Match 'Tie' between U Mumba and Haryana Steelers

Mumbai, January 10, 2024: The 10th Pro Kabaddi League in Mumbai ended the season in a feast for the spectators as the match between U Mumba and Haryana Steelers ended in a tight draw. Amir Mohammad Jafar Danish who scored 14 points in the match along with Jaideep Dahiya's 8 catches were the highlights of the match and the match was tied 44-44.

In this match held at NSCI Stadium, Haryana Steelers got off to a very fast start and took an 11-6 lead over U Mumba in the seventh minute thanks to Jaideep Dahiya's catch. U Mumba, who were trailing this time, were saved by Aamir Mohammad Jaffer Danish's forays and Siddharth Desai's super raid to reduce their deficit to just three points at the interval.

After the interval, however, the Haryana Steelers players extended their lead to 9 points with some excellent runs and super tackles. U Mumba played a cautious game and fell in phases to get the first loan against Haryana Steelers and draw 30-30.

Allotment of Extra Time

Anything which is happening should benefit your game by allotting the additional points to the team. This should not be used during golden raids.

Captain has 2x points and vice-captain has 1.5x points.

Each team is allocated 100 credit points and needs to build a potential team to win the trophy of online fantasy kabaddi.

In the pro fantasy kabaddi league, 7 starting players earn you 4 points for each team.

Each substitute player earns you 2 points.

In the pro kabaddi league, if your team achieves to push all the starting 7 players of the opponent team, you get 3 points.

And if your 7 players from the beginning are pushed out by opponent players, you lose two points from the overall score.

You lose a point for every unsuccessful raid.

For every successful raid, you earn 2 points as a raid bonus.

For each successful raid touch, your team earns 4 points.

For a successful tackle, you earn 5 points for your team.

For the super tackle, you earn 4 points.

Other Additional Points

Here are a few additional points one should know except the basic rules and points allocation of fantasy kabaddi sports.

A point is given to the substitute player only once when he/she enters the field

Points of both super and successful tackle will be added (like 5 points for successful tackle + 4 points for super tackle).

To all out the opponent team, points will be given to the 7 players who were there in the beginning.

Red card points include the points of both yellow and green cards. Similarly, the yellow cards include the deduction of green cards.

A player might be available for the older team when he is transferred to another team. No points will be allotted under such circumstances.

Mumbai, October 9th, 2023: Pawan Sehrawat emerged as the most expensive buy on Day 1 of the Mashal Sports-organized Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 10 Player Auction held in Mumbai on Monday, 9th August 2022. Meanwhile, Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh emerged as the most expensive foreign player at the Pro Kabaddi League Player Auction, being bought for a whopping INR 2.35 by Puneri Paltan.

This Player Auction also witnessed a jump in the 1 crore club from four players in the last Player Auction to five players. Pawan Sehrawat, Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh, Maninder Singh, Fazel Atrachali and Siddharth Desai were part of the 1 crore club in today's Player Auction.

A total of 23 players were sold to the 12 franchise teams with as many as 6 Final Bid Match (FBM) cards being used on Day 1.

PKL stars continue to dominate

The highlight of the auction was Pawan Kumar Sehrawat smashing his own record after he was bought by Telugu Titans for a whopping sum of INR 2.6 crore. Meanwhile, Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh broke the record for being the most expensive foreigner at the PKL Auction after he was bought for INR 2.35 crore. Maninder Singh returned to Bengal Warriors after the franchise utilized the FBM card to match Telugu Titans' bid of INR 2.12 crore.

Iranians in demand

The Iranian kabaddi legend Fazel Atrachali crossed the 1 crore mark once again after he was acquired by Gujarat Giants for INR 1.6 crore. He also retained his record for the most expensive defender in PKL history. Meanwhile, Atrachali's compatriot Mohammad Esmaeil Nabibakhsh was bought by the Giants for INR 22 lakh.

Speaking on behalf of Mashal Sports, Mr. Anupam Goswami, Head Sports Leagues, Mashal Sports and League Commissioner, Pro Kabaddi League said, “It was an exceptional day at the Pro Kabaddi League Player Auction as we witnessed five players cross the 1 crore mark. It was extremely thrilling to see Pawan reclaim his record for being the highest-ever buy after Shadloui had broken his previously held record earlier in the day. There's more action to come on Day 2 and hopefully, all franchises will be able to construct well-balanced squads for Season 10.”
