a slightly overlooked aspect of Asahi is that he does not single out Rui and put him on a pedestal in comparison to the others. he is extremely fair, and shows admiration for Tsukasa, Emu and Nene as well. especially when he corrects himself to "all of you" to include Rui's friends, because he knows and respects how important they are to him. Asahi really is one of the most compassionate characters we've met, which is why it's such a shame how often he's misinterpretated and villainised due to being considered an ominous force that is somehow a threat to W x S, when he's really anything but...

it's also quite interesting that "if i had friends like that" may imply that he might not have extremely close friends himself? we know that he's long-time friends with Sakurako, and he seems to get along really well with his own troupe, so i wonder what that meant?

I love The difference between Tatsuya and Kotaro.

Their both aimming towards RAD WEEKEND and comparing how amazing it will feel surpassing it. But they both compare it to two widely differently views.

Tatsuya is comparing it to more exciting and adrenaline rushing things.

While’s Kotaro compares it to more relaxing and more comforting things.
