Young Justice x RWBY - Headcanon 2

In a merged world of Remnant and Earth-16, Icicle Jr managed to regained memories of a previous reality. While he overheard about a serum capable of mutating living beings, like the creatures of Grimm, he planned to steal some of the serum to impress his father, Icicle Sr. But on the way to S.T.A.R Labs, he ran into Emerald Sustrai, who apparently got there first to steal the serum.

He fought her to get the serum, but due to Emerald's intelligence and skill of combat, Icicle began to have a crush on the thief and offers to become her partner in crime. Only to be shut down when Emerald rejected him. And saw Mercury meeting up with Emerald. Jealous of Mercury, Icicle Jr. teams up with the two in order to impress Emerald.

Nora: Oh, and I haven't told you what happened when we went with Jaune and his nephew to the water park. That combination of "Handsome Single Dad" is dangerous.

These few months every time I kept reading "too bad we're not getting a story resolution for RWBY because it's never coming back" I was internally like stfu. Don't lose hope, I never lost hope i was like. We're gonna see Ruby probably interrogating Raven over whatever the fuck she knows about her mom, Blake and Yang as official couple and everyone learning about it, maybe some drama as well between Yang and Raven, Weiss reuniting with her family, Jaune adapting to being with his team again after so long, Emerald being part of the good guys. And you know what lmao. We're actually getting that. Never lose hope bitch /j

The funniest bit of RWBY trivia I can think of is its relation to Doctor Sleep. The fucking sequel to The Shining features more blatant references to RWBY than maybe anything else I can think of ever. Ewan McGregor has been in the vicinity of an Emerald Sustrai
