Lauren Boebert Sparks My Righteous Anger
It's Sunday, a day to ponder spiritual truths and wonders. Or engage in righteous anger! #LaurenBobert #BidenRemoval #Psalm119:8
Happy Sunday! It’s a day to ponder spiritual truths and wonders. Or engage in righteous anger. I just posted a little rant at PostNews about how Lauren Boebert quoted Psalm 109:8 and prayed for the demise of President Joe Biden. (Can you believe the gall?!?) The post is called, “Biden Removal by Death or Impeachment?” If you’re willing, please go over there to read the post, and add your…

As You Judge, So Shall You Be Judged
1 “Stop judging, that you may not be judged. 2 For as you judge, so will you be judged, and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you. 3 Why do you notice the splinter in your brother’s eye, but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye? 4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove that splinter from your eye,’ while the wooden beam is in your eye? 5 You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter from your brother’s eye.
Pearls Before Swine
6 “Do not give what is holy to dogs, or throw your pearls before swine, lest they trample them underfoot, and turn and tear you to pieces.
The Answer to Prayers
7 “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks, receives; and the one who seeks, finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. 9 Which one of you would hand his son a stone when he asks for a loaf of bread, 10 or a snake when he asks for a fish? 11 If you then, who are wicked, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give good things to those who ask him.
The Golden Rule
12 “Do to others whatever you would have them do to you. This is the law and the prophets.
The Narrow Gate
13 “Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the road broad that leads to destruction, and those who enter through it are many. 14 How narrow the gate and constricted the road that leads to life. And those who find it are few.
False Prophets
15 “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but underneath are ravenous wolves. 16 By their fruits you will know them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 Just so, every good tree bears good fruit, and a rotten tree bears bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a rotten tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit will be cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 So by their fruits you will know them.
The True Disciple
21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? Did we not drive out demons in your name? Did we not do mighty deeds in your name?’ 23 Then I will declare to them solemnly, ‘I never knew you. Depart from me, you evildoers.’
The Two Foundations
24 “Everyone who listens to these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock. 25 The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and buffeted the house. But it did not collapse; it had been set solidly on rock. 26 And everyone who listens to these words of mine but does not act on them will be like a fool who built his house on sand. 27 The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and buffeted the house. And it collapsed and was completely ruined.”
28 When Jesus finished these words, the crowds were astonished at his teaching, 29 for he taught them as one having authority, and not as their scribes. — Matthew 7 | New American Bible Revised Edition (NABRE) New American Bible, Revised Edition © 2010, 1991, 1986, 1970 Confraternity of Christian Doctrine, Inc. Psalms chapter 109
1 (To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.) Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;
2 For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of the deceitful are opened against me: they have spoken against me with a lying tongue.
3 They compassed me about also with words of hatred; and fought against me without a cause.
4 For my love they are my adversaries: but I give myself unto prayer.
5 And they have rewarded me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
6 Set thou a wicked man over him: and let Satan stand at his right hand.
7 When he shall be judged, let him be condemned: and let his prayer become sin.
8 Let his days be few; and let another take his office.
9 Let his children be fatherless, and his wife a widow.
10 Let his children be continually vagabonds, and beg: let them seek their bread also out of their desolate places.
11 Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; and let the strangers spoil his labour.
12 Let there be none to extend mercy unto him: neither let there be any to favour his fatherless children.
13 Let his posterity be cut off; and in the generation following let their name be blotted out.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the LORD; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.
15 Let them be before the LORD continually, that he may cut off the memory of them from the earth.
16 Because that he remembered not to shew mercy, but persecuted the poor and needy man, that he might even slay the broken in heart.
17 As he loved cursing, so let it come unto him: as he delighted not in blessing, so let it be far from him.
18 As he clothed himself with cursing like as with his garment, so let it come into his bowels like water, and like oil into his bones.
19 Let it be unto him as the garment which covereth him, and for a girdle wherewith he is girded continually.
20 Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the LORD, and of them that speak evil against my soul.
21 But do thou for me, O GOD the Lord, for thy name's sake: because thy mercy is good, deliver thou me.
22 For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded within me.
23 I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust.
24 My knees are weak through fasting; and my flesh faileth of fatness.
25 I became also a reproach unto them: when they looked upon me they shaked their heads.
26 Help me, O LORD my God: O save me according to thy mercy:
27 That they may know that this is thy hand; that thou, LORD, hast done it.
28 Let them curse, but bless thou: when they arise, let them be ashamed; but let thy servant rejoice.
29 Let mine adversaries be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle.
30 I will greatly praise the LORD with my mouth; yea, I will praise him among the multitude.
31 For he shall stand at the right hand of the poor, to save him from those that condemn his soul.

Spells in the Bible are always described negatively. Deuteronomy 18:10–11 numbers those who cast spells with those who commit other acts detestable to the Lord such as child sacrifice, witchcraft, sorcery, divination, or necromancy (consulting with the dead). Micah 5:12 says that God will destroy witchcraft and those who cast spells. Revelation 18 describes spells as part of the deception that will be used by the Antichrist and his “great city of Babylon” (verses 21–24). Though the end-times deception will be so great that even the elect would be deceived if God did not protect them (Matthew 24:24), God will utterly destroy Satan, the Antichrist, and all who follow them (Revelation 19—20).
Cursing those whom God has blessed is dangerous business. Balaam tried to curse God’s people, Israel, and found that he could not (Numbers 22—24). Wisdom warns that “whoever digs a pit will fall into it; if someone rolls a stone, it will roll back on them” (Proverbs 26:27). David prayed for help against his enemy who had cursed him: “He loved to pronounce a curse—may it come back on him. . . . He wore cursing as his garment; . . . May it be like a cloak wrapped about him, like a belt tied forever around him” (Psalm 109:17–19). The Christian cannot be cursed. God’s blessing is more powerful than any curse.
The Christian has been born again as a new person in Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). As believers, we are in the constant presence of the Holy Spirit who lives within us and under whose protection we dwell (Romans 8:11). We do not need to worry about anyone casting any sort of pagan spell on us. Voodoo, witchcraft, hexes, and curses have no power over us because they come from Satan, and Satan is no match for the Lord. We know that “the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world” (1 John 4:4).
God has won the victory, and in Christ we are overcomers. “Everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith” (1 John 5:4). The shield God gives us “can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one” (Ephesians 6:16). We are free to worship God without fear (John 8:36). “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid?” (Psalm 27:1).

girl please pray for my sanity. new zealand just passed a law that bans smoking for future generations but just last year they passed laws that made it okay for women to abort their baby for any reason and it goes up until and past birth, and it can be sex based abortions or aborting the baby because they might have down syndrome. I fear this is going to be america soon.
I think the best prayers for these situations involving leaders or politicians are imprecatory prayers which can be found in Psalms, as David is the author of many (imprecatory Psalms). Pray that their hearts will change and they will come to Christ and repent for their abuse of leadership and for turning people and oneself away from God and His laws. And then pray that if they do not come to Christ and refuse to repent and refuse to follow God that they will be brought to their knees and brought to justice, either by being removed from their position or being removed from earth all together. I'm praying this over America, my county, my state. Before any prayer however, make sure your life is right with God, that you have taken the log out of your own eye first and you repent of any sinful actions first before asking God to judge the unlawful.
Psalm 55:15, 69:28, 109:8 are some examples.

THE HOLY DISCIPLE PHILEMON AND HIS SPOUSE APPHIA (109)
The Holy Apostles of the Seventy Philemon, Apphia, Archippus, and Onesimus
The Holy Apostles of the Seventy Philemon and his wife Apphia lived in the city of Colossa in Phrygia. After they were baptized by the holy Apostle Paul, they converted their house into a house of prayer, where all those who believed in Christ gathered and attended services. They devoted themselves to serving the sick and downcast.
Saint Philemon became bishop of the city of Gaza, and he preached the Word of God throughout Phrygia. The holy Apostle Paul continued to be his guide, and addressed to him his Epistle filled with love, and in which he sends blessings “to Philemon our dearly beloved, and fellow laborer, and to our beloved Apphia, and to Archippus our fellow soldier, and to the church in thy house” (Phil 1:1-3).
Saint Onesimus (February 15), also mentioned in the Epistle, was Saint Philemon’s former slave.
Saints Philemon and Apphia, and also Saint Archippus (who also lived at Colossa), all received the crown of martyrdom during the persecution of Nero (54-68). During a pagan festival an enraged crowd rushed into the Christian church when services were going on. All fled in terror, and only Saints Philemon, Archippus and Apphia remained. They seized them and led them off to the city prefect. The crowd beat and stabbed Saint Archippus with knives, and he died on the way to the court. Saints Philemon and Apphia were stoned to death by order of the prefect.
The memory of the holy Apostles Archippus, Philemon, and Apphia is celebrated also on February 19.
SAINT KALLISTOS II PATRIARCH OF CONSTANTINOPLE (Mt ATHOS_1397)
Saint Kallistos (Kállistos) lived a life of asceticism at the Magul Skete on Mount Athos (opposite Philotheou Monastery), abiding there for twenty-eight years. He was a disciple of Saint Gregory of Sinai (August 8), whose Life he wrote.
He became closely acquainted with Saint Ignatius Xanthopoulos, who was born in Constantinople. They have been described as two bodies united with one soul, in a spiritual sense, for both were godly-minded and attained great heights of noetic prayer. According to Saint Symeon of Thessaloniki (September 15), Kállistos and Ignatius Xanthopoulos beheld the Uncreated Light, just as the Apostles had on Mount Tabor, and their faces seemed to “shine like the sun.” Together they wrote the "Directions to Hesychasts in One Hundred Chapters," a treatise in 100 sections on the ascetical practices of the Hesychast monks. This was incorporated into the Philokalia of the Wakeful Fathers by Saint Nikodemos the Hagiorite, and it had a profound influence on Orthodox spirituality.
In 1397 Saint Kállistos was elevated to the patriarchal throne, but for only three months during the reign of Manuel Paleologos (1391-1425). He agreed to travel to Serbia in order to bring peace to that church, stopping along the way at Mount Athos. There Saint Maximos Kavsokalyvites (January 13) predicted: "This Elder shall not see his flock again, for the funeral dirge, "Blessed are the blameless in the way" (Psalm 118/119:1) is sounding behind him.
When he reached Serbia, Saint Kállistos exchanged this temporal life for everlasting life.
PHILEMON 1:1-25
1 Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus, and Timothy our brother, To Philemon our beloved friend and fellow laborer, 2 to the beloved Apphia, Archippus our fellow soldier, and to the church in your house: 3 Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. 4 I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers, 5 hearing of your love and faith which you have toward the Lord Jesus and toward all the saints, 6 that the sharing of your faith may become effective by the acknowledgment of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus. 7 For we have great joy and consolation in your love, because the hearts of the saints have been refreshed by you, brother. 8 Therefore, though I might be very bold in Christ to command you what is fitting, 9 yet for love's sake I rather appeal to you-being such a one as Paul, the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ- 10 I appeal to you for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten while in my chains, 11 who once was unprofitable to you, but now is profitable to you and to me. 12 I am sending him back. You therefore receive him, that is, my own heart, 13 whom I wished to keep with me, that on your behalf he might minister to me in my chains for the gospel. 14 But without your consent I wanted to do nothing, that your good deed might not be by compulsion, as it were, but voluntary. 15 For perhaps he departed for a while for this purpose, that you might receive him forever, 16 no longer as a slave but more than a slave-a beloved brother, especially to me but how much more to you, both in the flesh and in the Lord. 17 If then you count me as a partner, receive him as you would me. 18 But if he has wronged you or owes anything, put that on my account. 19 I, Paul, am writing with my own hand. I will repay-not to mention to you that you owe me even your own self besides. 20 Yes, brother, let me have joy from you in the Lord; refresh my heart in the Lord. 21 Having confidence in your obedience, I write to you, knowing that you will do even more than I say. 22 But, meanwhile, also prepare a guest room for me, for I trust that through your prayers I shall be granted to you. 23 Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus, greets you, 24 as do Mark, Aristarchus, Demas, Luke, my fellow laborers. 25 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.
LUKE 17:20-25
20 Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said, "The kingdom of God does not come with observation; 21 nor will they say, 'See here!' or 'See there!' For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you. 22 Then He said to the disciples, "The days will come when you will desire to see one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. 23 And they will say to you, 'Look here!' or 'Look there!' Do not go after them or follow them. 24 For as the lightning that flashes out of one part under heaven shines to the other part under heaven, so also the Son of Man will be in His day. 25 But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

A NEED FOR REPLACEMENT IN THE MINISTRY WORK
[Some leadership principles found in the Book of Acts—Chapter 1—No 2]
15 AND IN THOSE DAYS PETER STOOD UP IN THE MIDST OF THE DISCIPLES (altogether the number of names was about a hundred and twenty), AND SAID,
16 "Men and brethren, this Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus;
17 FOR HE WAS NUMBERED WITH US AND OBTAINED A PART IN THIS MINISTRY."
20 "For it is written in the book of Psalms: 'Let his dwelling place be desolate, And let no one live in it'; AND, 'LET ANOTHER TAKE HIS OFFICE.' "
Acts 1:15-17,20
• There might be a need for replacement in the ministry work (Acts 1:15-20).
- Peter quoted Psalm 69:25; and 109:8 to substantiate his point, the need for a replacement—the giving of Judas' place or office to another person: " “FOR IT IS WRITTEN IN THE BOOK OF PSALMS: " ‘Let his dwelling place be desolate, And let no one live in it’; AND, ‘LET ANOTHER TAKE HIS OFFICE' " (Acts 1:20 NKJV).
- Note:
a. If you are serving in the ministry leadership, know that, there might be a need for a replacement If you did not do what you are called or assigned to do.
b. Your place or position or function can be given to another person If you did contrary to the ethics of the work (2 Timothy 2:4).
c. Another important truth is, If you are not walking in line with God's Word, and you are not building according to the pattern shown or given to you by God (Hebrews 8:5), you might be replaced. GOD can allow the work, whatever you have built, to scatter, If you are the founder; and caused you to start all over again (Genesis 6:7).
• Some ministers, because of their unethical behaviours in the ministry work, God has halted or suspended their works or ministries; whilst some people's ministries have been completely cancelled and their places or functions or works have been given to other people. It is my prayer that your place would not be given to another person in Jesus' name.
- The unethical thing found in the life of Judas was the greed for money or material things (John 12:6; Mark 14:10,11).
- Whoever is called to serve in the ministry should discipline himself or herself on monetary issues. Such should not be covetous nor greedy for money (1 Timothy 3:3,8; 6:10,11).
- Two people who had the potential to have a great and glorious ministries missed it because of covetousness or greediness—greed or untamed desire for money and material things: Gehazi, Elisha's servant (2 Kings 5:20-27), and Judas Iscariot, one of the Disciples of Christ Jesus (Mark 14:10,11; John 12:6).
- If you had an untamed appetite for material things, the things of the world, as a believer or a minister of God; you would do well to pray and ask God to help you and deliver you from such an appetite (1 Timothy 6:11; 2 Peter 2:13-15; 1 John 2:15-17).
• The truth is: money is not everything in the ministry work, although a passage of Scripture says money answers all things (Ecclesiastes 10:19).
- It is a fact that money is needed for the work of ministry and a minister needs money to fulfil his or her God-given vision or ministry or assignment; however, money should not be their goal for the work—the reason why they do the work.
- If you cannot tame or control your appetite or desire for money, you may not go far in the ministry work:
9 BUT PEOPLE WHO LONG TO BE RICH FALL INTO TEMPTATION AND ARE TRAPPED BY MANY FOOLISH AND HARMFUL DESIRES THAT PLUNGE THEM INTO RUIN AND DESTRUCTION. 10 FOR THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL KINDS OF EVIL. AND SOME PEOPLE, CRAVING MONEY, HAVE WANDERED FROM THE TRUE FAITH AND PIERCED THEMSELVES WITH MANY SORROWS" (1 Timothy 6:9,10 NLT).
• Note:
a. Love of money can make a minister of God lose the anointing on his or her life (2 Timothy 4:10; 2 Peter 2:14,15).
b. A minister can lose his or her place because of crave or desire, or greed and love for money (Acts 1:20; Philippians 3:18,19).
c. A minister can fall into the snare of the devil through the love for money (1 Timothy 6:9,10).
d. It also could lead to a premature death (Acts 1:18,19).
- If your goal in the ministry work is to get or make money, you may not get it; It would be farfetched, elusive, and a mirage—unattainable like illusion.
- God works with the motives of whoever comes to Him or claims to be working for Him. He watches the heart of each individual believer and relates with them on that basis.
- If your motives are wrong in the ministry work, what you do might not receive God's approval, favour and blessings.
a. If I may ask you, Why are you in the ministry work?
b. Are all your works, things you do, commanded by God, or they are being done in order to make money?
c. Are you making merchandise of the the people under your leadership? In other words, Are you unlawfully milking the people under your leadership—using them as a means of making money?
- If your motives are not right, If they are all about how to make money in the ministry work, and amass material possessions; your place undoubtedly would be given to another person.
• You will not fail in Jesus' name.
- Should there be any ailment in your body, receive your healing now in Jesus' name.
- Whatever is not of God in your system that is working against your wellness and good health, such is rebuked and completely uprooted in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Peace!
STEPS TO SALVATION
• Take notice of this:
IF you are yet to take the step of salvation, that is, yet to be born-again, do it now, tomorrow might be too late (2 Corinthians 6:1,2; Hebrews 3:7,8,15).
a. Acknowledge that you are a sinner and confess your Sins (1 John 1:9); And ask Jesus Christ to come into your life (Revelation 3:20).
b. Confess that you believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that you confess it with your mouth, Thus, you accept Him As your Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9,10).
c. Ask that He will write your name in the Book of Life (Philippians 4:3; Revelation 3:8).
- If you took the steps As highlighted above, It means you are saved—born-again. Join a Word based church in your area and Town or city, and be part of whatever they are doing there. Peace!

Ye that stand in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God, Praise the LORD; for the LORD is good: sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant." Psalm 135:1-3, KJV "Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul. While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being." Praise ye him, sun and moon: praise him, all ye stars of light. Praise him, ye heavens of heavens, and ye waters that be above the heavens. Let them praise the name of the LORD: for he commanded, and they were created. He hath also stablished them for ever and ever: he hath made a decree which shall not pass. Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps: Fire, and hail; snow, and vapour; stormy wind fulfilling his word: Mountains, and all hills; fruitful trees, and all cedars: Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl: Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth: Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children: Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven. He also exalteth the horn of his people, the praise of all his saints; even of the children of Israel, a people near unto him. Praise ye the LORD." Psalm 148:1-14, KJV "Praise ye the LORD. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise in the congregation of saints. Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp. For the LORD taketh pleasure in his people: he will beautify the meek with salvation. Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds. Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a twoedged sword in their hand; To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people; To bind their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; To execute upon them the judgment written: this honour have all his saints. Praise ye the LORD." Psalm 149:1-9, KJV "Praise ye the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD."
