delicacy. His previous successes include 100% Love (2011), 1: Nenokkadine (2014), Nannaku Prematho (2016), and Rangasthalam (2018). With this film, he outperforms himself by telling a story that is both original and engaging. Sukumar maintains the film's tone, extracting stellar performances from the cast. The synchronization of cinematography and background score, especially during the climax, is noteworthy. His tight screenplay and brisk editing ensure the narrative remains engaging, capturing the audience's attention throughout.

Story and Screenplay
Written by Sukumar, the story flows seamlessly, maintaining the audience's interest. The robust screenplay aids in character development and effectively links pivotal moments. The scenes are crafted to introduce unexpected twists, keeping viewers engaged and invested in the plot.
Dialogues
Srikanth Vissa's dialogues are impactful and serve as a significant asset to the film. The smooth transitions between scenes and memorable lines enhance the overall viewing experience, resonating with the audience. Some of the popular dialogues are as follows jhukoonga nahin jhukne ka nahin he izzat ka sawaal hai jhukega nahin is duniya se badtar aur kuch bhi nahin hai sahab. is duniya ne aapke haath mein pistol di hai aur mere haath mein kulhaadi, hum sab apni ladai lad rahe hain pushpa naam sunke flower samjhe kya, flower nahin fire hai ye jo brand hai na ye maine apne khud ke dam par banaya hai, ye khoon hi mera brand hai brand ka thappa aadmi ke kapdon mein nahin hota, character mein hota hai
Cinematography
Mirosław Kuba Brożek's cinematography adds to the film's visual appeal. The captivating visuals enhance the emotional depth of the story. Aerial shots are executed with precision, and the use of varied camera angles and movements adds dynamism. The lighting and frame are consistent with the film's concept and tone, keeping the beauty of specific sequences while also making them appealing and significant. The thoughtful use of colors aids in advancing the narrative, effectively showcasing the film's locations and production design.
Editing
Editors Karthika Srinivas R and Ruben deliver a tightly woven edit that imparts a brisk pace to the film. Although the runtime is slightly lengthy, it does not detract from the entertainment value. The clarity achieved through editing ensures the story is easily comprehensible, maintaining narrative coherence.
Choreography
The choreography by Ganesh Acharya, Shoby jaani, Sekhar, and Ganesh is noteworthy. The innovative dance steps are both impressive and engaging, captivating the audience. The dance sequences between Pushpa and Srivalli effectively convey the emotions of the songs. The choreography aligns seamlessly with the songs and the film's overarching theme. The high-energy dance numbers inspire viewers to join in, with diverse camera angles and movements enhancing the visual appeal. The choreography integrates seamlessly into the narrative, with the "Srivalli" song's dance sequences standing out as iconic and memorable.

Production Design
Ramakrishna Sabbani and Monika Nigotre's production design authentically represents the film's settings and locations, aligning with the story's context. The sets and environments are meticulously crafted, creating an immersive atmosphere that complements the film's tone and theme.
Costume Design
Deepali Noor's costume designs effectively reflect Pushpa's personality, occupation, and emotions. The costumes showcase local colors and traditions, enhancing the film's visual appeal and aesthetic. They align with the story's context and the tone of various scenes, illustrating the characters' transformations and development.
Background Score
The film's background score, crafted by Devi Sri Prasad, is both powerful and evocative, enhancing the narrative and the mood of the scenes. It offers audiences a unique viewing experience, with sound effects that distinguish action sequences and emotional drama. The use of natural ambient sounds in the forest scenes lends authenticity to the locations, effectively amplifying the film's emotional depth.
Sound Design
The sound design by Resul Pookutty and Vijay Kumar elevates the impact of action and drama sequences. However, the clarity of dialogues is occasionally compromised. The sound effects in jungle and water scenes feel genuine, and the design seamlessly synchronizes with the film's visuals, introducing a fresh and unique auditory experience.
Music
Devi Sri Prasad's compositions for the film are melodious and captivating, each song bringing a fresh perspective. Notable songs include "Jago Jago Bakre" by Vishal Dadlani, "Srivalli" by Javed Ali, "Oo Bolega Ya Oo Bolega" by Kanika Kapoor, "Saami Saami" by Sunidhi Chauhan, and "Eyy Bidda Ye Mera Adda" by Nakash Aziz. The diverse lineup of male and female singers adds richness to the soundtrack.
Pushpa the rise songs
The lyrics penned by Raqueeb Alam fall short of effectively capturing the essence of the original Telugu songs in Hindi. The translations don't entirely align with the music, indicating a possible gap in understanding the nuances of the Telugu language. This results in lyrics that lack creativity and fail to resonate fully with the audience.
Action
The film's standout feature is its action sequences, showcasing perilous stunts rarely seen in cinema. These extraordinary feats inject vitality into the film, elevating it to a new level and leaving audiences spellbound with goosebumps-inducing moments.
Climax
The conclusion is distinctively designed, providing a unique cinematic experience. It's so well-executed that it provides a glimpse into "Pushpa 2: The Rule," hinting at what lies ahead in the sequel.

Sikandar Movie Review 2025: It's full of action and masala

Salman Khan in Sikandar (Credit: Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment/Salman Khan Films)
Introduction
The Sikandar movie, which was released on March 30, 2025, is based on action. AR Murugadoss directed this movie, which has a dramatic tone and action theme. This flick is entirely about masala entertainment. The audience should leave their heads at home and watch this film because it will just show action and masala, which is typical of Hindi films. The film does not appear exactly as depicted in the trailer. The Sikandar stars Salman Khan, Rashmika Mandana, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, Sanjay Kapoor, Prateik Babbar, Anjini dhawan and Sathyaraj.

Sikandar Remake
No, it is not a remake of any movie
What is Sikandar movie about
This film tells the narrative of a man. Who is the king of Rajkot and assists the poor in every way. Who holds a unique stature in the city; when they call out, the entire city gathers outside their palace; he is the messiah of the poor. Rani Sahiba is also seen protecting him at every step. One day, an incident occurs that drastically changes the king's life. What was the incident that ruined everything for him? Will his life continue as before? Will Rani Sahiba make things right? To know more, read the Sikandar review.
Acting and Characters
Salman Khan's performance as Sanjay and Sikandar is action-packed, but he falls short of fulfilling the part completely. Aside from his acts, his character is written pretty poorly. He was not given anything specific to do. His age is now readily apparent on his face. His weak acting, body language, and facial emotions are consistent across all of his flicks. There is nothing new about the same dance moves and acting. The entire film is on his shoulders, although his character should have been unique, but it fell short. Rashmika Mandana's role as Saishri is equally unremarkable. She appeared like a dwarf in front of Salman Khan. She appears only in the first 40 minutes of the film. The age difference between her and Salman Khan is obvious on screen. She didn't get to do anything exceptional. I didn't understand how she accepted such a minor role. She was unable to demonstrate her talent on screen in this film, given her previous performances in Pushpa, Animal, and Pushpa 2. Sharman Joshi's character, Amar, similarly lacked power. His performance was likewise unremarkable; he was made to stand in front of Salman Khan like a puppet. There is nothing more than this. Prateik Babbar's performance as Arjun is limited to three scenes in the film; imagine what he could achieve in those three. Kajal Agarwal's role as Vaidehi is minor, yet she delivers an adequate performance. Sathyaraj's portrayal of Minister Pradhan is satisfactory; he was the only one who could deliver an effective performance. His role was minor, but he performed admirably. Sanjay Kapoor utterly failed in the role of Nisha's father. He also had only two or three scenes.

Salman Khan in Sikandar (Credit: Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment/Salman Khan Films)
Direction
This film was directed by AR Murugadoss. He is recognized for directing Tamil films in South India. His debut Hindi directorial film, Ghajini (2008), starring Aamir Khan, was a remake of the Tamil blockbuster Ghajini (2005). Then he directed Holiday (2014), starring Akshay Kumar, which was a remake of the Tamil film Thuppakki (2012). Following that, Akira (2016), starring Sonakshi Sinha, was released as a remake of the Tamil film Mouna Guru (2011). Except for Akira, all of his films were successful. For the first time, he is directing a Hindi film called Sikandar without recreating a Tamil film. However, the premise of this movie lacks substance, and his direction is also lackluster. He couldn't tell the narrative effectively or hold it firmly. The film merely entertains in terms of action; otherwise, there is nothing fresh in the plot. The acting performances of all the characters were also poor. He was able to retain and keep the film's action tone consistent. The film's speed and narrative framework were also lacking. Yes, he was able to effectively mix photography, music, editing, and sound throughout the film. The director has presented the societal topic intelligently. The director failed to live up to the audience's expectations.
Story-Screenplay-Dialogue
AR Murugadoss wrote the story, screenplay, and dialogues for the Sikandar movie, and there is nothing new in it. The screenplay was ineffective in developing characters. At times, the film drags on. There are breaks and gaps in the tale that prevent the film from running smoothly, and the scenes are not well-created, adding no twists or emotional effect to the story. The dialogues in the film are excellently written, particularly those of Salman Khan. The dialogues are amazing, and Salman Khan's delivery is excellent.
Cinematography
S Thirunavukkarasu's cinematography is stunning and moves the drama along. Camera angles and motion have been employed seamlessly. The film's lighting and color scheme are appropriate for its theme and tone. The composition of the scenes is extremely appealing. Locations and production design have been demonstrated adequately.
Editing
Vivek Harshan's terrible editing slows down the tale and makes it disjointed. The film is also too long; perhaps 5–10 minutes should have been cut. The scenes are seamlessly integrated.
Production Design
The set design by Amit Ray and Subrata Chakraborty makes the film's locations appear believable in light of the story's backdrop. The setups appear fake and shaky. As a result, the film's scenes appear unrealistic. The background details appear to be unoriginal. The production design did not establish a consistent atmosphere.
Background Score.
Santhosh Narayanan composed the film's background score, which was intended to accentuate the tale. It also increases the emotions and mood of the moments while also fitting well with the film's theme and tone.
Music
Pritam provided the film's music. The music is not as memorable as the music in Salman Khan's films. The music in this movie is not like that at all. Zohra Jabeen's song is okay, Bam Bam Bhole is average, and Sikandar Naache can be heard once. Singer: Arijit Singh's song "Hum Aapke Bina" is beautiful and melodious, although it was not included in the film entirely.
Lyricist
Sameer wrote all the film's songs. He is a well-known lyricist in the film industry who has been creating songs for a long time.
Sound Design
Parikshit Lalwani and Kunal Mehta's sound design is natural and effective, enhancing the action and emotional sequences. Dialogue and sounds can be heard clearly. Visual and sound design are inextricably linked.
Choreography
Choreography was done by Farah Khan, Ahmed Khan, Dinesh Master, and Brinda. Salman Khan is adept at doing dance movements in his flicks, and all the songs have been choreographed. The dance steps are identical to those from his previous flicks; nothing is new.
Costume Design
There was little potential for costume design; only Salman Khan's costumes were designed by his sister, Alvira Agnihotri, to reflect his personality and character. Meagan Concessio designed Rashmika Mandanna’s costume.
Action
The film's main unique selling point is its action, and Kevin Kumar is making his debut as an action director with this flick. He generated a sensation with his first picture alone. He brought the film to life with his excellent actions and stunts. Some stunning and great stunts help move the story ahead. The film's strongest point is its action.
Climax
The climax is nothing new; we've seen them many times before in earlier flicks. As soon as the hero comes, he frees his people from the goons and beats up the villain. It's the same old climax from past films.
Rating
4/10
Opinion
This film is suitable for those who enjoy masala and action films, particularly Salman Khan fans.
Disadvantages
The movie mocks the law and police. Police have no value; everyone is taking the law into their own hands. At the very least, the police should have been portrayed as strong in the film.
Social message
Donating organs has been demonstrated in the film; people should be urged to donate. This will boost the number of people who donate organs across the country. Cast of Sikandar: Salman Khan, Rashmika Mandana, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, Sanjay Kapoor and Prateik Babbar,Anjini dhawan and Sathyaraj Producer: Sajid Nadiadwala, Director: AR Murugadoss, Sound Design: Parikshit Lalwani, Kunal Mehta, Costume Design: Alvira Agnihotri, Meagan Concessio, Music: Pritam, Lyrics: Sameer, Background Score: Santhosh Narayanan, Production Design: Amit Ray, Subrata Chakraborty, Editor: Vivek Harshan, Cinematography: S Thirunavukkarasu, Choreography: Farah Khan, Ahmed Khan, Dinesh Master, Brinda, Story-Screenplay-Dialogues: AR Murugadoss, Action: Kevin Kumar, Casting Director: Mukesh Chhabra Sikandar movie remake or not No, it is not a remakeSikandar movie near meYou can go to watch in Multiplexes Sikandar movie is based on It is not based on any kind of movieWho is director of Sikandar AR MurogadossWho is villain in sikandar movie SathyarajSikandar which movie in hindiSalman khan starter Sikandar in hindi Read the full article
