AAAAAA so (i have so many of these)

to start with it's like. they work pretty well together - they're friends to lovers with mutual pining, both pretty stubborn and kinda stupid to see why everyone else considers them married

becuase they're the type to be dating before they're dating - they watch their niche arthouse films together both at home and at screenings and they both go out for food when they've been up too late working and don't have the energy to cook and end up accompanying each other to different things theyre interested in

they're both home types too, and try to spend as much time in those few moments off tour just existing together (probably also spend a lot of time just chilling on calls together) again, before they actually get together they're spending time in each others' rooms becuase they genuiney enjoy each others' company

their dates are stuff like artisian coffee shops and museums and parks and beaches, calm places mostly

they're also like, annoying in a disgustingly cute way, they flirt a lot and bicker a lot and are always joined at the hip (and draped over each other). sometimes one will join the other's band on tour for a bit which their bandmates are mostly chill with (conor and matt as tour managers just have a little more to deal with especially if it's unexpected), and the other bands inthe package are a bit surprised when noah walks out of the erra bus at some show in, like, chicago, but whatever, they're all friends its chill.

(they do fuck on tour, which annoys matt and conor if they're disappearing away with no explanation but it's mostly fine as long as they don't leave a mess that has the venue staff leaving some angry message and a cleaning invoice. they both are also mindful of the fact that they're both singers and therefore a quick bj before a show might not be the best idea (does it stop them? probably not))

when erra and bomens are touring together both bands spend a lot of time hanging out together anyway, but when travelling sometimes one band will have to check their singer is with the other band because sometimes he is but sometimes they might have left him (or both of them) somewhere and they can't have that lol

there is more, a lot of which is wrapped in the context of fic i'm writing with a friend. angst and smut and fluff and everything. it's gonna be a long fic. we're even talking sequels and spinoffs

The critters wearing the pikachu cosplay outfits, each has the kind that fits them specifically, without forgetting their charms.

Dogday & Catnap wear the rockstar clothes because they're the main ones of the group;

Bubba wears the Ph D/ scientist outfit (as obvious);

Kickin & Hoppy wear the libre wrestler costumes because it' s also obvious for them;

Bobby & Picky wear the pop-star dresses because I like seeing them as a fangirl duo (as you see Picky has the wig which should be with the scientist outfit but she's the girl and I picture her always getting one each modeling);

and at last we have Craftycorn who wears the belle dress because she looks nice in that and I like to think she's the fashion designer and tailor of the group like a mix of Rarity & Blythe Baxter.

HIYA its been a while oomfie. I wanted to ask if I can ask questions that vaguely allude to XC3 -- nothing that hits your blacklist but like. Questions about say Ruby and what you think her class would hypothetically be in XC3 type thing

Hello, friend!! It has been a bit, but it’s nice to hear from you!! I hope that you’re doing well at the moment, and also, thank you for sending this!

It really means a lot to me that you want to know more about Ruby!!! I’d be happy to take questions about her, it’ll be a good way of developing her more. You can ask whatever you specifically want to ask, whether it’s about Ruby or anything else - I just can’t guarantee I’ll be able to answer in very much specific detail or in a way that’s very game story-compliant. But, I’ll still absolutely try and give it a go!! I do feel like I have at least a decent grasp on some of the XC3 characters, as a result of hearing people - largely you, actually! - talking about them online here and there, but I still have little-to-no experience of gameplay, either from playing my own copy or from watching footage online (since I have not done either of these things). I know someone did some really good blade and driver guides for XC2, so if they’ve done the same thing for the XC3 characters, that will hopefully be a good resource.

Regarding your hypothetical question about class, the one thing I can tell you is that Ruby would be an attacker class, because this both matches her parents (Pyra and Sapphire) and would fit in well with her friends from XC2 (Ursula and Poppi, who are a healer and rank respectively). ..That’s definitely all I have so far because I’ve only just decided on it, but I’ll definitely try and think about it more/am happy to talk it through with you if you want to know more!!

its so funny to me omegaverse is so unserious and yet the most awe inspiring fanfiction has been written for it. the concept is so horny and silly and yet the way authors will use it to tackle serious topics like gender roles in society and love and acceptance. would love nothing more than to sit a normal person down and have them read an abo fic without telling them its an abo fic and see them tear up and then reveal they just got emotional over a trope that has people leaking cotton candy slick out of their assholes and see how they deal with that truth.
