An odd assortment of photographs from recent walks. Each one a different source of inspiration in its own unique fashion.

It is believed, that according to the Ancient Egyptians, a shadow is proof of an individual’s existence, and therefore the silhouette is a part of one’s soul; even inanimate objects have an aspect of spirit, an energy that is built into them through the creation process. The act of making is embodiment of energy and purpose. What results: a willful act, with either good or bad intention, contains a compulsive vitality which deserves acknowledgment and analysis. A definition of purpose is obtained.
