Fun Notes

-> Avalanche was changed to "landslide" because the forest clans live at the base of a mountain with very little snow or ice

-> A leader's title is appended to the end of a name

-> The words for the herbs are; sour-leaf (sorrel), undying-plant (tansy) and many-blooms (yarrow).

-> Choosing to make the declined forms of pronouns (me, him etc.) just be the base pronoun w/ the accusative declination -(a)yen

-> Apparently the word "such" is a long since eroded contraction for "like formed"

-> Gotta say, the animal names were probably the hardest of this list - demonstratives non-withstanding

-> Thriftpaw is modified to Phloxpaw since that's the kind of plant grows in North America that has a mildly confusing name lol

-> Trying to figure out how to make contractions work is hard tbh XD Kinda just left them unfolded - might try to merge a few words together

-> Allative case -(a)wen is being used to be mean, "at" or "near" so it basically means "snarl-ward to me"

-> Satura is now the clan word for "better" so I'm amused that the english Saturday would sound like, "day of betterment" to the clans

PHLOXKIT | PHLOXPAW | PHLOXNOSE

Bluetail and Curlear’s only surviving kit out of several litters, Phloxnose was rather sickly growing up. His warrior training was put on hold several times due to illness or injury, causing him to be made a warrior much later than his generational peers. 

Phloxnose is usually a meek, soft spoken tom, and it takes quite a bit to rile him up.  He much prefers the quiet of Root Clan’s caves than doing things like fighting. His apprentice Coyotepaw often teases him for being so boring.

Firestar and Leopardstar hypokits or Yellowfang and Bluestar kits?

Phloxpaw, Yellowfang and Bluestar’s only kit.

He’s stinky and has his momma’s grumpy face and his mother’s pointed markings. Unlike Yellowfang, he’s wanted to be a medicine cat pretty much ever since he was born. He’s got a head for herbs but has an even worse bedside manner than his momma-slash-mentor. Bluestar and Yellowfang are strict but very loving with him--he doesn’t get any special treatment, but also has no doubt in his mind that his moms adore him. He’s called Phloxflame, after Yellowfang’s grandmother, when he earns his full name.
