The arguments, the tension, the late nights crying out of frustration, the overthinking about things that never deserved to be on your mind. It’s fucked up. He fucked up. He hurt you and yet you apologized. He left and you blamed your fucking self. There’s nothing wrong with you! You can’t keep things that don’t deserve to stay. You can’t find life in dead things. You can’t find love holding on to someone incapable of loving you. It’s time to pick your fucking heart up off the ground and give the love you’ve wasted on him to yourself. you’ve been looking for a sign and this is it! Damn it, I just want you to be happy!

By all means, cultivate and protect your inner peace. there have been parts of my mind overrun by negativity and chaos. there are parts of my heart still scared, broken or cracked from a past filled unpleasantries and yet I continue toward the path of peace and progression. the things I'm able to achieve has been the product of higher thinking and the success of maintaining my peace, protecting myself from anything or anyone who attempts to distract me from reaching all the things meant for only me. though I sometimes fall short of controlling my anger or find it difficult to pull myself out of the pits of depression. somehow, someway...I continue to move forward, toward the light that'll lead me to some sort of salvation.

this morning, I woke up with a new list of things to accomplish and it is my peace of mind that will help me get there. protect your peace... #rhsin
