Finally made a user for BloodSugar, so meet Rae.

Rae Walker is an American who later moved around Japan. Learning both sign language and Japanese during that time.

Rae up until the age of 14 lived in America. Having his stand for most of his life, it appearing around when he was 4, at the time though he just assumed it was a ghost, knowing only he could see it unlike those around him. He found it hard when he first started going to school, due to the fact no one could see his stand. And a lot of the kids found him weird because of him either interacting with his stand, or trying to show people his stand. Rae quickly learnt that he should just shut up about his stand.

Around when he was 10 is when his mother had his little sister, her being born deaf. Which he quickly started to learn sign language to be able to communicate with her. Already wanting to be the best older sibling he could be.

When he started going to high school he ended up getting in with the popular kids, but wouldn't bully other kids like them, due to him imagining if it was his sister being the one bullied he never wanted to hurt others. But this just lead to him getting bullied himself. Either behind his back, or when he refused to pick on someone else. Despite this a lot of the people who got picked on respected him and would often tell him to try to get out of that friend group, but Rae couldn't as he would be more of a target that what he already was.

Around when he was 12 is when his family mentioned about moving to Japan and wanted Rae to start learning Japanese as well as the sign language that he was learning.

Around the age of 14 is when he realized he was trans, and started to try to present as male as best as he could. Also around this time is when he moved to Japan with his family.

In Rae's first school that he went to in Japan he knew enough Japanese to get by. And was well liked enough by people, especially since they liked his hair colour. But due to his previous experience with school he mainly stuck to himself. In this time he was struggling with his gender and trying to pass as male, luckly his family are supportive and helped him in whatever way they could, and tried to do research to help him out too.

He liked to spend a lot of time with his little sister, and always tried to hang out with her. Since his little sister (Lilith Walker) really struggled to connect with people, since hardly no one knows sign, and its just hard to have a conversation when one person is writing. So due to that Rae spent a lot of time with her trying to make her happy. He'd go out of his way to try to teach people a little bit of sign so they could try to interact with his sister.

For his last year of high school his family moved to Morioh, and he ended up going to Budou-go Oka Middle/High School (I think thats the name of the school, the school Jouske and Jouta go too). He felt his Japanese was good enough as well ,even though it was pretty good before, and decided to finally make some friends in this new school, not really expecting much from this new school though, since a lot of people had been at the school since the start so already have defined groups.

When he was waiting for his bus on the first day a few punks decided that they wanted to try to pick on him, due to his hair colour standing out and the fact he was a new kid and they wanted to spook him a bit. In which Jouta came to his rescue, spooking the punks half to death to the point others (Josuke and his friends) had to break it up.

Rae decided to stick by Jouta, firstly because Jouta seemed to spook anyone away from picking on him, and also because he found out this was also Jouta's first year in that school too, so was hoping that they both could be friends. At first he found it hard to communicate with Jouta, till he saw Jouta use sign language. In which he quickly began to sign with Jouta, though he still didn't get much back from Jouta it was a start in his eyes.

At first Rae didn't even know if Jouta liked him, but over a short time Jouta slowly started to talk to him, instead of signing. Jouta also liked his own time, but due to Rae normally following him around like a lost puppy over time Jouta started to wait for him, e.g. at lunch or to walk home with him, and just generally seemed to tolerate Rae.

During one of these walks home Jouta ended up meeting Rae's sister, Lilith. In which she seemed to quickly become attached to Jouta, due to Jouta knowing sign. And would often run half way to meet the two on their walk home so she could 'talk' with the two, since at that time Jouta didn't really stick around long enough to interact with either of them after he walked them home.

Also during this time he came to realize he wasn't the only one with a 'ghost', thanks to Jouske he found this out. And also thanks to Jouske he found out Jouta also had a stand, despite the fact Jouta seemed to hide it from him. Jouta would even ignore his stand Blood Sugar whenever it was out till he (Jouta) got caught out on being able to see his (Rae's) stand. Which Rae quickly began to learn what stands are thanks to the people around him.

Also during this time both Jouta and Rae begane to be annoyed by a stand user. Which lead to the situation with Yua and her friend. But was quickly sorted out mostly due to Jouta.

Rae is 5,4 (still growing) and is around 17 years old (on the younger side of 17). He lives with both parents and his little sister. His parents aren't around too much, but try to make time for both him and Lilith when they can. So his home life is quite good.

He tries to be upbeat when he can, and is pretty much a bit of a goof, but tries to also remain somewhat chilled out for people who don't like someone with too much energy. Despite his upbeat personality most of the time its quite easy to upset him, though he tries his hardest to hide that fact. He's very passionate about people he cares for, either they be family or friends. Normally this can be seen mostly when he interacts with either Lilith or Jouta since he feels those are the two people in his life that need the most support.

Rae is someone who despite his stands ability doesn't like to hurt people, and tries not too if he can help it. Only really injuring people, and feels really bad about hurting people even if they were trying to kill him. Luckly for him he has both Jouta and Yua who are willing to harm people for his sake.

He adores his new friend group and would pretty much follow them to the end of the world no questions asked. He wouldn't like to say he has favorites in the group, but if asked he'd say Jouta. Him being close with Jouta due to Jouta being his first proper friend in his life besides his family, paired on with the fact Lilith adores Jouta too. So Jouta pretty much won his affection without having to do anything. But Rae can't really be a physically affectionate person right away with Jouta, due to Jouta not liking touch, so a lot of his time is spent trying to get Jouta used to touch so he can be physically affectionate with him.

Stand's music reference "Kid Bloom - Blood Sugar"

His stand can manipulate blood, e.g. can basically do water/blood bending. Or could just make people explode using their blood.

He can also create items out of blood. Like he wouldn't be able to make something like a phone, more so simple items, or weapons for himself, though he's more likely to make things like shields for himself.

He can also use his power to excelerate healing. using the cells in the blood.

Due to his powers with blood, he also has adrenaline activation. Which can give people the benefits of adrenaline, without being in a situation where it would have been activated or to keep that person going with energy.

his stand has a range of about 3.5 metres when it comes to abilities. But when it comes to physical it's around 1.5. Paired on with the fact it mainly may fight with its legs, due to its legs being sharp, but it may also punch or use his tail.
