We finally got rain! And a lot of it! So much so that I almost got stuck feeding Chester last night and walked in this morning. Now the heat is back and I'm happy.
I told my brother about the KFC debacle last night. He used to manage that very store many, many moons ago. "What a way to run a business," he said. He thought maybe they had made up a bunch of chicken, and when it was gone, that was that, but seeing as it was shortly after 9:30 when I was there and they are open until 11 on Friday nights... yeah, not the way to run a business.
