Also working with Dezer Development, Bentley and Sieger Suarez Architects have designed a skyscraper as the car company's first branded residential project. The building will be located almost next door to the Porsche Design Tower Miami in Miami beach, with both brands owned by the Volkswagen Group.

Expected to be completed in 2026, the 61-storey skyscraper will feature a car elevator that takes residents in their cars from the ground floor to their apartments.

Bentley Motors recently revealed their plans for the first-ever Bentley-branded residential tower, Bentley Residences, set to debut in 2026 in Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, Florida. Bentley Motors enlisted Dezer Development, responsible for some of the world’s most luxurious branded residences, including the recently completed Porsche Design Tower (just two blocks away) and Armani/Casa, to name a few. Co-developed by Dezer Development and Related Group, the waterfront project boasts timeless Armani/Casa interiors including stunning wall coverings, exquisite furniture, elegant tapestries and rich textiles. “When a building is tied to a quality product, like a luxury brand, buyers know what to expect and can relate to the design aesthetic,” said Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development. According to Dezer, for a branded residence to be successful the brand needs to match the property in terms of price points, unit size and exclusive amenities. One of the world’s greatest athletes has reportedly scored a posh pad in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Argentinian soccer legend Lionel Messi picked up a condo at the Porsche Design Tower for $5 million, according to the Real Deal. 

Perhaps the soccer star is also a car freak, because this uniquely cylindrical building includes an elevator that will deliver you and your car to your residence. If you want to see how this feature works, check out this video.

Upon arrival, through a glass wall in the living room, you can gaze upon what is most likely a pretty sweet ride.  

Each unit in the 60-story, oceanfront tower features its own “sky garage,” accessible by a car elevator. Messi’s 3,555-square-foot unit has three beds and 4.5 baths. The Poggenpohl-designed kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances. 

Though interior photos of Messi’s new digs are unavailable, we can offer a few comparables. There are plenty of apartments in the building currently up for grabs.
