I am obssessed with @neytui's fairy au that's been living rent free in my head and for this year I wanted to do something different. So I drew Jack as a winter fairy on the bridge that connects the seasons, like the one in secret of the wings.

Whelp here is some more fairy soapghost yay!!

Idk I put soap as a tinker cause it makes the most sense but I heavily debated making him a light fairy :) overall the colors just didn’t look right so tinker it is! He likes making all sorts of tools and things that go off with a bang. Whether it be a type of pollen that makes animals sleepy or just the right colors to frighten a bird away.

As for ghost he definitely has a very rare talent. He is scout fairy and his job is to protect the rest of the fairy’s. ( I like to think a scout fairy’s are recruited so they also have some small nature talents, so ghost can do some plant magic :D ) +He used to have a brother but he was the one pixie he couldn’t save :( +bat skull mask

Ghost uses the excuse that he needs to get some new gadgets from soap to see him more often. Soaps not complaining, there’s finally someone willing to listen to his ramblings :D. If they manage to sneak off for hours at a time, no one mentions it.

Im thinking of dust keeper Laswell making sure everyone has what they need - fast flying fairy Gaz that hangs out with soap all the time too - and idk I guess animal fairy Price/ also scout fairy he’d be the type of have an acorn hat lol

next episode of the series will be a regular video and not a short which will take a WHILE so I’m just gonna sprinkle some content here and there till I’m done with it.

This isn’t really canon but it is plausible to happen in the future

She's a nature fairy in my au! Flowers definitely is a motif associated with her.

I was inspired by the aesthetics of childhood fairy nostalgia. When I was a kid, all I'd draw were fairies. It was fun and refreshing to revisit them.

Pixie Hollow Homestuck AU- cringe should be dead but you never turn your back on the body

Aradia: Messenger talent. Honestly her sociable role in the dream bubbles suits being a messenger. She could also be a fast flyer. She's very much a mischievous type of fae. She has a morbid fascination with the concept of fairies dying of disbelief.

Tavros: Animal talent hands down. He is fucking thriving you guys. I'm not sure what the flarp incident entails for Tavros, but I dislike when people erase his disability in fantasy AUs. I mean they can definitely build him a hover wheelchair or he can ride birds to fly with. He's considered the best animal talent in the group.

Sollux: Light talent, also in the "complete menace" club with Rose. Has managed to become one of the greatest light fairies out there, in the running to be in charge of the light fairies...if not for the fact that he would rather be staying up late with the fireflies than taking on responsibilities. Has seen the sunrise and sunset so many times that he has jars of rich liminal light just sitting around.

Karkat: All I can really figure out is to make him a newbie minister of summer who took over when the first one was killed and he had far too little experience to take over. He's always shouting at people to help deliver the season. Probably a water fairy with a knack for leadership who got taken under the first Minister's wing.

So, funny story:

If you take a guy who was raised in the junkyard and put him into a role where he is specifically tasked with making stuff out of random items, he is going to go insane.

Translation: Jay refuses to do his job and make useful things to help the nature talents prepare for the fall equinox and instead exclusively makes the most random of things, some of which are made to piss off Cole. Example: rubber band gun.
