Took a hike this weekend up through the Vee pass in County Tipperary, up to the cross at Mount Mellerey Abbey. Got so lucky with the weather! The views from the top were beautiful!

Long time no post! I took a spin down to Glenstal Abbey in Murroe, Limerick today.

It's a beautiful visit. The grounds are so well maintained! The abbey itself was once a castle and is now home to a community of Benedictine monks. You're free to walk through the grounds and attend services when they're on. Just a very peaceful and well-looked after spot, perfect for summer walks!

Pictures don't do justice to the scale of the river. This was taken in Seaford, on top of the Litlington White Horse! You can just barely see it in the below picture, way off in the distance.

Brighton 🌊

Some quick pictures from today of the pier and the royal pavilion! Wasn't in the town for very long, mainly browsed shops after we got food but it was fun 🥰 Really do appreciate the arts scene here.

Finally visited the Artbox Cafe! 💖

I wanted to go so badly when it was Pusheen themed but never got the chance. 🥲 Hello Kitty and Friends is the next best thing though!

It's always impressive when the food in themed cafes not only looks good but tastes good too, and this one delivered! The bagel was actually just divine.

Alfriston 📚

A beautiful little village, I'm actually obsessed. It's one of the oldest settlements in East Sussex. Beautiful architecture, quirky shops, and a lovely cup of coffee!

Wilmington ⛪

The Yew tree beside the church here is over 1600 years old. It's incredible! When you're hit with a number like that it's just impossible to fathom it. I'd love to know the things that tree has seen.

Beachy Head 🌊

The wind was HOWLING!! But what a beautiful spot, I'm definitely coming back in better weather to see it without the cloud cover. You can see France from the shore when visibility is good ❤️

Such a fun little experience. I've been to London so many times that it feels like a second home to me now, but there's always something new to see there!

Osaka ❤️

What an incredible city! There's SO much to do here, it warrants a holiday all in itself. Other than exploring the various cafes and pop culture shops we had our eyes on, in the evening we attended a local Osaka street food tour which was just phenomenal. I'm going to miss Japan so much, but another visit is absolutely in our future. It's been magic. ❤️

We continued to nerd it up in Osaka today by visiting the Godzilla store, Capcom store, and the Eorzea cafe. ❤️ So much great merchandise to buy and amazing statues on display!!

We landed in Osaka today and visited our fifth Pokémon center - Osaka DX! The three bird mascot statues look fantastic at the front of the store. This visit was special - we managed to get into the Osaka Pokémon Center cafe!! It's been a dream of mine for so long to visit a Pokémon Cafe so I was just so delighted to get in. ❤️

I had seen pictures of the menu items before but to see them in person was just another level of cool. The presentation was just so cute, and the food tasted so good too!! We got EXTREMELY lucky and even got in to see a Pikachu show which was just the cutest thing ever. What an amazing send-off to our trip from my nerdy Pokémon heart. 🥲
