A sort of take on Sinbad but with more historical accuracy (apart from the demons, marids, etc), with a middle-aged retired lady pirate getting the crew back together to take on a Frankish coloniser/sorceror/baddie. 2. I think it wuld really help Kaia if she started off with either sum more acting lessons or even do some kids/young adult (high school based) shows/movies first. I think being on a kid/young adults projects can help her emote better and thats smthn she can really work on cuz whatever acting teacher she got now isnt helping her. She dsnt tend to really change her face for modeling editorials and mayb she got the same mindset for acting? Z is pretty shy/introverted, and Tom says he "hates Hollywood" rotfl, sooo I doubt they go to HW parties that often. Plus, Z has been spending more time in London lately than in LA. She legit moved away from LA last year now that I think about it rotfl. LA is just a rest stop for her now days lol. 😅 I doubt she has that many options for celebrity parties in London compared to ones maybe going on in LA. That party that Quinta and Questlove just hosted looks amazing though! LOL. I LOVE game nights! 😁

2. Hey...it's okay if you want to admit that you wouldn't mind seeing a Euphoria S3 lol.🤭 Lots of people still love the show, so you're not alone there! I personally don't mind if they did 2 or 3 ending episodes to tie up any loose ends so that we can see what happened to the characters, but I personally don't need to see 8 months of filming 8 episodes for a full complete season. It sorta feels like the momentum for the show is dying down a bit. But we all know HBO is going to keep the show on the air as long as Sam writes, because I believe Euphoria is one of HBO's highest-grossing shows right now.

Bel lays in bed with a bowl of hummus and pita chips at her side as she scrolls through last night’s award show content. She had been asked to attend, but Bel decided to stay home with Harry. It’s what she preferred. She also knew that jet lag would be a bitch to her. Harry wasn’t aware she was invited until Viola sent her the final reminder to confirm if she was attending for one or two. 

It’s something they have discussed. Sure they’ve done premiere red carpets, but it’s always a quick second, and sometimes they don’t step out together for a photo. They discussed the Grammy’s and Oscars, both award shows they are top nominees in the running to win. Harry’s award shows are first, and Bel has happily decided to join along for the Grammys and the Brits. Harry understood if she couldn’t attend, but she was free and able, so she’d be there by his side. 

While on Bel’s big night, Harry would be in Thailand. Of course, she was upset when they checked his calendar, but she understood. This was a tour everyone wanted to see. Harry was disappointed too. He tried to say he’d reschedule, but she shut him down before he could even get the word out. Bel loved him for his big heart and how he showered her. He was willing to put her first, but she’d never put his career at risk for an award show. She promised him there would be more. 

Harry joined her in bed, tucked in her side, resting his head on her chest as they both looked at the red carpet and listened to winning speeches.

“That one is nice.” Harry points out Jessica Chastain’s spiderweb dress. 

It really is stunning. 

“Oscar de la Renta never misses,” Bel tells him. Having had the honor to wear many of their pieces created for her. 

“Look at Quinta Brunson, stunning!!!” She stops scrolling to zoom in close on all the details. Harry laughs at Bel’s excitement because it’s genuinely a fantastic dress. 

“Wow!” Harry agrees. “Happy she won.” 

Bel agrees, “sent a bouquet of flowers her way. I love her so much. Always rooting for her success.” 

Harry places a kiss right over her heart. “You’re a sweetheart, Bel.” 

She brushes his comment off. He knows the effect he has on her. 

“You know the Abbott Elementary cast really owned the red carpet, from their looks to awards.” Harry expressed as he saw Bel stare at Tyler James Williams in awe. 

She giggles, pressing a kiss to the top of his head. “It’s fun.” 

“You aren’t upset you aren’t attending?” He asks.

Bel sets down her iPad. “No, not really. Nowhere else I rather be,” she tells him honestly. “Also, that is a California storm I am happy to miss out on.” 

He has to agree. His friends had called to share how bad it was. 

“We’ll be in Los Angeles soon enough,” she reminds him.

That is true. They have the final three shows for the Los Angeles residency. As well as the last two tour dates added to conclude the North America Tour. The final shows will take place in Palm Springs, a birthday celebration for Harry. 

“Should be fun,” Harry mutters. 

“Your birthday is going to be one to remember. Are you excited?” Bel runs her hand through his hair as he slows his breathing. She knows he’s close to falling asleep. 

“Mhm…lots.” 

She giggles, “I’m excited too. My best friend is turning 29, and I might have only been in his life for maybe close to two years. He's taught me how to love and laugh. Taught me what it’s like to believe in myself and always always make time for a trip to Italy,” she teases. 

“Bel,” he pouts. She can’t see his face, but she knows him well enough that his eyes are shining with tears. 

“I’m going to sing you the mañanitas, your favorite.” 

“Cake?”

Bel laughs, “not a birthday without cake.”

“Or sex.”

She sits there, shocked. “Harry, my goodness.” 

“I’m looking forward to birthday sex with you, my love.” 

“Only because you know I’m going to love on you extra. Leave a few more love bites all over you.”

From the moment he wakes up, Harry is loved by Bel to the moment he goes to sleep and sometimes even in his dreams. He knows that he'll always be loved with her by his side. He’s lucky enough that she can follow his life on the road or agrees when he tells her he wants to go to Italy. She doesn’t question him, only packs a bag. His birthday is only a few days away and he’s ready to celebrate with everyone he loves.

I swear it's like you were spying on my therapy appointment!! I am terrible at giving myself credit for the things I do and seeing even just surviving day-to-day as enough. Work Wives having a gay dinner together

Melissa being pouty that they couldn’t spend the gay dinner alone!! Them on the stoop together!

Those exquisite Teddie moments, them GRINDING on each other in the club, that almost kiss in the flurrying snow, their awkwardly endearing conversations.

Gregory saying Barbara isn’t at the club because there’s too much sinning going on here AKQNSNDJWKSJ.

AVA AVA AVA. She was so good in this episode AKWKDNSS, from her spit take to asking Janine to come out with her when she saw that she was sad.

Insight into Jacob’s psyche, which we don’t get that often!

And a really lovely conversation between Mr. J and Jacob.

I think, in the end, what I most appreciate about this episode is that it’s just an excellent showcase for the ensemble all around; everyone got a piece of a pie, and it made for a really fun time. :’)

20. Share an acting moment that you appreciate.

SO MANY. Let me name just three for right now:

I was viscerally gut-checked by Quinta Brunson and Ayo Edebiri in the last episode, especially in the street confrontation. Their fight was so raw and messy, and both actors understood that this sometimes is the nature of sisterhood. Incredible all around. If they don’t both win Emmy’s for this one next year, I’m going to be really upset.

LAW in “Read-a-Thon” when Melissa is talking to Mya. This sequence hit home in a lot of ways just for the subject matter alone, and Lisa sold the hell out of it, with her softened expression and modulated voice. Gone was the brassiness and the bluntness that we’ve come to expect of Melissa Schemmenti; it was all sieved away for a tender and aching vulnerability.

Janelle in “Fundraiser” when she’s confronting Barbara. Janelle is so excellent at inhabiting Ava at her most Ava—(i.e. irreverent, egotistic, playful)—that when she brought the heat to her monologue about morals Barbara Howard could afford, I was so devastated as I quickly reconciled her external mien to what she was betraying here. So much of her charismatic persona is a facade. Ugh, and, ofc, SLR is always a pitch perfect scene partner, her body language disciplined but the expression in her eyes utterly complicated. Just beautiful.

CATCHING MY DEATH, AND I COULDN’T BE SURE

When Joy opened her eyes in Evermore, it was almost as though nothing else had existed before then. Within that bright light of the early morning sun, all she could remember was...well, pretty much nothing other than a warm feeling deep inside of her. Though she couldn’t remember who she was before Evermore, it hardly mattered because Evermore was everything she needed. Adapting came easily to the woman, the idea of being lost or confused was abhorrent to her, she couldn’t possibly dwell on negative feelings like that - she wouldn’t let herself. For better or worse. Whenever she felt herself deflating, optimism slipping away from her, Joy did all she could to bring it back, even if she had to fake it for awhile. Smile and keep on smiling until it was real again.

Teaching was instantly her calling, spending her days reading and introducing the world to kids - what more could you want? Her positive attitude was perfect for her job, never getting too upset at any given moment and always taking each and every opportunity to help when it presented itself. Though she can be stubborn and hardheaded when it comes to challenges, wanting to exhaust every single effort even if there’s no real solution, you’ll never see her lose the pep in her step. Often Joy is told she’s too much, doing too much to make sure people are happy, annoying in the way she constantly looks for silver linings and bright sides but bright sides were the only place she wanted to be.
