What Is Life is a good song but it's never not going to make me laugh a little bit because in my world "What Is Life" is something you say when something that's very bad but bad in a bizarre way happens and you don't know how to process it. I don't necessarily see it as a bad sign. It means the employees will be working very closely with each other. Which would make sense as a startup company i.e it's new and hasn't established its own brand yet.

It's definitely going to take a lot of work though, building something from the ground up is never easy. Especially not with that 22 degree. I can't say whether it will turn out "badly" or not since this degree is quite hard to predict at times.

What I can tell you is that this stage of development is an integral process to its success/growth (for this company specifically). There will be many upheavals in your way, which could put a lot of pressure onto you & your employees. I'm not sure whether it's a family business or just that the people working there will work very closely with each other for everything to function properly.

That full moon is also a sign of unpredictability. Though in the 4th house it's (your company) is likely to be able to overcome this with trust & hard work. And because of Virgo, I mean HARD work.

Still, you should look at where this company thrives. Good placements in the 2nd, 7th, & 10th are always good to see business wise. Lots of Scorpio, 6th, 8th house & prominent Saturn are usually harder to work with, only because it means trial & error, time & effort being sacrificed quite a lot before anything comes to fruition ( if they do).
