I had a dream last night that Mikael and Raphael were the sons of Shepha, and Malek was the son of Shephamalum.

I realize dreaming me is totally off-base but how funny would it be if it was like “surprise! ABH is part of the HS universe too!”

Man, I cannot tell you how much I struggled with Mikael for who knows what reason. Anyway he’s finally done.

Turns out I just needed to listen to smutty audiobooks while drawing 😅.

Highlights from this update (so far):

ABH! The story, and the cute little date with Cassiel! Ugh, my heart 😍 I want good things for him and Audrey. Haven’t done the other routes yet but I saw the Malek screenshots 😩🥵. Also, that cliffhanger!

Soulless. It was short, but so good; filled in some backstories and we got some long awaited answers.

The Missing. Very intriguing so far. Both the male LIs have grabbed my attention. I don’t romance females but they’re both super cute, and Safaa has quite a bit of screen time so far. Very promising!

Shakespeare’s Code. Edward looks so cute in his cloak 😂. And Edmund still exists. I haven’t done his route yet, but all I need is to see him to be happy 😍.

Haze. The ice starting to melt with Dragan, the cliffhanger?!? OMG. (Two great ones in one update!)

Of the two (ABH and HSR), I prefer ABH being connected to the HS universe. I can buy angels and demons on Earth in context of HS, but I don’t get where the “infected” came from. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Plus tbh, the angels and demon in HSR look too young, and Lane is too young to be connected to Vicky in any way. Audrey, however, could totally be Vicky’s age if ABH takes place pre-Apocalypse, post Malbonte. 🤷🏼‍♀️

We finally see him in his knight gear!

He wasn’t, she was, at least in the context of this scene. (ABH, the scene where Audrey and Cassiel chat at the bar after the club scene and he practically scolds her for her empathy toward the dead girls sister).

Funny how it’s a recurring theme in several books that celestial / supernatural beings lack real empathy for humans (while acting superior) and in some cases amongst each other. In Soulless, Vyxaria is regarded as strange (or dare I say broken?) for her feelings. Don’t get me started on the angels (Dino and most times Sammy being the exceptions) in HS1 & HS2. It feels like there’s a metaphor in there somewhere. 🤔
