Any SADX fans out there? Anyone who plays with mods? Well, boy is there a treat incoming for you. Sora_yx and myself have been working very hard on overhauling the SADX Mod Manager this year, and we're finally at the point where we can comfortably launch. Language support, theme support, the overall user experience has been upgraded. It should be out very soon, so be sure to update your SADX Mod Manager!

Oh, and for SA2 fans, don't fret. This new Manager will have SA2 support sometime in 2024. The backend is already there as it was something we settled on doing early on. We just have to build out the rest of the SA2 specifics.

New nearer future plans. But a nice little storage shed for outside to start going through my stuff and organizing things to sell, donate, or trash. After that, I want to get one of those free standing metal car ports. If one of us backs in, my partner and I won't have to get out in the rain or snow immediately. That way we can situate keys and bags.

The end of this episode was heartbreaking enough from Sand’s POV, but from Ray’s? He spent a whole day falling in love, realizing for maybe the first time that he doesn’t need Mew. That he could travel the world with Sand, going to music festivals on every continent, and he could be happy. But then Boston comes along and gives voice to his inner demons, telling him he will never amount to more than this one unrequited crush. That no one will ever want him simply because Mew didn’t. That his crush on Mew will haunt him forever. I’m starting to think Ray’s friends are the sole reason he drinks. Ditch the whole lot of them, babe. You deserve better.

Even if I don't have an ADHD or autism diagnosis, treating myself like I have both has been so freeing. I put in noise cancelling headphones when I'm overstimulated. I sit on the floor in the research lab to work because no one in there cares and I like the floor better than my desk. I cut out the tags on my shirts. I use adhd-friendly organizational tips. I let myself stim in public without feeling bad. I was always taught not to do any of that stuff in order to seem "normal" and conform. I finally gave myself permission to do things that make me feel less shitty in my day to day existence. I gave myself permission to be kind to myself.

So reminder to all the people out there like me: you don't have to wait for a diagnosis to implement things in your life that make you more comfortable.

I can’t believe there are humans walking this earth that watch seven seasons of Buffy being crushed under the weight of the literal world and all her responsibilities and suffer constant chronic loneliness and isolation even from her closest friends never getting the support, emotional or otherwise she really needs and then we witness Spike become her safe haven and emotional safe space as she battles her depression and the only person she can genuinely count on both before and after he gets the soul. It’d be one thing if she had a solid family support and real fucking friends but tara and spike were the only people who genuinely cared for her rather than what they can get from her and with Tara gone Spike is an incredibly important person for her to have in her life for her overall happiness and emotional and mental wellbeing and because I don’t fucking hate Buffy I think she deserves to spend the rest of her life with that person!!
