Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten ; It was built by HM the Queen Mother, Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck, in 2004 at Nyizergang, Punakha to ward off evil forces and bring peace and harmony for all living beings. . It is one of the finest examples of Bhutanese architecture. I don’t know what is in the water there, but she is STUNNING. I would never place her at 61.

@fundamentallyroyal​ I gotta say that it is an old photo from 1999, so she was 41 at the time. It’s not very easy to find good pictures of the Bhutanese ladies.

Here she is in 2014, this was is more recent but she doesn’t look much older hahaha
