Overindulgence on Valentine's Day Chocolate~ 🍫💦

This was a very silly little idea I had in my head for Valentine's Day. It was originally going to just be a one-shot fanfiction I write but you should all know by now... xD

I don't know the definition of a one-shot fanfiction

My first ever stomach issue related themed sickfic~ :3

Now as for the art, it's pretty self explanatory; our favorite silly little CEO received a lot of appreciation chocolate from some of the citizens of Kanai Ward. Touched by the gesture and finally receiving love reciprocated by the city he loved so much, he didn't leave a single sweet treat given to him untouched or uneaten.

This would later lead to disaster ;w;

Thankfully Yuma is there to lend him a helping hand :3

Spoilers for the Story's Outcome below~ (another drawing +further rambling as always lol I always say too much haha... ^^;)

The best home remedy for an tummy ache is a good tummy rub 🩷

Okay, so I was honestly wanting to write a story like this for a while but was incredibly shy about it... Because upset tummy rubs lowkey are another very small guilty pleasure of mine. When a person gets an upset stomach from either being sick or from overeating, I personally find it to be a very comforting, touching and even at times very intimate gesture. (I even remember trying it myself to help a friend of mine w gastritis in highschool)

Sadly, I felt very shy and even embarrassed to want to try and write something like this, let alone draw it out... Tummy rubs are unfortunately often seen as kinks or are fetishized by other people so it's often seen as weird to the public... So it made me feel nervous to even share this story and art. I did have lots of fun drawing it, but I'm saying it right now, I do NOT fetishize this okay? ><;

(not trying to kink shame, its just not my intention here is all ;w;)

In fact; abdominal massages (a.k.a tummy rubs) are actually a real medical procedure to recover the pressure in one's stomach.

The pose of this art was incredibly difficult to draw but I am fairly happy with the way it came out. Yuma looks either doting or affectionate towards Makoto and Makoto looks perfectly relaxed laying in his lap c: Yuma politely took his shoes off but Makoto is the type to leave his shoes on even when he’s laying on furniture (we saw it in ch4 twice lol) They're such cuties, I love them so much💕 (I even added a kitty to convince myself that its cute and not weird... ;w;)

Truth be told, this idea was actually semi-inspired by a little doodle that @cochidinh drew on X. It made me think that if Makoto received valentines from the people of Kanai Ward, would he eat all of them?

And thus this story was born c: (its meant to be silly so please try not to take it too seriously... ;w; They may seem OOC here, I did my best but this is my first time ever writing a story like this so I might be rusty... ;w;)

Fun Fact: Did you know that cats only allow belly rubs from a person they trust? :3c I think Makoto is very cat-like tbh haha~

Rain Coo’d AU part 2, peacekeeper pigeons

I’m back with more birds.

Also note: forgot if I mentioned this before, but I’m sticking to domestic breeds.

Yomi: Archangel pigeon. Copper black wing coloration. Anything online that says these birds are sweet and docile is lying. They’re pricks. Source: I have them. I’ve never had a breed that started more fights in my loft than these. They range from mildly skittish to “throwing down with birds twice their size for no fucking reason”. They also look like him in a way I can’t describe.

Martina: Serbian highflyer. Elegant but also a flyer breed and thus pretty tough and competent. I imagine her as a dilute, maybe an ash red or blue dilute, but it’s hard to find pictures of them. Might draw it to show u all the vision. 

Seth: English trumpeter pigeon. Ironic because these guys are named for the funny loud sounds they make. They also have weird bird bangs and a worried look in their eyes. Not settled 100% on color but leaning towards almond. 

Guillaume: this one stumped me for a bit. I was stuck between a Chinese owl or a figurita. Both of them are small, but in temperament she’s definitely a figurita. They’re energetic little bastards, and one of the smallest breeds of domestic pigeon. Perfect contrast for Dominic. I haven’t settled on a color yet, I might have to draw her first.

Dominic: Giant runt pigeon. He strikes me as a splash. They are the largest domestic pigeon breed. A tank of a bird with a mellow personality. I can’t imagine him as anything else. 

Swank: White garden fantail. A baller kind of bird with presence. Hard to put into words, just look at them, they’re a very swank bird. If I gave it a gold coat and a cigar it’d be impossible to tell the difference. All white might feel plain for him but that’s the point, makes his accessories stand out better.

Geez, it turns out they spent the day stealing and eating a lot of chocolate, they're going to end up with a stomach ache the next day, especially Makoto.

Well, I ended up saying that I wasn't going to do something today, and I ended up doing it. DX

It's not the best result and also the best thing for Valentine's Day, but it is, and I forgot Kurumi, I swear I was too lazy to do this, she'll probably be mad. Sorry Kurumi, my dear.

It's not Valentine's Day where I live, but I might try to do something like this today. I just wanted to make Shinigami and Makoto eating chocolate, and Yuma not liking it because he knows what will happen to them later. I still find it funny if them like chocolate to the point of wanting to eat a lot of it.

Shinigami's outfit didn't look very good, I'm sorry. I'll try to improve next time.

Rain Code Corocoro Manga Translation

Amaterasu Researcher Name Headcanon!! +Doodles

IMPLIED RAIN CODE CHAPTER 4 SPOILERS BELOW

So, me and CAR CAT Games were discussing potential names for Yakou's wife and we came up with:

Fumiyou Furio (formerly Fumiyou Rika)

Explanation (disclaimer: I am not Japanese, I do not know how to speak the language but on a very basic level, this was just constructed with some random research and I don't know that this name actually holds any real credence as being plausible nor am I confident with the Kanji meanings, but, anywho):

While Rain Code doesn't use Kanji to write their names, her name would be spelled as 婦美陽 if it were written out in Kanji. Why?

婦 (fu/ふ) for wife, combined with 美 (mi/み) for beautiful (cause I mean...she is!), combined with 陽 (with the you/よう reading) for the sun to contrast with Yakou's night 夜 Kanji and represent Amaterasu as a Japanese sun god.

The last name Rika comes from the word 理科, and also makes a sorta pun out of her name cause if you sound out Fumiyou Rika you kind of get 'Fumi Eureka' (even though it's pronounced 'yoh' not 'you' as in the English word, it still works a bit!) and Eureka Moments is her listed ability.

As I stated earlier, I have no clue if these meanings actually line up or make a cohesive name in Japanese but it'll still be my headcanon name for her regardless cause I think it fits. :3 Just wanted to provide some of the reasons behind it.

(Majority of this was CARCAT'S idea, too, so I don't take much credit lmao).
