#ROAD TRIP BUDDIESSSSS

                                              it   had   happened   in    an   instant   .    they   had   taken   SWEENY   and   left   her   to   rot   .   No   car   ,   no  phone  ,   and   no   irish  GPS   to   navigate   the   way   .   So   here   she   sits   -   at   a   booth   in   a   gas-station  ,   scoping   out   possible   transportation   candidates   from   behind   heavily   tinted   sunglasses   .    She’s   about   to   give   up   -   to   leave   the  run  down  mini-mart   and   start   hitch-hiking   towards   Shadow’s   light   when  she   spots   a   rag-tag   trio   stumble   forth   from   a   dusty   chevy   .   While   the   other   two   make   their   way   into   the   store   -   one   stays   behind  ,  leaning   against   the   car   door   and   lighting   up   a   bogey   .  

                                                             P E R F E C T  .  

                                              Quickly   and   silently   she   exits   the   store  ,  meanders   over   to   him   with   a   sweet   smile   .   She   may   be   ROTTING   but   she   still  knows  how   to  play   the   game   .   Hell   it   was   just   a   part   of   how   she   was   raised  .   When   she   was   younger   she   practically   fed   both   her   momma   &   herself   on   dinners   scammed   from   men   who   fell   for   the   curl   of   soft   lips   .   

                                          She’s   about  to   ask   him   for   a   cig   when   she   spots   his   collar    ;    there’s   a   moments   pause   as   she   tries   not   to   laugh   at   the   irony   of   it   all   .   If   he   had   seen   what   she’d   seen  .   .   .   but   none   of   that   mattered   now   .
