We meet again, Bohol!
As beautiful as the Philippines is, many destinations offer mostly sand and surf. But not Bohol. This province is known for unique attractions that you can’t find anywhere else in the Philippines.
Sure, other islands in the Philippines are worth recommending, too, but most boast one or two of the following — white beaches, incredible sites, diverse wildlife, interesting history. Bohol has them all. From wild encounters with dolphins and tarsiers to the incomparable views of the Chocolate Hills, Bohol is a province that is easy to promote. It doesn’t need much sales talk.
We stayed at Coastal View in Panglao, then we transferred to On Board Beach Hostel and Resort for some quiet alone time near the beach. The wedding was at South Palms Resort, and I can attest that this is probably the most exquisite hotel here, next to Bohol Beach Club.
I was tasked with the daunting task of speaking in front of everyone. I wasn't really prepared to cry, so I let the "funny" me take over. Let me share to you guys my speech during the wedding.
"Kamusta naman ang lahat? Nakainom na ba? Kung Hindi pa, ito na yung time. Haha. For everyone's reference, I'm jasfher ako yung favorite friend ng groom and bride. Jk. Haha.
Jk. Haha
Okay kidding aside, sige maybe I'll just start ho I met the bride and the groom. Tagalog yung speech ko so pasensya na. To our foreigner friends, welcome to the Philippines. Haha.
Si brux and karla orgmates ko from UP travel society. Hindi ko din alam paano nabuo yung barkadahan namin, pero I guess we all just clicked and nagkakaayaan na lang kumain, gumala, tumambay ganyan, and the rest was history.
Yung siargao kasi grabe talaga yun gabi-gabi kami lasing as in tumatakbo kami nina karla sa kalsada tapos hinahabol kami nina brux. Haha. Grabe talaga yun. Nung South Cotabato naman, natry namin yung highest zipline in the South East Asia, may nadaanan kaming apat na waterfalls ganun kataas. Tapos ang dami naming change costume nag T'boli traditional costume kami, tapos nag abaya and hijab kami nung pumunta kaming Grand Mosque. Very dubai ganon. Haha.
Indeed a matchmake in heaven walang distance distance. They will really make way to communicate, and show their love for each other. The yin to each other's yang.
So medyo ang haba na no? haha so summary and summary? Haha. Nakita ko silang nag grow, both literally and figuratively. As in kung may masasabi akong couple na tested by time and distance ay sila talaga iyon. In between those laughters, I know genuine love is there. Sobrang happy ko na nagkatuluyan kayo, and from day 1, alam kong kayo na talaga. I know madaming taon taon pa tayong pagsasamahan, at andito lang kami para sa inyo. Congratulations, Karla and Brux, and i only hope the best for you both. Mahal na mahal ko kayo 💕
Cheers to the brucals!" Probably the best and most heartfelt wedding I've been to. Cryfest. Literally shed buckets of tears. So this is how it feels like to see your close friends get married. I was so lucky to have witnessed this momentous event in our barkada (god and tanda na namin haha)

The travel from Manila to Batangas takes approximately an hour and a half. From there, it's a quick ride to Tabangao where you have to catch a bangka to cross the strait. Many visit this island from all over the world to scuba dive the nearby reefs because of the Verde Island Passage's famous marine life diversity. Anilao Beaches in Mabini, Batangas
The barangay (small administrative district) of Anilao, located in the Mabini municipality of Batangas, is known as the Philippine birthplace of scuba diving. Due to its colorful underwater environment, it is one of the most well-liked short weekend getaway destinations for tourists, especially diving lovers. It is located roughly 90 kilometers from Manila City. It's regarded by many expert divers as a haven for underwater macro photography and a stunning rainbow of vibrant and unusual species. Anilao is home to more than 20 recognized diving sites, including Devil's Point, Layag-Layag, Kirby's Rock, Koala, Bethlehem, Arthur's Rock, Twin Rocks, Ligpo Island, and The Cathedral. Additionally, the Verde Island Passage—which is known as the "Center of the Center of Marine Biodiversity in the World"—is very close by.
Crystal Beach, San Narciso Zambales
San Narciso, Zambales is home to the Crystal Beach Resort. The village named after San Antonio serves as the starting point for the Anawangin and Nagsasa coves. In addition to camping, bonfires, surfing instruction, and occasionally beach parties during events, the resort also offers surfboard rentals.

PERFORMANCE TASK in CREATIVE WRITING

Hello, I'm Kelsy Charm Bollosa, a 17-year-old who finds joy in the fast-paced world of volleyball. Whether on the court or off, I'm always up for the thrill of the game.Embracing the warmth of the color yellow, finding serenity by the sea, and cherishing the beauty of sunsets – these are the hues that paint the canvas of my passions.
POEM
Childhood Trauma
Deep inside i wounded my heart
Lies the memory of childhood start
Aching that pain won't let go
Ghost of memories that I never forget
Every day I feel disgusting
Every day I feel depressed
Darkness that shadowing the hope
Echos of voices that surrounded
The past may left it's mark
But it won't define a life that's plain
A bright future can still form
A new chapter can be born
NARRATIVE ESSAY
Beauty of Mindoro
One fine day, my aunt planned a trip to Puerto Galera. We don't have any idea that my aunt planned all of this; she packed our things, and we're going to Mindoro. We are all so excited because of the beautiful beach and island that we are going to.
We stay at the White Beach Resort, which has a nice and clean villa. Perhaps along the way to Mindoro we are so exhausted because we need to go first to Batangas Port to ride a boat or a small ship to Mindoro. But when we arrived in Mindoro, the exhaustion that we felt was gone because of the beauty of Mindoro.
In conclusion the beaches and islands in Mindoro are so fine and relaxing to the eye. The ocean was clean, and the sand was very thin and white. There are a lot of beaches and islands that we visit, and every island is amazing because of the unique form of the mountain and the different kinds of sand that are there.
DESCRIPTIVE ESSAY
Sunset above, Sandbelow,peace within
During the sunset phase, a magical moment takes place that brings a strange feeling to our hearts. The sun's waning glow lays bare the coming night, but with each passing moment, it reveals the richness of its beauty that gives mystery and color to our world.
As his descent progressed, the sky was perfumed with colors like red, orange, and yellow. The sun's rays play on the clouds, and whatever their whip creates creates the echo of the secret kingdom. The giant clouds become the fabric of pantheons of art in the sky, cursing the genius of creation with each phase of the sun's descent.
As it travels toward the edge of the ocean, it fades away like a loose and complex legend. Watching it is like climbing above a realm full of mystery. Each step of the sun seems to be a statement of the promise of hope for the future, as its warmth envelops the atmosphere of love and peace.
ARGUMENTATIVE ESSAY
Unity Against Harassment for Respectful society
Harassment is a bad habit that often happens in our society. It causes fear and pain for its victims. This may take place in various ways, such as through humiliation, oppression, or humiliation. In the online world, this is made even worse by the lack of personal connection and the digging that can be done without seeing the victim's face. It is important for society to work together to fight harassment, promote education and campaigns to give voice to the oppressed, and have policies and laws that address this issue.
To prevent harassment, the role of education and campaigning is important.together to give each other the right knowledge and understanding about the importance of respect and equality. Harassment must not only be stopped but must also serve as a voice for the oppressed. In addition, policies and laws are also needed that will put strong protections on victims and teach a lesson to harassers. In this way, we can curb harassment and build a more orderly and respectful society.
In conclusion, harassment is a serious issue that we must focus on and fight against. Not only does it cause temporary pain, but it can also have a lasting impact on the victim's emotional health. With the advancement of technology, the need for education and campaigns to provide adequate knowledge and understanding to everyone about the importance of respect and equality becomes more critical. It is important for society to work together, including legislators and government agencies, to set thorough policies and laws that will provide protection to victims and send a clear message against harassment. With unity and thorough action, we can overcome this challenge and promote a society full of respect, love, and progress
EXPOSITORY ESSAY
Mental health awareness against Cyberbullying
Nowadays, cyberbullying is becoming more widespread and causes complex effects on the health of the victims. Bullying, bullying, and digital bullying not only result in emotional harm but can also have long-term effects on the mental health of those being bullied. In the first paragraph, we will highlight the importance of promoting legal sanctions against cyberbullying. Having clear and strong laws will help not only in targeting the perpetrators but also in providing protection to the victims.
The government need for strict implementation of legal punishment against cyberbullying will be shown. Focusing on the legal aspect paves the way for a thorough investigation and prosecution of offenders. The role of education in schools about the effects of cyberbullying and the corresponding laws should also be highlighted. Through the proper implementation of legal punishment, the number of cases of cyberbullying can decrease and there will be clearer boundaries in the online community.
Ultimately, promoting legal sanctions against cyberbullying is a step towards a safer and more orderly online environment. Coordinated efforts by government, institutions, and communities are essential to address the effects of cyberbullying and emphasize the need for respect and security in the online space.
THANK YOU FOR READING:)
I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude Ma'am Vadeth for Your kindness meant a great deal to me. I truly appreciate your time, and it has made a positive impact on my life and knowledge. And again I'm Keldy Charm C. Bollosa from 12- GAS C.

ASUL NA DAGAT at SARIWANG HANGIN, KAAKIBAT NG MANGHA SA PUTING BUHANGIN
(Kasaysayan)
Saan maaring manatili habang nagbabakasyon (Akomodasyon)
Totoo nga na “out of this world” ang nasaksihan ng aking mga mata.
Ika nga, "It's More Fun In The Philippines!"

Philippines May 2019
Days 4/5/6/7 – Manila to Kawayan Cove to Puerto Galera
We’ve been experiencing pretty sketchy internet so I’ve been building up a few days worth of writing. We’ve been promised that it will get better, when it does you’ll be reading this!
Saturday evening (of day 3) we were visited in Manila by our friends Noel and Michelle Tanada (more on them later), and did some catching up over a few too many drinks until the wee hours. We didn’t quite get the early start on our drive to Kawayan Cove we’d intended, but managed to crawl out of bed and get going by late morning. Once there we checked into our AirBnB condo then headed right over to take a look at the house. Good progress but it’s entering the phase where you have to look a bit harder to see it – when you go from no walls to walls it’s obvious and dramatic, but now we’re starting into the finishing work. The major difference is the roof – we have the corrugated aluminum panels up with the insulation underneath. Over here, the aluminum takes the place of roofing felt – it’s the real waterproofing component. The concrete shingles will be installed over that, possibly in the next week. In addition to the roof, the plumbing and electrical are both roughed in.
I’ve often said that construction over here is all “steel and concrete” but there is actually some wood in our home. The soffits (under the roof eaves) and ceiling of the open entry patio will be mahogany tongue and groove. I was expecting that but hadn’t thought about the framing holding it up which it turns out is also mahogany. I guess it’s probably less expensive over here than other woods, plus it’s very resistant to the heat and humidity.
Monday was national election day in the Philippines. A lot of local elections plus half the Senate was up for grabs. One thing they do here is ban all alcohol sales the day before and day of an election (don’t worry about us, we’d stocked up before the ban took effect). This brings up an interesting question – if we had this in the US, would we have elected Trump if we were all sober?
While we weren’t looking, Habagat happened. Habagat is the annual shifting of the trade winds, an actual 180 degree shift from offshore to onshore winds (here on the west coast at least) that happens literally overnight. Habagat portends the coming of the rainy season in the Philippines and usually begins in the May-June timeframe, lasting until November-December. The effect at Kawayan Cove is that the ocean swell is now coming into the cove, bringing actual waves to the beach. Not enough for surfing, the shore break is about 1 foot high at best, but it’s not the placid cove it is during Amihan which is the other part of the year with its gentler east-to-west winds. The undesirable effect is that these winds blow more trash from the ocean into the cove. The staff here does a good job keeping our beach clean, but while I was snorkeling in the cove I collected about 20 pounds of plastic bags, cups, wrappers, and one paint can from the water, just making a small dent in the overall amount. The picture below is of an adjacent beach without the Kawayan Cove staff to clean it up. Refer to previous rants about plastics in the ocean…
Speaking of junk in the ocean, our previously mentioned friends Noel and Michelle drove down to visit us on Monday at Kawayan Cove. Our condo was 2-bedroom so they had a place to spend the night. Though we’ve known them for a long time we’ve just learned about their involvement with an ocean conservation group (www.coralmovement.org) of which Michelle has become president. The group’s primary efforts are to restore coral reefs with innovative re-planting methods which seem to be very effective. Reef restoration is just one aspect of the whole ocean conservation thing, equally important are education, shoreline cleanup and rehabilitation, control of pollution and waste, as well as many others. We spent a lot of time talking about their group’s efforts, leaving us with an option to join them, as it fits well with our intentions to get involved with conservation work over here.
Tuesday (day 6) is for going to a new island, for both Georgia and me. Mindoro is the pretty large island directly south of Luzon (where Manila and Kawayan Cove are located). Close enough to be reached by ferry, we decided to take our first “road trip” and drive to Batangas City where we could load the car onto a RORO (a Philippines auto ferry, ‘RORO’ is slang for “Roll On, Roll Off”) and sail to the port of Puerto Galera, Mindoro.
We decided to take the 3:00 ferry and got to Batangas port by 1:00 as we were advised get there a couple hours early. We went through various inspections of car and contents and were then instructed to drive to “line 15” to wait for the ferry. We found the appropriate line and waited, and waited… until a little after 3:00 we asked an official-looking type who was walking around when the ferry would actually leave. 6:00 he said! We never got any explanation at all about what happened to the 3:00 ferry. Was it full? Did it get cancelled? Did the boat sink? We’ll never know. Anyway we finally loaded onto the ferry about 5:30 and it set sail for the 2-hour voyage a little after 6. After a quick off-loading process we reached our hotel around 8:30, pretty starving as we’d only had an early lunch while on the road. Couldn’t see much of the place as it was dark but all we really wanted to see was the restaurant which thankfully was still open.
Today we finally saw where we’re staying, a very nice place right on the water in a quiet mangrove-lined inlet between Puerto Galera and Sabang. Not many impressive beaches in this part of Mindoro, which is mostly known for it’s world-class scuba diving. What beaches they have are lined with dive shops and bars, and are said host a pretty active party scene. Those rowdy scuba divers, what can you do… join them maybe? This afternoon we met with Ms. Rose, the PADI dive instructor here at the resort, who will be our teacher for the next few days, as we (hopefully) will earn at least the “Scuba Diver” certification and possibly have time for the next level up, “Open Water Diver”. Stay tuned!

Hidden Beauty of Tambaron Island, Bulalacao Oriental Mindoro.
Good day everyone, today i will show you the hidden beauty of tambaron. Mindoro's hidden Gem.
When you hear the word Mindoro, possibly the first thing that you will think of is Puerto Galera. It is agreeable and in fact the well-known tourist spot in the island which is a favorite place by beachgoers and nightlife chasers. But, there are other many beautiful places you can visit.
Prepare for a 4 to 5 – hour travel down south of Oriental Mindoro to see the hidden paradise of Bulalacao – Tambaron Island. This island is worth the time and effort. It has white sand beaches, rich marine life and lavish forests.
Fortunately, Tambaron Green Beach Resort was able to preserve the beauty of the island. The resort is located in one of the coves. They provide accommodations, food service and island activities.
Tambaron Island boasts its calm and beautiful beach and coves. There are many things you can do from beach bumming and snorkeling, you can try kayaking and trekking to get to the other coves in the island and experience bird watching.
witnessed the stunning sunset of tambaron!
