During the scene in Prince's Gambit when Laurent and Damen were taken captive by clan riders and saved by Halvik, there's a part that goes, "Acquiring the fallen man's short clan sword, Laurent inserted himself at Damen's left, which, Damen noted without surprise, let Damen do all the heavy fighting." Damen thinking Laurent placed himself in that particular side to let Damen do all the brunt work when it's actually Laurent covering and protecting Damen's weak side from all the beating he took 😭.
