White queso dip from a Mexican restaurant is creamy and full of flavor. With this easy slow cooker recipe, you can make it at home. It's great for parties, get-togethers, or just enjoying a tasty snack.

Ingredients: 1 lb white American cheese, cubed. 1 cup half-and-half. 1 can diced green chilies. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1 tsp cumin. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Salt to taste.

Instructions: Slow cook white American cheese cubes and half-and-half. Put in green chilies, tomatoes, onions, cumin, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper that have been cut up. Mix the ingredients together. Cover and cook on low for one to two hours, stirring every now and then, until the cheese melts and the dip is hot all the way through. Add salt to your liking. Warm up in the crock pot until you're ready to serve.

Just chips and Queso for dinner (Español⬇️) Yesterday’s dinner was a bit high in carbs, but it’s okay. Yesterday I felt like eating everything and anything and this definitely helped calm my cravings down. ▫️ I used @susaliamx tortillas for the chips. I cut them and pan fried them in coconut oil. I used packaged Queso from @heb. ▫️ To drink I had my homemade kombucha. This batch tastes pretty sweet so I am guessing it is a bit higher in carbs. I am guess if I didn’t ferment it enough. I will be testing my glucose levels today. ▪️ Solo totopos y queso para la cena. Mi cena fue un poco alta en carbohidratos, pero está bien. Ayer tuve ganas de comer todo y cualquier cosa, y esta definitivamente ayudó a calmar mis antojos. ▫️ Usé tortillas @susaliamx para los totopos. Los corté y los frité en aceite de coco. Usé Queso empaquetado de @heb. ▫️ Para beber tuve mi kombucha casera. Este lote tiene un sabor bastante dulce, así que supongo que es un poco más alto en carbohidratos.
