Are Qiyam-ul-Lail and Taraweeh the same? Is it allowed to pray both Taraweeh with Vitr and Qiyam-ul-Lail at the last ten days of Ramadan?

Qayam-ul-Lail—-could be established any night. Not only in the month of Ramadan. Qiyam-ul-Lail, in the mosques, normally starts around 2.30 A.M or so. [For, Allah (SWT) advised in Qura’an for the latter part of the night] (One may, however, continue praying/worshiping/doing Zikr, etc, after the Taraweeh to get the reward of both).
