ATTENTION TUMBLR USERS!

I want to try to make a post to attract as many gimmick blogs as possible. I'm asking all of my followers as well as any people who see this from reblogs to add something to attract at least one gimmick blog. I've used the word attract (which has three Ts in it) so maybe I can attract (I did it again) the T counter. If you guys can get kirbyheritageposts, marioheritageposts, donkeykongheritageposts, supersmashbrosheritageposts, wario-heritage-posts, yoshiheritageposts, and nintendoheritageposts to reblog this then I will share my idea for the ultimate platformer (although you've probably got some idea already). Despite the virus take place in the Mixel world this is NOT Connected to my Mixels AU

there might be references to other shows/movies/cartoons/webtoons/games/analog horrors (E.X: Foster’s home for imaginary friends, Family Guy, Homestar, Kids TV,etc)

so yeah, that’s all of the facts so far

now let’s get into the main story, shall we?

overall story thus far:

The story begins when Snoof gets home from school (before anyone complains about him not being a minor, the wiki says he is), he flops on his bed, tired, then, he realizes that him, and his brothers were supposed to go to a trampoline park, so he begins to wait patiently until 3 PM, when they got there, they all had a bunch of fun, but unfortunately, they couldn’t stay there forever, plus, it was almost Snoof’s bed time, so they drove back home at 6 PM, and Krog putted Snoof to bed, told him a bed time story, and kissed on the head. “Nightly night Snoof!” Krog said. “Night big bro…” Snoof said, before falling asleep, 15 minutes later. He was sleeping peacefully, until he heard Krog shouting him to get to the living room, when he finally got there he saw that Krog was shocked so he asked, “Krog, do you want it’s 3 AM!” And Krog responded, “Snoof, this is serious. I woke you up for a reason!” Before pointing at the TV, and a message reading “Warning: a virus has been detected, every Mixel or must go to the bunker immediately”, at that point, the both were terrified…

(yes, the overall story so far ends on a cliffhanger. But don’t worry, the moment I release the first episode, i’ll continue the story!)

Homestar Runner Dream

I'm writing this down because it was wild and I felt like I watched a true short or holiday toon. Scene opens with Strong Bad, Strong Mad, and the Cheat browsing goods in a refrigerator box being sold by a 'black market dealer' (which was just Coach Z in a yellow jacket, afro, and Groucho Marx disguise). It's a few days before Halloween, and Strong Mad sees a heart-shaped flower pot he wants to use as his candy bucket. Strong Bad complains, but when Strong Mad starts yelling he gives in and pays the 'dealer' with an old magazine. As he does, Strong Mad picks up the pot which immediately crumbles in his hand, and the scene fades as the dealer commenting "Thems the breaks!", him and Strong Bad laughing, and Strong Mad upset.

Next scene goes right into Strong Bad breaking into Marzipan's house in the dead of night. Strong Mad won't give up on the pot, so Strong Bad figures he can just make his own with his excellent craftymanship, but needs supplies to do it. So he breaks in, catches her off guard, and hogties her. Then the scene becomes a sped-up montage of Strong Bad working through the night ransacking the place to produce....a cardboard box with an expired bag of Valentines-themed Fluffy Puffs taped to the side. Which even Strong Mad can figure out. So the scene skips again, dead of night again, now in a Lowes garden center. Strong Bad has broken in to find something 'heart shaped' to shut up Strong Mad, but oddly enough, I've broken in right behind him along with Strong Mad to locate an actual pot. While Strong Bad is distracted looking at some 'Cheatgrass', Strong Mad and I start looking down some aisles. All good so far, when we're stopped randomly by a knock-off Kamen Rider, who has his arms crossed and looks rather disappointed. Before he can say anything though, Strong Mad goes loud yelling about thieves and attacks....Coach Z still dressed as 'the dealer' and the Cheat (in a black turtleneck and balaclava) who I didn't see behind me putting stuff in a sack. Not-Kamen Rider shakes his head, and the scene ends with Marzipan approaching in a bubbly mood with the rest of town, all dressed in old-timey outlaw outfits, and Strong Bad hogtied behind her, making some witty pun about crime right as I woke up.

Weird Stuff That Happens is an ARG (alternate reality game) in the form of a variety fun fact blog website owned by a young webmaster, Thomas "Tomtab" Bennedetto and run by the site moderation crew. Among them are Tom's childhood friends: Mouse, a quiet but witty English major; David, the coolest dude Tom knows; and Ariel, a sugary sweet dynamo. Joining them are Tom's new friends: the enigmatic Calexta, aloof programmer Joey, and Pim — a pompous heckler turned ironic website nemesis. Tom, David, Mouse, Joey, Cal and Ariel all live in the curious fictional town of Cranesbill, Georgia. A strange air seems to linger there, touched with odd occurrences, strange secrets, and mythical mysteries.

Unbeknownst to most, Tom pours his heart and soul into the website to distract himself from a dark, heavy secret: Tom was attacked by something eldritch inside a VHS tape as a child. And the evil residing in that tape is still out to get him. Lucky for him, Cal miraculously knows how to deter supernatural monsters and other paranormal activity— but Cal's magic has its limits.

The dawn of March 7th, 2023 marks the 20th anniversary of the grotesque VHS creature attacking Tom. It approaches with each passing day, and Tom knows this date is gonna majorly suck eggs. What he doesn’t know is that his old assailant is already planning to infiltrate the one place he thought he was safe…

WSTH is an ongoing ARG with arcs, but you don't have to read the full shebang before shit hits the fan for poor Tom — assuming you don't just want to work backwards from the carnage.
