They feel very nervous as BTS has returned from the military. The company seems to be putting extra pressure on them so they will like they have to work even harder to try to aim for the top. There's just a lot of pressure I'm seeing from execs/the top towards the members - setting really high reaching goals, nearly impossible for them on purpose - like setting them up for failure vibes on purpose so they won't have to be paid as much. They feel very scared generally that they will be exploited and won't be able to get paid fairly. Most are scared of failing expectations/not doing better. Several are anxious as they will be compared to BTS.

A lot of them regret renewing their contracts with HYBE. Some might be thinking of leaving the group soon. Some are looking at different options already. Some feel creatively restricted or like their voices aren't being heard. Some feel like the company favors specific members and that things are quite unfair. Several of them are very tired of going on constant tours. A lot of them don't feel like they're getting the support/marketing they need from the company.
