Axe was supposed to have an big brother named Dominic, but he unfortunately didn't make it through birth; in fact, the doctors said it was a miracle the Vinnie survived the whole thing. Vinnie was super depressed after the whole thing, and she closed herself up completely. Ditch, not being able to stand seeing Vinnie like this, suggested that they try again. That's how Vinnie got pregnant with Axe
