middle school sector v headcanons :P

- kuki forces everyone to go to every single school event :’) the dances, the field trips, everything.

- do they act annoyed? maybe. but do they end up having the most fun? maybe they have the best time

- hoagie likes to vlog for some reason LMFAOO he finds an old video camera in his garage and takes it everywhere with him

- they can be in class or at lunch or in the middle of exams, and he’ll take it out and zoom in on everyone

- he sneaks up on them and scares them for a reaction. one time wally knocked the camera out of his hands bc he was so scared and embarrassed LOOL

- it broke :( and he was sad even though he was able to save all the content on it

- so the group saved up some money to surprise him with a new and more modern one

(wally stole lunch money. abby and nigel would make dnd bets and win. kuki went around selling jewelry)

- he was the happiest boy ever :D

- abby still helps wally with his homework :)

- on the days she can’t, someone else will help and take her place. the group rotates

- kuki always forgets her locker combination or forgets which way to rotate it, causing the others to remember it and help her unlock it almost everyday😭<3

- even wally scribbled it down on his notebook to remember so when he gets the chance to, he can help her

- speaking of lockers, kuki will sneak notes or doodles into everyone’s lockers through the little gaps

- hoagie joins in and will try to sneak funny sticky notes into her locker with obscure drawings and jokes

- kuki knows about his crush on abby and convinces him to do something…

- he starts sneaking notes into abby’s locker

- they’re cheesy all of the time. and they’re anonymous because he’s still a wimp

- does this flatter abby? maybe. she looks forward to them every day even though they’re anonymous

- she doesn’t even tell the group about the little notes left for her because maybe they make her blush and maybe she wants to keep that to herself

- nigel is student council president don’t even fight w me on this one

- they all help him prepare because he’s so picky about these things

- because he’s president, the group all gets an inside scoop in school events/rules

- but he still tells them because at the end of the day, he gets excited about it. he likes hearing wally try to argue that as president, he should ban homework weekly LOL

- kuki is a theatre girl. always auditioning for every shop, concert, and event

- nigel and abby are stage crew/tech for the show

- they pressure wally into doing it with them a few times. he thinks it’s stupid

- well he thinks it’s stupid until he gets to watch kuki perform from the sidelines

- he also thinks the all black apparel in stage crew is badass 😭😭

- yeah this kind of pushes him into his grunge phase in highschool

okay so the opening clip looks like its in a human town. dragang is being chased across the bridge by some angry humans with pitchforks. raylas wearing the human cape. they got caught?

okay. ezran ellis and zym are outside this white building. its shaped similarly to the star elf buildings we see later on. did they have to sit out some stuff that rayla and callum got to see? or is this like. lujanne's house or something

the fire (?) dragon is coming down on "a town of katolis" that soren is in. im assuming this isnt near the castle and claudia is there but out of frame, so did they get caught up in something on accident or were the dragons drawn to them because of the spell? lujanne recognized it, the dragons might too

in the upper left corner of the screen theres a castle. there aren't any human kingdoms that are on the banks of a lava waterfall so is that an elf castle? or is this the place where all the royals got that fire background?

elves attacking amaya and her squadron. these are likely the sunfire elves at the border, since amaya is also at the border. the castle in the last shot is probably more of a fortress

something i noticed about the sunfire elves, or at least the warriors. the headdresses they wear are actually armor to protect their horns! they also have markings/tattoos like moonshadow elves, but they seem less elaborate (at least on their face)

does this mean horns are as important in all elf races or just sunfire elf races?

Haruka tries to charm her new classmates. It fails.

Now that Haruka and Kanata officially becomes partners, they prepare for the upcoming tournament. First, Haruka needs to resolve the last hurdle before that happens. Haruka introduces herself to class at the start of the third semester. After school, she notices that Kanata is missing and turns down plans made by two of her classmates. She eventually discovers that Kanata is practicing pokeys. Haruka mentions to Claire that she wants to get closer to Kanata. Claire suggests working on her skills and she is willing to train her. During practice, she noticed something about Haruka’s swimsuit. Kanata manages to fix it. In the end, the girls decide to go shopping for swimsuits the next day.

While Haruka wants to buy a certain swimsuit, two girls, Tanahara Ai and Sunagawa Mai beaten them to it. Haruka played rock-paper-scissors with Mai for them but lost. Haruka decides on an alternative that Kanata would like with a special pattern sewn. The next day, Haruka had a secret training session with Claire. Meanwhile, Emily tells Kanata the promise Narumi made to her about Kanata. They eventually went to the venue that Haruka is training at. From there, Kanata starts calling Haruka by her first name only and Haruka does the same.

I have to admit that seeing Claire spit out her drink is hilarious.

From last time, it seems that Kanata have built enough trust to partner with Haruka. It’s not surprising since Haruka gave Kanata the push to not be afraid of doing the pokey. In turn, Kanata managed to get her mojo back.

Still, it seems that Haruka still have a lot of work cut out for her. Kanata still calls Haruka by her first name with honorifics and Haruka does the same. It’s apparent that Kanata doesn’t fully trust Haruka because of her lack of skills. As seen from last episode’s match, Kanata covered most of the field and did the blocking. It’s nice for Claire to point this out by drawing the scenario on the sand. If only Haruka improved her skills, perhaps she can get closer to Kanata.

The girls’ swimsuit choices.

During the training, Claire noticed something about Haruka’s swimsuit which is obvious. In short, the girls going swimsuit shopping is bound to happen given that they need matching pairs. I find it funny how Haruka found the ideal pair just to have it snatched away by another team. It’s obvious that Haruka isn’t going to get it given the poster image for the show. Still, it’s a nice way to introduce their potential rivals, Mai and Ai. As always, Emily does not approve the pick Claire made.

Haruka’s confession to Kanata was too much for her to handle!

Either way, Haruka eventually goes for the swimsuit that Kanata wanted at first with a special twist. She reveals it during dinner. I find it funny how Haruka picked a Okinawan design, Misawhich means forever. It seems that Haruka didn’t realize the design she gave to Kanata is basically a declaration of love until Emily points it out. Even so, Haruka still confesses her love to Kanata. Kanata’s reaction was cute as her face turned red. It was too much for her to handle. Yes, the pairing is real, even if they are cousins.

Aside from that, it’s interesting that Narumi made a promise to Emily. Before leaving for Kyoto, Narumi realized that Kanata will eventually pair up with someone else even if she doesn’t want her to. Still, she made a promise for Emily to give the help Kanata needs when she finds someone who cares for her. Still, it’s interesting that Narumi still wants to uphold the promise she made to Kanata despite what happened. Either way, Emily eventually upholds her side of the bargain as she is able to give the push Kanata needs from last time.

Haruka becomes embarrassed when Kanata wanted her to tell what she wanted to do.

When Kanata and Emily went into the secret training spot where Claire and Haruka, Kanata saw her bandaged hands. She finally realized that Haruka is trying to catch up to Kanata’s level for her sake.

Haruka’s mission to become closer with Kanata is a success.

Still, it seems that Kanata wanted Haruka to tell her she was doing first. Seeing Haruka blush like that and Kanata calling Haruka by just her first name and vice versa can mean only one thing. Yes, they finally gain full trust in each other. With that, we can expect great things from Haruka and Kanata soon.

By God’s grace, I have traveled quite a bit. Before your imagination runs wild, let me say from the outset that I don’t refer primarily to having been to places in the same way tourists visit places to do one and only one thing — take pictures for posterity. Truth to tell, I also did take pictures, but I realized one thing. In this age of Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, no one looks at pictures anymore in the same way people used to — when photo albums were painstakingly prepared and preserved for many generations to enjoy. Nowadays, people post nothing but selfies. We now belong to the selfie generation.          The people of Israel were getting a little selfish. I know that is different from a selfie, but the root word is the same — being too focused on the self, on one’s issues, on one’s concerns and problems. The selfie of a selfish person (technically called a “narcissist” when pushed to the extreme) is one whose main feature is the self, the grandiose self, the beautiful self, the perfect self, and the entitled self.           Moses today has seemingly had enough of this me-first attitude. He told his people: “Ask around… from one end of the sky to the other… Did anything so great ever happen before?” Moses was ready to roll out his footages of divine wonders wrought by God and God alone.        Self-entitled people, selfish people, selfie-driven people all have stories either about how great they are, how beautiful and good-looking they are, or how intelligent and smart they are, or their exact opposite — just how rotten they are, and how the world has given them a raw deal.
