Trinkets, 35: Interesting baubles, semi magical objects and items touched by mystery.
A mostly full bottle of whisky on which the label has been crossed out with ink and under it is scrawled “Potion of Emotional Healing”.
A silver pocket watch as thick and round as a pomegranate that makes a sound like a bag of coins when moved. The delicate crystal face is shattered, and tiny gears and wheels skitter and jumble randomly within the interior.
A masterfully executed painting depicting the aftermath of a horrific battle; pain and fear radiates from every living face. In the lower left corner is a familiar signature.
A strange, tiny inkwell, barely large enough to contain more than a few drops of ink, with a pointed, small-diameter needle protruding from its bottom. The needle, if embedded in one's flesh, causes the pot to well with waiting red.
A steel collar set with a coin sized medallion of rare, red flecked obsidian at the front of it. The stone is inscribe with a Necromantic rebuke.
A set of bongos made of elephant hide stretched over alder.
A scrap of paper that says, “Thank you for dealing with this ‘person.’ For a reward, please visit the Dancing Diva Festhall.” Under those words is a smudged, bright red lip imprint.
A marvelous lute of light, tastefully inlaid wood with a slender, engraved neck. The instrument's wood seems to sing on its own, its strings almost alive with wonderful tonality.
A pair of earrings, with red garnet cabochons, rounded on one side, flat on the other, shining prettily.
A hawthorn walking stick. The end stained with mud, and worn from use from walking through cities, deserts, moors, up mountains, and from being used to pry open many windows, and doors.
—Keep reading for 90 more trinkets.
—Note: The previous 10 items are repeated for easier rolling on a d100.

A hawthorn walking stick. The end stained with mud, and worn from use from walking through cities, deserts, moors, up mountains, and from being used to pry open many windows, and doors.
A beautifully polished obsidian carving shaped into a jaguar skull. Those that touch it feel a deep connection to the animal world and the earth itself.
A palm-sized gem wrapped in rune-embroidered cloth that glows with an inner radiance.
A small sliver of crystal that is completely translucent, although it flickers with a weak glow when held by a living creature.
Reveler's mug: A large horn mug that cannot be turned upside down while containing liquid. If one attempts to do so, the mug changes shape in their hands so that it does not spill.
A razor sharp hunting knife with a gut hook.
Beauticians clippers: Once per day the bearer can use the clippers to cause finger or toenails grow as if a month had gone by allowing damaged nails to be trimmed and cleaned much easier.
A pair of padded greaves, back-stitched in a diamond pattern that provides maximum flexibility without diminishing the effectiveness of the leg protection. A pair of buckled straps on the back side fasten the padded greaves while allowing some adjustment of the fit.
A broken lump of dark gray rock that shimmers like a rainbow along its jagged surfaces. Knowledgeable PC's can identify the mineral as titanium quartz.
A palm-sized stone, flat and ellipsoidal, made from roughly hewn marble. In the centre is a slight indentation, polished mirror smooth from countless thumbs rubbing circles over the years. Some creatures who uses the worry stone claim that catching their own reflection in this divot brings a sense of serenity and peace of mind.
A fist sized glass orb filled with scintillating colours and pinpoints of light swirling in a nebula.
A well-made backpack that appears to be well used, and quite ordinary. It is constructed of finely tanned leather, and the straps have brass hardware and buckles. It has two side pouches, each of which appears large enough to hold about a quart of material.
A vibrantly coloured mask, made from the feathers of a variety of rare and beautiful songbirds.
A scroll case containing a scroll scribed with an unfinished spell.
A broken sword hilt with strange runes on the remains of the blade.
A small piece of fabric that holds the scent of a lost love.
A rock with a patch of curious purple moss that occasionally puffs out hallucinogenic spores.
A rough bone carving of a golden dragon and a kobold, etched into the bottom is a name in Draconic: ''Vimrul''.
A curved warhorn bearing engravings of armed men on horseback, charging into battle.
An elaborately braided bicorne made of rich blue felt, embroidered with golden thread. It has a showy badge called a cockade, proclaiming nationality, faith, family crest, and the like.
A small, elaborately carved silver tube is designed to hold a single piece of chalk.
A translucent and oddly shaped prism that seems to fade in and out of existence when seen in daylight.
A black silk robe embroidered with adamantine thread in an elegant waterfall pattern.
A fancy choker made of barbs and black webbing, with nine gray spheres depending from it. Knowledgeable PC's are aware that the decoration is considered high fashion for drow priestesses.
A small wooden case containing a gaming set known as Mazes & Manticores. Inside is a wide variety of items. Maps of made-up continents and cities, sets of polyhedral dice in a variety of colours, quill pens, "Character Sheets", and a set of large books talking about "XP" and "Levels".
A glassy charm in the shape of a moon, with many claw and tooth marks.
An intricately made harp, inlaid with several glassy gray gemstones of various types.
An ivory disk engraved with an image of a grinning skull and inlaid with black enamel to form a shield-shaped background.
A scarlet sash woven of fine red thread and delicate gold wire.
An elaborate, high-necked bustier laced and lined with black silk and adorned with sapphires and beljurils.
A mask, made of a beaten copper-mithril alloy and set with a constellation of seven variegated semi-previous stones, is made to cover the right half on an individual's face. A set of three chains circle round the back of the head and fasten the mask by resting over the cheekbone, the bridge of the nose, and the chin. Any creature wearing the mask feels a sleight tingling sensation in the skin it touches, and has the sensation that he sees sharper, more precise details with the eye looking through the eye hole.
A finger-sized shard of blue crystal that's constantly shedding flakes and chips of crystal without ever getting smaller.
A curved staff made of coiled brass and glass wire.
A cluster of translucent green roughly hexagonal crystals covering the surface of a dark green speckled stone. Knowledgeable PC's can identify the mineral as emerald.
A joyfully coloured terracotta rattle with a skull motif subtly woven into the pattern of hues.
A rattle shaped like the skull of a horned creature. Dried blood adds a macabre touch to the horns.
A small and lightweight wooden whistle. Lazily carved, the instrument features a single finger hole to alter its pitch. A childlike carving of a bird has been hewn heavy-handedly into the whistle’s foot. When putting the reed to your lips and forcing a small puff of air through it, a tuneless squawk sets everyone on edge.
A silken veil that glistens in strange colours, like oil on water.
A transparent glass polyhedron about the size of a human fist. Light passing through it tends to blend into white, and to magnify, so that when in the open it glows with pure white bubbles of light.
A three foot tall chalice carved in the shape of an open mawed dragon resting on its curled tail. It is made from petrified dragon bone of mottled purple and blood red hues. It is worked with sharp, horny and scaly looking protrusions that one can quite easily cut themselves on.
A half-mask like one worn to a masquerade party, but the bottom edge has numerous sharp-looking catlike teeth.
A wax paper packet filled with dried rose petals.
A glass hookah with a cap made of gold, its hose of tightly woven silk, and its mouth piece is cunningly carved from a piece of amber that contains an entire tiny scorpion. Even when the hookah is not lit, the interior of its glass body is hazy, as if with smoke.
A flask made of a metal that resembles a light gold with a curious dark iridescence tinting its lustre. The container is cast with a face on four sides, each bearing a different expression. Their eyes glow with a bloody purple light.
A swirling purple gem that if pressed against the forehead and held there for a few seconds, will then float in front of the bearer’s forehead until he is slain or removes it. While the gems floats around the head, the bearer feels a sense of clarity and foresight.
A forgery kit that contains a variety of papers, parchments, pens and inks, seals, sealing wax, gold and silver leaf, and other supplies necessary to create convincing forgeries of physical documents.
A forest of tiny bright red crystals emerging from an uneven brown stone that resembles soil. Knowledgeable PC's can identify the mineral as crocoite.
A crude wicker doll whose bead eyes glitter in any available light.
A polished marble model of a human heart, nearly the size of a human heart. Although it looks like a single solid piece, it weighs next to nothing.
A convoluted system of brass tubes and dials containing several lenses and polished mirrors. Peering into one end reveals that the entire system does nothing to change what you see through the tube.
A small, inverted L-shaped machine with a hand crank on one end. The crank seems to power a rather intricate system on the other end consisting of several delicate metal plates and a tiny needle.
A shimmering, clean yellow robe made of the lightest silk. Runes skitter across it and vanish. It smells of musk and roses.
A simple razor blade, used for shaving, resting on a pile of ash. A single drop of fresh blood marrs the perfect sheen of the blade.
A damaged ebony case containing a masterful set of pearl and onyx engraving tools in extreme disrepair.
An intricately articulated wooden figure of a multi-headed dog covered in a mouldy gray fur.
An extraordinarily fine miniature saddle, as though for a small dog, worked in supple leather and decorated with gold and silver thread.
A once-beautiful golden clasp, as for a ladies’ travelling cloak. The shape has been bent and distorted and now resembles a sneering face.
A pale gray, formless sculpture. While nothing about the piece gives the impression of movement, you get the vague impression that it has shifted every time you look away.
A small blue glass butterfly attached to a barrette. When the clip is opened, the butterfly stirs and gently flaps its wings.
A plain iron goblet with a cracked rim. It is filled to the brim with a frothy, clear amber substance that resembles a freshly poured lager frozen in place.
A set of fancifully etched translucent yellow wineglasses that flash brilliant fluorescent green when they catch the sun.
A truly ancient clay jug, stoppered with cork and wax. The lower half is caked with dried mud and the upper half is covered in salt and barnacles.
A glass globe that has a winged being dancing on the head of a pin within it.
A padded metal case filled with a hundred tiny figurines depicting warriors of various races, all obviously hand assembled and painted with great care. A half-painted kobold figure on top is especially well-sculpted.
A tortoise shell table snuff-box set with six crow feet.
A funeral urn made of fine porcelain some two feet high.
A slim, blown-glass bottle filled with a shimmering golden liquid. The bottle is sealed with a cork and wax, and the label is hand-written in a language you do not recognize. The fraction 1/500 is neatly penned in the bottom right corner.
A teak camphor chest with grinning, demented angelic handles.
A large stone needle carved with figures running from a pyramid with a single eye floating above it; the eye is made from obsidian and set with a ruby centre.
A funeral urn sealed with a stopper depicting a golden-haired jackal.
An ebony statuette of a sphinx with three faces.
A matte black sphere studded with a thousand tiny gemstones, many of them in the shape of recognizable constellations in reverse. The entire thing twinkles as though it contains a small flame.
A sun token made of pure gold with dried leather headdress fittings still hanging from it.
An ankh made of carved human bone.
A bronze incense burner with an ibex figure with a human female body.
A single gold earring fashioned to represent a man being eaten by a crocodile.
A travel pouch made of an elephant’s ear.
A shoulder bag of great age with ornate decorations made from human finger bones.
A collection of human lower jaws made into bracelets.
A deeply flawed, translucent blood red cube buried deep within a black stone covered in white calcification that vaguely resemble snowflakes. Knowledgeable PC's can identify the mineral as garnet.
A set of juggling balls made from dried lamb heads.
A pair of fancy earrings in the shape of swarming hornets.
A tin case containing a dozen small purple sugar balls that taste like the hottest and sweetest bit of delight you’ve ever had.
A hand fan made of stretched aquatic elf skin decorated in horn and painted with animal scenes of hunger.
A bone and silver corkscrew on a leather thong hung with rabbit’s feet.
Automatic Whetstone: A small  unremarkable whetstone that never wears out and when touched to a dull edge and let go, starts sharpening it automatically. The whetstone stops and falls to the ground when the edge has been sharpened to perfection.
A piece of cloth written with a short prophecy.
A ludicrously flamboyant, oversized hat with a dull metal disk affixed to the front. The hat reads the wearer's emotional state and displays images on the disk to match; an exclamation mark when surprised, a smiling face when happy, a frowning face when angry, and so forth. When the wearer is really angry or frustrated, in addition to displaying an appropriate face on the disk, the hat causes jets of steam to issue from the wearer's ears, accompanied by a whistling noise.
A battered old longcoat that reeks of alcohol and ash.
A clear glass hemisphere containing an arrangement of perfectly preserved rose petals in the shape of a heart.
A leather wallet containing a full set of certified identification papers denoting that the bearer is a monk of a local monastery who has taken a vow of silence. The papers also include a list of questions people typically ask along with the answers for them so the bearer does not have to speak while still remaining polite. The section containing the monk's physical description (Height, weight, sex, race, eye, skin and hair colour) is completely blank and could be filled in by anyone with half decent handwriting.

& Finally how Mario & Peach pose:
Tumblr media
I've read somewhere on sites that Mario's either in his late 20s or from what I believe Shigeru Miyamoto stated, 26. & I think Peach is around her early 20s. So perhaps the lovers are 3 to 5 or 7 years apart?🤔

A Winter Proposal (Elriel)
Tumblr media
@dreamingofazriel asked: “ Did I send, Azriel proposing to Elain?”
Winter Writing Masterlist
Full Fic Masterlist
Send me a request!
To say I was nervous would be an understatement.
My hands shook as I dried and styled my close-cropped hair, agonizing over my reflection in the mirror. By force of habit, my eyes snagged on the scars marring my hands. I was learning to love them though, thanks to Elain.
Gods, she was the perfect woman. Smart, sweet, and kind. There wasn’t a High Lord or Lady that could come close to her effortless beauty. Soft, sunkissed skin dusted with freckles from her time in the gardens. Lovingly warm brown eyes that held all the wonders of the world within them. Lips that were plump and pink, and were absolutely breathtaking to kiss.
She was everything I had ever hoped for and more. I had planned to wait until spring, but when I got the ring back from the jeweler… I couldn’t wait anymore.
I checked my reflection one more time before deciding I was ready. My heart hammered in my chest, and I swiped the small velvet box off my nightstand before flinging open the terrace doors. The chill of the wintery air cleared the fog from my head.
“Now or never,” I reminded myself, and took a running leap into the sky.
**************
Elain was waiting for me on the roof of Rhys and Feyre’s townhouse. She had her sisters help her get ready for tonight. Both had known what I had planned, and thus had taken great care to curl and pin her hair in a way that was elegant and accented her delicately rounded face. A long white cloak was pinned over her shoulders to ward off the chill, almost entirely covering the dusty pink gown she wore beneath.
“Hello,” I murmured, wings flaring as I touched down in front of her. “You look wonderful.”
“Hello, Az.” She smiled, her fingers instantly reaching for mine. “You look very nice, too.”
I supposed that was true; I’d had my suit tailor made for tonight. I rolled up my jacket sleeve to show her what I considered the real treasure of my attire. Tiny purple and blue flowers had been swirled around the cuff, the careful embroidery leaving no doubt as to who the creator was.
“I found these when I pulled this shirt out of the back of my closet.”
Scarlet stained her cheeks and she giggled nervously. “I’m sorry?”
“Don’t be.” I kissed her temple, fixing my sleeve and pulling her into a hug. “I was going to ask you to continue your work on my other dress shirts.”
“Really?” Her eyes sparkled in the setting sun, and I nodded.
“Really. They’re all so dull and boring. They could use a splash of color.”
“Alright,” she beamed, circling her slender arms around my neck as I scooped her up in my arms. “But only if you’ll tell me what you have planned for us tonight.” I smirked at her, taking us airborne before responding.
“That would ruin the fun.”
Her pink lips pouted playfully, and I couldn’t resist kissing them.
“You’ll like what I have planned, I promise.”
My words were enough to reassure her, and she snuggled tighter to my chest as we flew. I’d scouted the path ahead of time, simultaneously making sure it was safe and choosing the most scenic route.
“Look,” I murmured, dipping low over the Sidra. The flowing water resisted freezing thanks to Rhys’ magic, and the native rainbow-colored fish that inhabited it jumped from the water as if greeting us. Her breath caught at the sight, her face bright with amazement.
“They’re gorgeous.”
“So are you.”
She blushed again, ducking her head back to my chest. She was such a modest creature. I had seen males and females alike stare at her with unabashed longing, but she never seemed to notice.
I flew us to a small garden at the edge of the city. I knew that it held a special place in Elain’s heart; it had been one of the first she had planted in Velaris. As I searched for a place to land, she peeked over her shoulder to the land below.
“Oh! The Moonlight garden!” She smiled, causing pure, uninhibited love to blossom in my heart. How one small gesture could affect me so much, I still wasn’t sure.
Though the ground was dusted with snow and there were no blossoms to be found, she still radiated joy and happiness as we touched down. She crouched among the empty beds, no doubt picturing what the space would look like come spring. It would be a field of blues and purples and golds, each bulb planted by her hands and by those she cared for.
She stood, and I wrapped my arms around her waist. It began to snow, the white flakes drifting from the sky and sticking in her hair. She sighed, snuggling closer to my chest.
Rubbing my hands over her arms, I whispered, “I’ve got a surprise for you.”
“Oh? What’s that?”
Untangling our limbs, I let her to a corner of the garden, where I had built a greenhouse. It wasn’t anything elaborate, just a metal and glass pane shed lined with shelves and stocked with gardening tools.
“What- where did that come from?”
I shrugged, a bashful smile curling on my lips. “I made it for you.”
“It’s wonderful, Az.” Silver lined her eyes and she walked ahead of me on the cobblestone path to the modest structure. She reached out a gloved hand, swiping away the frost coating the windows. Cupping her hands to the glass, she peered inside and gasped.
“Tools! Watering cans and spades and shovels… Oh, Az!” She turned to wrap me in a bear hug, squeezing with all her strength. “Thank you, so much!”
Of course, I knew that what she was seeing was a glamor concealing what was really in that shed. Something she would find much more exciting than gardening supplies-or so I hoped.
Smoothing a hand over her hair, I murmured, “It was nothing. But I do have another surprise, if you’d like to see it.”
“I don’t see how anything could top this-“ She gestured to the greenhouse- “but okay.”
“Close your eyes.”
She did, but not without a curious quirk of a brow. Taking her hand, I carefully picked our way over the stony path and creaked open the greenhouse door. I shut it behind us, trapping our warmth inside and halting after a few steps.
Blood roared in my ears, my hands shaking with nerves as I double and triple checked that everything was in place.
“Okay,” I said, standing behind her so she could take it all in, “Open.”
Candles covered every available inch of the shelves, casting a warm, romantic glow over the space. White rose petals were scattered over the floor, and carefully laid out among them were pink petals, spelling out two words:
Marry me?
Her hands flew to her mouth, and she whispered: “Oh my Gods.”
I slipped the velvet box from my pocket and dropped to one knee.
She turned to me, eyes wide and teary.
“Since the day we met, I have loved you with my whole heart. I have seen you on your best days, and I have been by your side on the bad days.” My voice trembled at the memory of her on a battlefield, but I pushed on.
“When I gave you Truth-Teller, I gave you a piece of my heart; of my very soul. And since then, I have willingly given you more of those pieces, and you now hold my entire heart in your warm, gentle hands.” Her brown eyes watered, tears of joy threatening to spill over.
When I popped open the tiny box, a sob caught in her throat and a single tear traced down her cheek. A long time ago, she had told me that she despised diamonds. The sparkling white gems reminded her of an engagement to a cruel, heartless man that she would much rather forget.
“If we get married,” she had told me, “get me sapphires. Something to match your Siphons- so that I will look upon the ring and see only happy memories.”
And I hadn’t forgotten that.
“Elain Elizabeth Archeron. Will you make me the happiest male to ever walk this green earth and be my wife?”
She had started nodding before I had even finished asking.
“Yes, Azriel, a thousand times yes!”
I hastily slipped the cobalt gem onto the fourth finger of her left hand and swiftly stood, wrapping her in my arms and peppering her face with sweet kisses. Her laugh was one of pure ecstasy and overflowing joy.
I felt light enough to touch the stars.
I don’t know how long we stood there, murmuring our affections to one another and shedding happy, unbelieving tears. It could have been minutes, or hours, or years before she pulled away and wiped her nose on her sleeve. She held out her hand, admiring the sunburst-cut sapphire set in the silver band.
“Az?”
“Yes, flower?”
“I love you.”
Her tone was one that promised forever and caused warmth to spread from the tips of my toes all the way to my ears. I smiled, pulling her in for another kiss.
“I love you too.”

Top jewelry gifts for 2021, according to London Jewelers
It’s p-a-r-t-y time at the dazzling, recently renovated London Jewelers flagship in Manhasset, LI. “We’re finally starting to celebrate again,” says Candy Udell, London’s president. “And to mark special occasions with beautiful things.”
Those new freedoms have led to a spike in demand. “It’s like coming out of hibernation,” she says. “We lost a year of our lives and now we’re looking forward to real-life festivities and reconnecting with the people we love at small events — birthday parties, baby namings, anniversaries. And brides can actually visualize the wedding of their dreams.”
Jewelry may play a tangible role in reconnecting with real life. “It marks every occasion for every age,” Udell says. “It punctuates the happiness we are all finally beginning to feel. And it is heritage, when life has been so fragile.”
Netali Nissim 18-k yellow-gold hoop earrings with diamonds, $5,950
London Jewelers
How to get this party started? Vibrant gemstones are among Udell’s favorite picks right now. “I’m really loving color for spring and summer,” she says, calling out the store’s “rainbow jewelry” that includes wedding bands, necklaces, earrings and bracelets gleaming with gems, such as sapphires and amethysts in a spectrum of shades, or a mixture of stones in a kaleidoscope of hues.
Symbols of protection, gratitude and affection are standouts as well. “Evil eyes are a whole separate category, and with Mother’s Day right around the corner, pieces that spell out ‘love’ and ‘mom’ are popular,” Udell notes. Bracelet stacks — a medley of cuffs, bangles, beads and charms worn on one arm, each representing a special occasion — are attention-getters packed with personality.
London Collection 18-k yellow- and white-gold ring with diamonds, $4,465
London Jewelers
There are also new twists on classics: diamond earrings, necklaces and tennis bracelets, now set in rose or yellow gold instead of the traditional white gold. The latest approach, she says, is to “mix and delicately place” unexpected diamond shapes together — ovals, emeralds, pears, marquise, and even heart cuts.
As a glowing nod to good days ahead, Udell says “bold gold” is also trending. “Chain-link necklaces and bracelets — some with an industrial feel — with or without diamonds, along with chunky gold rings are statement makers.” For those looking for subtler, but equally impactful jewelry, the London Collection offers pieces for the so-called “neck mess,” a staggered collection of four or five chains worn together, some adorned with gemstones or charms like moons and stars.
London Collection platinum and 18-k rose-gold necklace with opal, diamonds and gemstones, $21,000
London Jewelers
Pearls, too, are making a comeback. “Pearls are somewhat conservative and traditional, so they’re a ‘forever’ gift,” says Udell. But now, she says, they’re being produced “in a much more contemporary way, some set and mounted in yellow gold,” and include more Bohemian pieces like dramatic, dangling earrings.
While safety protocols are still in place at the London flagship and all of its outposts (including downtown Manhattan and other Long Island locations), Udell is excited to start hosting London’s uber-chic gatherings again. The freshly turned-out flagship, inspired by the luxury of a Parisian apartment, is perfect for fund-raising events that help the company give back to its community. “It’s so elegant, bright and airy, but has the feel of residential hominess,” Udell says of the brilliantly lit modern-meets-Art Deco emporium.
London Collection 18-k yellow-gold drop earrings with diamonds, $13,000
London Jewelers
She hopes that the 95-year-old family-owned business will soon relaunch its signature soirées, including intimate VIP meals and Champagne toasts — along with a cookie and cake service.
“It’s definitely a spring awakening,” she says. “The sun is shining. We’re all so much happier. Everyone wants to look good, and we’re all celebrating life.”
Gifts of love
London Jewelers’ VP Scott Udell shares top shopping trends at TWO by London
ENGAGEMENT RINGS
TWO by London 18-k yellow-gold two-stone diamond ring (price upon request)
London Jewelers
“For a cool, fresh look in engagement rings, the trend is to set two differently shaped, interlocking diamonds in yellow gold. At first glance, the ring looks very traditional, but the mixed stones add a little edge.”
WEDDING BANDS
Henri Daussi 18-k white- and rose-gold bands with diamonds, (from top) $3,300, $3,410,$14,080, and $5,720
Antfarm Photography
“These days, finger stacks are becoming a staple. A pile of several thin diamond bands takes a classic look and dresses it up a bit, and the settings are getting more creative.”
PUSH PRESENTS
London Collection 18-k rose gold diamond and pink sapphire “Amore” bangle, $8,230
London Jewelers
“There’s a resounding boom on celebrating life and joy and newness with anything personalized — monogrammed with a baby’s initials, or dated with a birthday. Particularly popular are diamond bangle bracelets with a baby name or a message of love.”
ANNIVERSARY GIFTS
TWO by London 18-k rose-gold heart necklace with diamonds, $7,900
London Jewelers
“Heart-shaped diamonds are very in right now — and for anniversaries, they’re a perfect symbol. Diamond heart pendants with a thin diamond halo are novel, sparkling additions to a jewelry collection.”
Making time for mom

TRENDY NECKLACES FOR SPRING
Chain link accessories were across the spring runway again this year. From long gold chains to limestone silver chokers, chain links are a must have accessory this season. For 2021, jewelry designers have transformed this popular runway look into a more wearable piece. From bulbous to beach, beaded earrings, necklaces, and bracelets are set to steal the show in 2021. These beautiful rainbow, turquoise, and gold beaded bracelets are total layering essentials. If you are looking for a trendy necklace for spring, a good place to look for is a different jewelry collection with you to discover new keys with unique designers and you will be able to discover a few common themes - and trends. The most popular necklace trends this year: Diamond necklace. Disc opal necklace. Link the necklace. Mohan necklace. Pearl necklace. Toggle the necklace. Station necklace. Pendant necklace. It's no surprise that gems are at the heart of this collection - beautiful pastels blended into one gorgeous dragonfly necklace and bright colors standing on their own. The multi-gemstone Dragonfly & Cultured Spice Pearl necklace are a mixture of gems and cultured pearls strung on a pearlescent lilac strand. The wings of the dragonfly pendant combine apatite, dark pink sapphire, ruby, zeolites, tanzanites, narcissists, and pink quartz. All gemstones are in nail and gem settings. The pendant is only 2 inches long and only 2 inches wide. The chain is painted with multi-colored freshwater cultured pearls and is 23 inches long. It is protected with a lobster. Check out the carnelian, garnet, and orange sapphire necklace, hanging from a 20-inch sterling silver and 18K vermeil chain. At the center of the necklace is the pendant - a semi-round carved orange carnelian, a garnet, and an orange sapphire, all in claw settings. This pendant hangs from a strand of round-cut carnelian beads.
Set to a 24-inch row or smoky quartz necklace of your choice, both in sterling silver. It has a variety of round and oval fancy cut stones to choose from when you choose rose quartz or smoky quartz. The rose is a soft baby pink color and smoky quartz is a deep, rich brown. The three strands of quartz are secured with a lobster clasp. Try the Shades of Fire Opal necklace, strung on an 18-inch sterling silver chain. The 165 round beads are arranged by the depth of their color. The total fire opal weight is approximately 52.64ct. It secures with a magnetic clasp. This collection knows all about soft romantic looks that harken back to the 1930 and 1940s. Start with a Victorian-inspired Paris shadow box necklace that contains a nod to the famous Eiffel Tower. It measures 21 inches long plus a 4-inch drop. Even if you have never been to Paris, you will love the feelings of romance stirred up by this necklace. The textured gold tone chain features a pendant with an image of the Eiffel Tower and the word "Souvenir de Paris" in the background. On the front of the shadow box are flower sprigs with crystals and glass pearls. Atop the pendant is a small fleur-de-lis. It is rich with detail. Altogether, the necklace contains 60 different crystals in a bezel setting.
Another romantic necklace from Sweet Romance is the 22-inch Tudor-inspired intaglio necklace with a "reverse" cameo etched in one of several charms hanging from the necklace. You have a choice of a blue or smoky cameo. The other charms include a key and glass charms. They hang from a gloved hand charm that attaches to the 22-inch gold-tone necklace. The 18-inch strand includes 39 round 11mm to 12mm pink freshwater cultured pearls. It is secured by a fish-hook clasp with a catch guard. The beads are individually knotted. A magnetic clasp, made of sterling silver and plated with 18K yellow gold, secures the beads. This beautiful piece comes with its own jewelry pouch.

Trinkets, Rings, 2: Enough rings and bands to wear three on every finger and toe while still having dozens to spare. Rings, especially magic rings are a very common item of jewelry in fiction and roleplaying. From a basic ring of protection, to the life saving ring of regeneration, the ring of the Nibelungs, the rings of the lantern corps, the ring of Gyges, any wedding ring ever depicted, the ring of Solomon, Sir Perceval’s ring, Aladdin’s genie housing ring, the nine rings of mortal men and the precious one ring of power, these small circular pieces of gems, metal, wood or bone always add more to the story than the sum of their parts. None of these rings are intensely magical in their own right but can serve as basis for a magical or plot relevant ring. When a DM rolls a d100, the bog standard ring of protection +1 they were going to give out now has a unique look and personality rather than just a mechanical benefit.
A platinum ring shaped to resemble intertwining grape vines, bearing a small spherical ruby as the fruit of the vine. An inscription on the interior reads: “When life fades and darkness falls, there is still the final hope.”
A ring made from sea coral that if held closely to the ear, the bearer can hear the ocean.
A gold ring set with a topaz containing the soul of a clueless wizard. The bearer of the ring can communicate with the wizard mentally at will. The spirit gives little to no insight into magical affairs and most of his knowledge of arcane matters is wildly incorrect. If the bearer builds enough of a rapport with the wizard, he will grudgingly admit that he trapped himself in the ring while trying to enchant it to become a sentient item.
An iron ring inscribed with the name of the first PC who inspects it and perfectly fits their left ring finger. It doesn't fit any of the PC's other fingers nor does it fit other creatures.
A gold ring with "Dax <3 Mariva" inscribed on the inner band. It feels normal to the touch until worn, when it becomes extremely greasy and immediately slips off the finger. This effects every creature except for creatures whose birth names are “Dax” or “Mariva” who might appreciate having the ring returned.
A rose gold ring set with a large, polished piece of ammolite. While worn, the bearer has an uncanny knack for spotting rainbows.
A slightly oversized ring that conceals a few lockpicks coiled inside its band. These discreet tools are made of a metal alloy that springs straight once the tool is removed from the band and can be easily rolled back in. Knowledgeable PC’s will notice that the ring's inner band has the emblem of a notorious thieves’ guild etched into it.
A large nickel ring with a miniature abacus built into it.
A gold ring adorned with a large bright ruby that darkens in hue as its bearer depletes their magical potential. The gem gradually turns black as the bearer's spells are exhausted or if the bearer has no ability to cast magic spells. The ruby returns to normal when removed or when worn by a creature with a full complement of magic.
A gold signet ring with a dark oval carved stone that bears the symbol of a running fox and two ravens in flight, all surrounded by nine crescent moons.
—Keep reading for 90 more trinkets.
—Note: The previous 10 items are repeated for easier rolling on a d100.

A gold signet ring with a dark oval carved stone that bears the symbol of a running fox and two ravens in flight, all surrounded by nine crescent moons.

A wooden ring whose “gem” is actually the dried sap of an elder treant which continually glows a dim aqua.

A thin silver ring with a piece of clear quartz haphazardly attached. When worn, the bearer has the ability to find a pretty, valueless rock after a minute of searching wherever they happen to be.
A violet, stone ring that always seems to be a bit too tight on the wearer’s finger.
A wooden ring set with a stone made from a mixture of resin and water willingly given from a naiad. The water reflects the mood of the wearer, calm and still or rapidly flowing, pristine or polluted.
A pinky ring made of electrum set with a cat's claw instead of a gem.
A heavily scratched, silver ring covered in symbols for health, wellness and wholeness of body. Some of the scratches pass through the symbols, damaging their shape.
A heavy copper ring, adorned with a round, pale green stone.
A gold ring set with three rubies, that knowledgeable PC's will recognize as a looking exactly like a Ring Of Wishes. When first worn, the bearer hears a voice whisper in their head saying "You wish you had the other kind of Ring Of Wishes".
A ring that was apparently made from a small silver spoon that was bent into a circle and spot welded together.
A plain gold ring with a pattern of eyes faintly etched into the inside of the band. The bearer feels no special effect when the ring is first put on, however the next time the bearer is wakes up he feels as though he is being watched. The sensation persists until the ring is removed and the creature sleeps again at which time he will awake without the feeling.
An iron signet ring with the insignia of a skull and crossbones.
A smoked glass ring that’s invisible when worn and becomes more visible as its bearer depletes their magical potential. The ring gradually becomes visible then turns opaque as the bearer's illusion spells are exhausted or if the bearer has no ability to cast illusion spells. The ring returns to normal when removed or when worn by a creature with a full complement of magic.
A yew wood ring, engraved with images of bows and clouds, which glows slightly when its bearer nocks an arrow or prepares to throw a ranged weapon.
A polished silver ring with a large sapphire embedded on top and a small garnet on the bottom.

A simple brass ring etched with swirling nautical patterns.
An average sized golden ring, adorned with a beautiful flawless blue sapphire When in the presence of an angry or hostile creature, it turns cold against the bearer's finger.
A dark grey, iron ring with two gems embedded on opposite sides, one garnet and one sapphire.
A stone ring carved from the knucklebone of a primordial earth titan.
A heavy steel ring stamped with the sigil of a sword within a drop of blood. Knowledgeable PC's will recognize this as the symbol of the Blood Hunters, a group of fanatics so bent on destroying evil that they embrace dark, forbidden knowledge. They sacrifice some of their own vitality in otherwise forbidden blood rituals to better understand their enemies and take on their power. Their methods sometimes blur the line between themselves and the evils they hunt, calling their own humanity into question.
A copper ring etched with a repeating four-leaf-clover pattern.
A transparent ring that is indistinguishable from ice except for a small blue gem embedded in the band. The bearer's form constantly exudes an icy mist that quickly disperses.
A bone ring set with a bloodstone cut in the shape of a skull.

The sapphire returns to normal when removed or when worn by a creature with a full complement of their abilities.

A bulky rocky-looking ring, made by carving a hole into the petrified eye of a dire newt.
