I heard something yesterday from a well known devotee that I never heard before. That if we see Kṛṣṇa, we will faint from His beauty. But if we see Radha, we will die! That she is a 1000 times more beautiful than even Kṛṣṇa!

Maybe this explains why when I had Radhe's darshan, her face was veiled. I always thought it was because of her modesty, or Her love for Krsna. I never knew that her beauty could actually kill me! I learn something new every day.

Radha is always with Krishna isn't she? Even if i don't know what to believe about her, i don't know if she was real- i know that the sentiment is.

Whenever I ask who was Radha, the first answer is 'soul of krishna'.

That's who she is to me.

Not the daughter of somebody, not wife of somebody, not the radharani. Just Radha.

The essence of love.

There is not much known about her, several people question her. I don't understand her either but the divinity she exudes always prevails in my thoughts.

Even though the story of Radha Krishna sounds unlikely, the devotion doesn't. I don't really know what more i can say honestly, she had been around all of my life, i have heard about her, worshipped her but i dont know her. She feels like a fever dream, the details are muddy and I'm not sure what to believe.

For me radha isn't a girl who loved Krishna, she was love herself. Love that transcends human boundations. Love that spills from the soul. Love that becomes devotion in highest form. Love that feels closer than one's own existence.

That love is Radha.
