U.S. Army Warrior Fitness Team Member

Capt. Brian Harris

Capt. Brian Harris, was born in Edmond, Oklahoma and graduated from Edmond North High School in 2009. He was a member of the high school’s baseball and wrestling teams throughout high school. He enlisted in the Oklahoma Army National Guard in August of 2009 as a firefinder radar operator (13R) in field artillery. While serving in the Guard from 2009 to 2013, Harris attended the University of Oklahoma and actively participated in the Army ROTC program. During this time, he was introduced to functional fitness and began competing at a high level at various competitions around the country. In 2013, Harris commissioned into the Regular Army as a Medical Service Corps officer and that year was selected as one of twenty two medical service officers to attend flight training and be trained as an aeromedical evacuation officer (67J) / UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter pilot.

Harris’ assignment history includes Fort Rucker, Alabama where he attended Army flight school followed by Fort Carson, Colorado as a section leader, platoon leader and staff operations officer for the 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade. During his time with 4th CAB, Harris participated in several full-scale training exercises and served one nine-month deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation’s Freedom Sentinel and Resolute Support providing aeromedical evacuation services across RC-East and RC-North. In 2016, he was named the 4th Infantry Division’s “Junior Officer of the Year” for his efforts both in combat and garrison. After his time in Colorado, Harris returned to Fort Rucker to serve as the operations officer for their Air Ambulance Detachment (110th Aviation Brigade) known as “Flatiron” providing 24/7 crash rescue support to the Aviation Center of Excellence, as well as, routine support to 6th Ranger Training Battalion at Eglin Air Force Base and support to the local civilian population in accordance with the Wiregrass Letter of Agreement.

Harris is a CrossFit Level 2 certified trainer and master fitness trainer (phase 1) and has accumulated more than 700 hours of one-on-one and group coaching time teaching functional fitness methodologies to servicemembers and civilians enabling them to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals. He has competed at the local, regional and national level in functional fitness competitions. Under the old CrossFit season format, Harris was a 2 time regional qualifier and recently represented the United States of America as a member of the national team at the International Federation of Functional Fitness World Championships in Malmo, Sweden (2018).

His awards and decorations include the Air Medal with “C” device, Air Medal, Army Commendation Medal with 2 bronze oak leaf clusters, Army Achievement Medal with 3 bronze oak leaf clusters, Meritorious Unit Citation (2-4 GSAB, 4CAB), National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, NATO Medal, Combat Action Badge, Basic Army Aviator’s Badge, Parachute Badge, and the Air Assault qualification badge.

Quirky RC!Hajime - Erasure

Have a Reserve Course Hajime canceling Ultimates as if they were quirks. It's yet another silly post with no logic whatsoever. "Cancelling Ultimates", in this case, is just causing Ultimates to be less interested in their passion or, in Nagito's case, nullify strange luck occurrences.

Being at Hope’s Peak is honestly a blessing. This school is so reputable that it doesn’t matter that Hajime's not an Ultimate, there’s definitely a way he could become successful. Even though being an Ultimate would be…

He bumps into someone and his papers fall. “I’m sorry-”

“Watch where you’re going, Reserve Course,” sneers a white-haired guy. What the hell? Green eyes land on a brown uniform. Double what the hell? 

Fuck you. Hajime growls internally. 

“Right, sorry about that.” He says instead. Might as well be the bigger person.

“You should be.” The Ultimate scowls, dusting himself off. 

Nevermind. “Hey, what's your problem?”

“You should know your place. You’re scum of this Earth, a mere peasant, but that’d be generous of a title... you're barely even worthy of being a stepping stone, no, even a damn pebble to us Ultimates.” He replies snootily. What a dick.

The desire to shove him is visceral, but Hajime's got a tuition that isn’t going to pay for itself. He grits his teeth. “I didn’t realize all Ultimates were assholes.”

“Only to the ones that deserve it.” 

Fuck. 

This.

Guy. 

His fists clench. 

Scholarship. This was your dream.

Hajime's hands loosen. He glares at the other guy and turns on his heel. 

SHWING!

Is he resorting to throwing things now? What a child. Forget it. I don’t care. I have a test soon anyway. 

Not all Ultimates could be like that, right? Hajime frowns. He can't ignore the way his stomach plummeted at the interaction, the strange way his heart sank when he was so readily dismissed.

…Maybe this is why the saying “Don’t meet your heroes” exists.

Did he… see that correctly? It reminded him of his luck, the way that the gray metal swung overhead, looking to land on the Reserve Course student’s head. He was thinking about “what a mess to clean up that would be”, internally cursing his luck for dirtying the grounds of Hope’s Peak with blood (the Reserve Course student wouldn't have even deserved it, no matter what he said), but instead it just- didn't? hit him? And launched itself into the ground next to where the other was standing before?

He’s never observed anything like it. His luck likes to force low probabilities into reality, but he’s never seen something completely ignore physics. 

And all around a Reserve Course student.

How... strange.

He shrugs it off, but his gaze lingers on the dark suit walking away.

A brunette sits on a fountain, playing on her GameGirl. Hajime scrutinizes her warily when he approaches, but she continues staring at her console. He shrugs. That’s not his problem, he’s just here to eat lunch. The white-haired Ultimate rings through his mind, and he eyes her brown uniform distastefully. He knows the idea of an Ultimate Gamer sounds like a really cool person to talk to, and she looks nice, but so did the other guy, so…

Normally, Hajime would try to avoid her, but the campus is only so big for Reserve Course students and this is his spot. He ensures to sit a few feet away from her and digs into the eggs he made for himself. Man, being on a budget is rough. He grabs a spoonful of egg and rice and

Beep! 

Instinctively, he tilts his head to the sound. Her GameGirl is closed, so she must’ve turned it off. God, now he’s missing his old console. It sucks he left it when he came to Hope’s Peak. While in his thoughts, he does catch the girl blinking and looking confused. Right, definitely not his problem. He lifts his spoon again. 

“Um, hello.” The Ultimate again prevents him from eating.

He sighs. Are all Ultimates really this rude? 

He sends an admittedly pointed look at her, who has set aside her game completely, considering it’s nowhere in sight on the fountain. Wasn’t gaming her talent? Was his existence seriously bothering her so much she had to put down her game? “Look, I’m sorry, I’m just trying to eat. I can leave if it’s bothering you that bad, but you could at least be direct about it.”

“I’m not bothered.” She answers. “I just want to talk, I think.”

His eyebrows furrow. Talk? “About… what? Your games?”

She hums. “I normally would like to, but no, not really.” She hums some more. “Oh, actually, I’m tired.” 

The girl yawns, and lays her head on her bag and her legs on the fountain.

Some talk that was. Was he that boring? They barely even had a back and forth! Ultimates are so damn confusing…

He looks down at her sleeping form and sighs. He can’t just leave her here asleep by herself. Who knows what could happen? 

Well, at least he gets to eat. He finishes his food and checks his phone. Next period is going to start in 10. 

The girl is still asleep. Hmm. Is no one seriously looking for her? Besides that, doesn’t she have any friends from her class? Where the hell are they? 

He could take her back to the Ultimate building, but no one will take too kindly to that.

Damn. What the hell does he do? 

“Hey.” He says.

No response. 

“Hey.”

Still nothing.

He jostles her shoulder slightly.

That does the trick, and she blinks up bleary-eyed at him. 

“I don’t know how your class schedule works, but next period is about to start for me.”

She tilts her head. “Why are you telling me this?” 

He flinches. “Fair enough I guess, geez. I was worried about leaving you alone in your sleep, because you’re being left vulnerable, you know? But clearly I shouldn’t have bothered thinking any Ultimate would be grateful.”

And he stomps out. 

Chiaki watches him storm away with a pout. She was just confused and wanted clarification…

He does seem to have a low opinion of Ultimates. Why would that be? Maybe a bad interaction with someone else who’s an Ultimate? Did he enter a flashback sequence because she triggered something? 

Right, she paused mid-level for some reason. She pulls out her GameGirl. The Reserve Course student lore unlocking could wait, she needs to 100% this level.

April 22nd 2005 saw the death of the sculptor and artist Eduardo Paolozzi

Paolozzi’s Italian parents ran a small ice cream parlour in Leith, in June 1940, when Italy declared war Eduardo was interned (along with most other Italian men in Britain).During Eduardo’s three-month internment at Saughton prison his father, grandfather and uncle, who had also been detained, were among the 446 Italians who drowned when the ship carrying them to Canada, the Arandora Star, was sunk by a German U-boat.

There is little online about his internment and you wouldn’t have condemned him if he decided to leave Scotland after his release, the words of a Proclaimer’s song always springs to mind when I read about Eduardo Paolozzi, and other Scots=Italians:

By the time Eduardo was released it was 1943 and he began attending Edinburgh College of Art before moving to London and feigned madness to secure his release from army duties in order that he could study sculpture at the Slade School of Fine Art from 1944 to 1947.

Paolozzi is widely considered to be one of the first Pop artists and created many collages including the famous ‘I was a rich man’s plaything’ in 1947, which was the first artwork to feature the word ‘Pop’ in it.

After a spell in Paris he returned to London and moved into a studio in Chelsea and by the 1950s was establishing himself as a surrealist artist through a series of screen-prints, pioneering the technique in which each print can have a separate colourway, predating Warhol’s famous prints of the same nature by four years.

In 1968 Paolozzi taught sculpture and ceramics at the University of California, Berkeley. He worked in Berlin from 1974, and was Professor at the Fachhochschule in Cologne from 1977 to 1981. He also later taught at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Munich.

Paolozzi might have spent many years away from his home town of Edinburgh but didn’t forget it, he donated a great deal of work to the Scottish National Gallery, who have since displayed a reconstruction of his studio and a large body of his work in the Dean Gallery.

If you have wandered around Edinburgh and visited St Mary’s Catholic Cathedral you will have come across Eduardo Paolozzi statues, “Manuscript of Monte Cassino” which comprises a giant foot and matching hand and ankle. The work was a gift to the city by entrepreneur Tom Farmer, the work is found outside St Mary’s RC Cathedral, I like how the area there has three pieces of art, on the left at Picardy Place you can enjoy a statue of Sherlock Holmes, and on the right you have two giant Giraffes outside the Omni Centre made of scrap metal.

Eduardo Paolozzi suffered a serious stroke in 2001 and he died in a hospital in London in April 2005.

Anon I always want to talk about the Winterses I 100% do not mind at all lol.

I think the family as a whole is simultaneously really closely bonded (partially due to the sheer trauma they experienced together) and also experience a lot of friction very easily. They love each other intensely but they weren't really Raised together and they all come from different backgrounds, be them religious, cultural, or socioeconomic. It leaves room for a lot of friction, especially between Delia and the kids. I think in the early years there was a lot of rapid oscillation between "You're not my mom, my mom is dead, fuck off and stop trying to parent me" and "Delia i'm so sorry i'm so scared please never leave me". Sometimes within the hour. She was a like 32 year old woman suddenly in charge of 3 teenagers, having no real childcare experience, and it was kind of a mess. She loves the kids though and they love her. As adults her relationships with Michael and Ethan are a lot more stable than they were when they were younger--though conversely, while Ava relied on her a lot as a traumatized kid desperate for a parental figure, Ava is a lot more stilted with her now as an adult. Delia has never pretended she knew what she was doing or that she was prepared for this, but she's always made sure the kids know she loves them and she didn't keep them with her just out of obligation. She wants to be in their lives--whether that's as their mom, their 'aunt', their guardian, or just their friend. They get to define who she is to them, and she's okay that sometimes that changes in the moment (see: Ethan's POV. He mixes up whether Delia is his 'aunt' or just 'Delia' in his thoughts a lot, while also very clearly viewing her as a mom even if he avoids calling her that most of the time).

Delia’s focus since RC has always been the kids. She’s so deeply embedded in survivor networks to this day because she was one of the first to go “look we need to figure out long term options for fake IDs and paperwork. I’ve got three kids who should be in school.” She worked a lot of odd jobs once they reached California to keep the lights on (yes they maybe squatted in a few places at first what about it). She was a mechanic in RC but after coming to California she ended up working primarily private security at first because it paid well and was mostly nights. She went back to being a mechanic when the kids got a little older and Michael and Ethan started helping with rent (despite her insistences otherwise. They were adults and they were gonna help Damn it). Michael keeps trying to get her to take it easy these days but she’s only 50 damn it! Don’t treat her like she’s old!!

Michael! Michael is the most well adjusted man in this house comparatively (which isn't a high bar but at least he cleared it. Ethan faceplanted tripping over it). He was the oldest when RC happened among the kids, and as an adult he still takes his role as 'big brother' pretty seriously. He loves his idiot siblings, and he loves Delia, too. When RC first happened he was pretty wary of Delia (fairly enough. the world is ending, your mom is dead, your dad is missing, everything's gone to hell in a handbasket, there's paramilitary weirdos running around, and this random white woman just fished you out of the river with this blood-spattered kid next to her? Nah), and in the months that followed he definitely better handled her treating him like a younger friend/ally ("I know you don't really need me, but Ethan and Ava need us both, so would you be willing to help me with them?" kind of vibe, even if Delia is also 'YOU ARE A CHILD' at Michael internally). He supported the ruse of passing them off as a family long before he saw them as one, but he grew attached to Ethan and Ava, and Delia, faster than he'd have ever copped to as a kid. And for all his grumbling about the stupidity of their various schemes and covers ("Sure Delia pass off three kids as half-siblings by three different fathers, one of which you'd have had to have as a teenager, that's believable" "DO YOU HAVE A BETTER IDEA MICHAEL IF I SAY YOU'RE ADOPTED OR FOSTER KIDS THAT WILL RAISE EVEN MORE QUESTIONS"), he's kind of glad Delia always insisted on passing them off as a family, one way or another (the Winterses changed aliases and cover stories a lot when running from Raccoon City to avoid a clear trail, before they settled down in Cali). These days, he's the kid most unashamed to call her mom. She's his mom! He had another mom, too, and that's okay. Delia is his mom and she's also just Delia and he loves her. Michael still lives with her in California. He's lived on his own a lot, of course, and dated around, but relationships aren't really for him (he's a scrupulously honest person and hates that any relationship would require lying), and he likes being at home. He does have a robust friend network, though, and he likes to volunteer coaching the swim team at the local Y. He works as a manager at a local goodwill center. He’d have liked to have gone into social work or a medical field, but he worried about any profession that would have required a lot of background checks. He did take some nursing classes in community college, though. He attended school late, like Ethan did—both for financial reasons and because they wanted longer for their identities to be settled before they braved college paperwork.

Michael gets along with both of his siblings really well. He’s Ethan’s best friend (and the person Ethan was on the phone with at the beginning of RE7 in TtVtL canon), and has always looked out for him, even when they were teenagers (it defo painted an entertaining picture to everyone else. Michael was Cool and Ethan was Not and every other ~17yr old was not sure why he let this weedy 15yr old with the thousand yard stare follow him around. There was a lot of “excuse you that’s my BROTHER” energy). Michael meanwhile is very much the grounding older brother presence for Ava. She’s not good at taking Advice from Ethan because they’re closer in age and she thinks those in glass-houses-of-pretending-nothing-happened should not throw stones, but she’s better at taking it from Michael. She’s his baby sister and he wants to protect her but he also knows lecturing her doesn’t get him anywhere. I think as the two POC of the family they also just have bonding points on issues Ethan and Delia just can’t get.

Ava...loves her family. But it's hard to be around them. She's just still so angry about everything that happened, and her family respects her anger, but Delia just wants to keep the kids safe and Michael just wants to live a normal life and Ethan wants to pretend nothing happened. It's frustrating for her to try to talk to them about it because Ethan Doesn't want to talk about it and Michael mostly just is like "Ava babe please consider therapy" and Delia understands her anger but is also like. Her Mom. she wants her to be careful and safe and Ava doesn't want to be careful she wants the world to answer for what happened!! She fights with Ethan about it the most. But they still love each other--and would do anything to protect each other. She lives far away from the rest of the family and can't contact them a lot, but calls when she can. She has...employment. Her employer is not her day job. Her day job does not know her name is Ava Winters. She does not enjoy her work, but she thinks it's necessary. But if she had to choose between her job and her family? Her family. Always. She won't lose anyone again.

As the new heir of Castelsareillan, I decided Kiki should have a courtesy title to use and went with “Countess of Heartwood” to reference Bellmere

I chose the little owl as the specific species for House Theron’s sigil due to them being associated with Athena, the Greek goddess of wisdom and war (and thus found it an even more fitting nickname for Hakim to use)

The capital of Castelsareillan where Kiara was born, Sorbier, is French for “rowan”

Metrea announces the first commercial air refueling of USAF aircraft

Metrea is proud to have been part of a historic debut by providing commercial air-to-air refueling for RC-135 and E-3 U.S. Air Force aircraft in support of the RESOLUTE HUNTER exercise.

Although U.S. Navy and Marine Corps units regularly use commercial air refueling services for training and support, this is the first time that U.S. Air Force aircraft have used commercial air refueling.

From June 23 to 29, Metrea Strategic Mobility (MSM) provided four air refueling support missions for RC-135 and E-3 aircraft in support of the RESOLUTE HUNTER exercise. The total included 13 boom contacts and almost 90,000 pounds of discharged fuel, providing air refueling training for the RC-135 and E-3 crews and allowing them to extend their participation in the RE

"It was appropriate to be able to support the U.S. Air Force in achieving this important milestone during the same week that we marked the 100ºth anniversary of air refueling," said Jon "Ty" Thomas, head of the Metrea Air and Space Group. "Our team worked closely with NAVAIR, the Air Combat Command and the RC-135 and E-3 receiving units to accomplish this and provide the necessary training effect. We hope to support more refueling requirements from the U.S. Air Force, as well as increase demand from allies and partners."

An RC-135 Rivet Joint assigned to the 55ª Wing of Offutt Air Base was the first to receive commercial air-to-air refueling, followed by an E-3 Sentry assigned to the 552ª Air Control Wing of Tinker Air Base.

For Metrea Strategic Mobility, this marks another historic milestone, after recently completing the first commercial replenishment in April 2023 in support of a U.S. Navy P-8.

A KC-135R from Metrea Strategic Mobility was sent to the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford, United Kingdom, from July 14 to 16.

Fifteenth Week

Hi, my name is Robert Laskarzewski, and I am currently a sophomore at the Darla Moore School of Business studying International Business and Marketing. I’m a part of the International Business Responsible International Leadership (RIL) program and will spend the Spring and Fall semesters at the ESSEC Cergy campus. I was born and raised in California, about an hour away from San Francisco. I chose to attend the University of South Carolina specifically because of the RIL program and the amount of time abroad that was offered. Once I was accepted, it was an easy choice to pursue my studies there.

This week marked my last week of official classes, now all that’s left is two more finals – one of which will be assigned on the 18th (and due a week later) and the other is an exam on the 25th. My volunteering program in May has been mostly finalized and I had a brief conversation with my manager. He informed me what day to come on and that he would pick me up from the train station and help me settle in – although I’m quite nervous I’m sure it will be an amazing experience. He mentioned something about the beach in our brief three minute-long phone call which piqued my interest.

During the week however, I did have several of my finals including my French language final, French history/culture final, my Entrepreneurship final presentation, and my final paper for my E-Business class. The paper I wrote was about how blockchain can be used for business applications and whether it has real applicable use. I concluded that without public support, blockchain technologies would probably be unlikely to succeed on a mass scale – I’ll probably be wrong but that’s not too important.

On Friday, I went to Paris to get more of my film developed, see a museum, and watch a soccer game.

I went to the Paris Sewer Museum, a very interesting but quite small museum. It was basically just a stairway down to the sewer level of Paris where you could walk on walkways over a running Parisian sewer. It didn’t smell anywhere near as bad as I thought it would and I found it to be quite interesting all in all. I did see a few sewer rats which was pretty cool. I also went to a soccer game between Versailles FC and FC Villefranche Beaujoulais. It was very cold and misting the entire time so I ended up leaving after the first half, furthermore I didn’t really like the vibes of the stadium.

On Saturday, I went to Paris – again, to see a soccer game. This time it would be two of the heavy hitters in the First Division of French football, Lens and PSG. I almost didn’t go to this game, but I know I would forever regret not having gone to see Lionel Messi playing. Once I took the RER and the metro to the Le Parc des Princes, I found my way to my seat which was only five rows from the field. I was rooting for RC Lens so I was quick to celebrate their goal from the penalty spot, shouting as loud as I could among the PSG supporters. Despite the loss for my team of choice, I was happy to see so many players that I had only seen on TV.

Facility Overview

Location: Situated approximately 900 meters from the school's front gate towards the HBNU Office of International Affairs (S0), the dormitory is conveniently close to the ROTC building (S11). Consisting of seven buildings including Doksuri, Hanbat, and the BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) hall, the dormitory's main center is Doksuri-dong, equipped with dining, study, and gym facilities. Meanwhile, Seongsil-dong and Inhwa-dong belong to the Hanbat dormitory, with the BTL dormitories divided between Mongnyeonhwa-dong and Sonamu-dong (1st building), and Mirae-dong and Injae-dong (3rd building).

Features: The Hanbat-hall offers apartment-style living with four students per room, sharing a spacious living area, toilet, and shower. In contrast, the BTL hall features double and single rooms in a hallway-style setup.

Facilities

The 1st BTL hall houses a cafeteria, convenience store, study room, laundry facilities, RC center, and gym, while similar amenities are available in Doksuri-dong. The 3rd BTL hall includes a café, community room, lecture room, lounge, reading room, laundry, and communal kitchen. New installations like refrigerators, water purifiers, and microwaves have been added to all floors since the second semester of 2022.

i realised the bio i wrote for claire is infinitely long and people might get bored to read all that, so here's a quick rundown that will get linked in my pinned post.

1979 - claire is born in NYC. dad works in constructions, mom in cps.

1991 - her parents die in a car crash, she gets out of it with a few burns and cuts but it's when her survivor's guilt starts.

1991 to 1996 - since the redfields didn't have any will prepared, at first claire was placed in a foster home until chris got parental rights over her. eventually chris joined the air force and met barry burton, whose family ended up fostering claire in agreement with chris.

1997 - claire goes to college. while initially she was supposed to go to nursing school, she settles for an EMT course to become a paramedic.

1998 - she's still in college, soon to get her first certification. then summer happens, chris stops answering her phone calls so she decides to go to RC and see what's going on. the rest is history.

october 1998 - claire stays with sherry and leon while decoding chris' letter. at some point towards mid november she leaves for paris.

december 1998 - she infiltrates in the parisian umbrella labs as an intern, gathers evidence for her shared plan with leon to take the corporation down, but doesn't find anything about chris. she's eventually found out and captured after basically destroying the whole place, held prisoner on rockfort island until she manages to escape en route to an umbrella base in antarctica. eventually she reunites with chris.

1999 to 2003 - claire attempts to finish her studies, eventually gets her certificates and starts working as a paramedic to prove that she has financial stability to get parental rights over sherry. of course she never gets them, resulting in her always clashing with simmons despite him granting unlimited visit rights. in the mean time she's still working on unravel the conspiracy behind RC and umbrella, getting under terrasave's radar.

2004 - she officially joins terrasave after years spent advocating for them and tagging along to tell her story. she's immediately made a prominent member, and then sent to valdelobos ( spain ) to provide humanitarian aid. obviously things go south, and the volunteers leave before accomplishing anything.

2005 - claire is supervising the distribution of vaccines on behalf of terrasave, working closely with the FDA. the harvardville airport outbreak happens. around this time she also meets neil, a former FBC agent. due to his experience, he's eventually voted as a member of terrasave's executive board.

2006 - while in penamstan to provide humanitarian aid, claire finds out that during the 2000 war there's been an outbreak nobody ever covered on the news. of course she decides to investigate on it, getting kidnapped in the process. she eventually finds out the truth, ending up in a fight with leon about whether share it with the media or not. they're currently the only people ( alive ) who know about what happened, implying claire decided not go to the press anymore.

2007 - tba.

2008 - tba.

2009 - tba.

2010 - terrasave ( claire ) mediates between BSAA and DSO to form an alliance. as rumours of a presumed engagement with neil arise, claire decides to use that spotlight to endorse adam benford's presidency.

2011 - claire and other terrasave members are kidnapped during an event and brought on sejm island, where they wake up to find out a woman nicknamed the overseer has infected them with the virus strain t-phobos and is running experiments on them. with moira burton's help, claire discovers that neil was sent by FBC commissioner morgan lansdale to infiltrate terrasave and carry on his plans to get the former fbi branch reopened. claire, moira and natalia korda are the sole survivors, all three currently still infected with t-phobos albeit assumed that the virus has adapted to them.

2012 - claire and ark thompson work together to clear terrasave's name after neil's scandals. claire goes on a personal mission to find all the people involved in the conspiracy in attempt to atone for the lives lost on sejm. clues lead to an even bigger agency moving the strings.

2013 - claire is present during benford's speech in tall oaks, finally at peace about the fact that the truth about what happened in RC is finally being released and her story validated. she remains in the city providing aid as the outbreak spreads.

2014 - she tells chris various places where he could find leon according to her knowledge, and along with terrasave provides aid in the aftermath of the new york outbreak. some time later she's sent to investigate on sonido de tortuga island, eventually discovering that before sejm, alex wesker was conducting researches on t-phobos in a local umbrella facility. in this occasion is introduced zilì, a double agent for shén yà pharmaceutical.

2015 - sent in san francisco to investigate on a case of mutilated orcas washed ashore, claire ends up working on a joint investigation with chris, jill and rebecca. the clues lead them straight to alcatraz, where they're baited by former umbrella soldier dylan blake and infected with a strain of t-virus. claire is the one who seems to suffer it the most albeit never actually turning. eventually she's saved thanks to rebecca's vaccine, though due to the stress caused by the virus and t-phobos fighting it to keep her alive ( as it is designed for ) leaves claire with a mutated iris in the process. dylan's taunting makes claire question whether there are other conspirators left in terrasave.

2016 - tba.

2017 - terrasave cooperates with the BSAA in regards of the clean up in dulvey. claire remains in contact with zoe baker, offering her a job in the ngo.

2018 to 2021 - she's with the HWS under the name sköll. acts as a subtle handler for mia and ethan, helping them settle in their new house while referring to chris any changes worth of note in either of the two.

2022 to 2036 - tba.

2037 - varying on verses claire lives in a farmhouse with her family, dedicating herself more to investigative journalism than active fight on the field. she's in contact with mia and rosemary winters as they are considered part of the redfield family by association.

April 22nd 2005 saw the death of the sculptor and artist Eduardo Paolozzi

Paolozzi’s Italian parents ran a small ice cream parlour in Leith, in June 1940, when Italy declared war Eduardo was interned (along with most other Italian men in Britain).During Eduardo’s three-month internment at Saughton prison his father, grandfather and uncle, who had also been detained, were among the 446 Italians who drowned when the ship carrying them to Canada, the Arandora Star, was sunk by a German U-boat.

There is little online about his internment and you wouldn’t have condemned him if he decided to leave Scotland after his release, the words of a Proclaimer’s song always springs to mind when I read about Eduardo Paolozzi, and other Scots=Italians:

By the time Eduardo was released it was 1943 and he began attending Edinburgh College of Art before moving to London and feigned madness to secure his release from army duties in order that he could study sculpture at the Slade School of Fine Art from 1944 to 1947.

Paolozzi is widely considered to be one of the first Pop artists and created many collages including the famous ‘I was a rich man’s plaything’ in 1947, which was the first artwork to feature the word ‘Pop’ in it.

After a spell in Paris he returned to London and moved into a studio in Chelsea and by the 1950s was establishing himself as a surrealist artist through a series of screen-prints, pioneering the technique in which each print can have a separate colourway, predating Warhol’s famous prints of the same nature by four years.

In 1968 Paolozzi taught sculpture and ceramics at the University of California, Berkeley. He worked in Berlin from 1974, and was Professor at the Fachhochschule in Cologne from 1977 to 1981. He also later taught at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Munich.

Paolozzi might have spent many years away from his home town of Edinburgh but didn’t forget it, he donated a great deal of work to the Scottish National Gallery, who have since displayed a reconstruction of his studio and a large body of his work in the Dean Gallery.

If you have wandered around Edinburgh and visited St Mary’s Catholic Cathedral you will have come across Eduardo Paolozzi statues, “Manuscript of Monte Cassino” which comprises a giant foot and matching hand and ankle. The work was a gift to the city by entrepreneur Tom Farmer, the work is found outside St Mary’s RC Cathedral, I like how the area there has three pieces of art, on the left at Picardy Place you can enjoy a statue of Sherlock Holmes, and on the right you have two giant Giraffes outside the Omni Centre made of scrap metal.

Eduardo Paolozzi suffered a serious stroke in 2001 and he died in a hospital in London on this dayin April 2005.

i'm a scenic artist, which basically means that I paint sets and some props! I don't wanna go into too much detail because I don't know who's on Tumblr or who will see this but I went and got a bachelor's in production arts and design and before that one in technical stage management. (you 100% don't need both I just hate myself) I started in theatre and then someone needed a painter for a film and it kinda just snowballed from there!

Getting in is the hardest part but once you work for people who know you're competent/like you they'll snag for projects! You can't just show up to a studio not knowing anything unless you got family already in the business (yes production side nepo babies are a thing)

The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Is a great school to look into. Don't let the name fool you, it's not as fancy as it seems but they do offer scholarships for international students and all the profs are great. Their tech/production courses are only three years. If you're in the states there's the Pacific Conservatory Theatre which is in the armpit of California Santa Maria, they're a 2 year course but they also have summer internships! Both of these places are really hands on so you're actually working on and running theatre productions instead of just sitting at a desk and writing essays

RCS Is great if you have a focus like scenic art or props or lighting or stage management while PCPA Is great if you want to learn how to do a little bit of everything while having a set department as your goal. While They're both theatre oriented the skills can transfer to film
