Pressure Washing at Lake Mohawk

Wow We had a long day cleaning at this beautiful home at Lake Mohawk! It was a dreary day but any day working in this beautiful location is fun! Customer wanted us to do a light wash on the cedar siding to decide how to proceed, may strip it next spring for re-staining. We also cleaned a paver patio, flagstone steps and walkway, a lot of retaining walls the pier and a pontoon boat!

House Washing near Tupelo Ms

Here is a demonstration of low pressure house washing where we are washing over 23 feet up with ease. By using oversized spray nozzles with larger orifices and larger water pumps, we can drop our pressure from 3500psi to as low as 90 psi and pull a strong mix of soap. Also the larger orifices do not "atomize" or mist the water as much and the larger droplets carry much further distance. This lets us wash as high up as 40' without having to get on ladders or lifts or even using an extendable wand.

Softwashing a Steeple

Thanks to Shady Grove Baptist Church for having us wash their steeple. Here is an example where it wasn't affordable to get up "close and personal" to the steeple to wash it. Due to an awning over a covered walkway, we couldn't get an affordable towable bucket lift in place. A larger lift would have costed around $950 just to rent the lift. Also due to the steep metal roof, we couldn't safely be on it while spraying our soapy cleaning solution. Our only alternative was to spray it from the edge of the roof. This steeple had a good bit of lichens growing on it and they stick like barnacles. I advised that they would just have to be treated and they will die, dry up and flake off.
