Mondo will release The Exorcist by Zero and The Changeling by David Seidman tomorrow, February 29, at 1pm EST. They're expected to ship in May.
The Exorcist is a 24x36 screen print with a hidden spot gloss layer, limited to 185, for $80. The Changeling is a 24x36 screen print, limited to 140, for $80.
Read on for statements from both artists.
Zero on The Exorcist:
In creating the poster for The Exorcist, my main inspiration came from the wings of the demon Pazuzu. I was particularly drawn to how these wings, along with other details of the demon, subtly weave through the movie, evident in hidden details even before the plot starts, such as Reagan's crafts with winged animals (sculptures and drawings). I aimed to do something similar in my own piece by incorporating these hidden details or Easter eggs in the poster, along with other interesting elements found in the film.
Seidman on The Changeling:
As an artist whose work is heavily influenced by haunted imagery, The Changeling is a movie that delivers so much through it’s storytelling, atmosphere and visuals. The abandoned antique wheelchair and possessed red ball have become so influential in the horror genre and icons on their own. Using these objects prominently helped me set the scene to perfectly capture the tone and atmosphere of one of my favorite haunted house movies.

"TIM BUCK IS GUILTY IN KINGSTON TRIAL: SENTENCE DEFERRED," Toronto Globe. July 7, 1933. Page 1 & 4. ----- Judge Says He Will Not Impose Maximum Punishment ---- DEFENSE COMPLIMENTED --- (Canadian Press Despatch.) Kingston, July 6 - Tim Buck, former leader of the Communist Party in Canada, was convicted today of unlawful assembly during disturbances last October, and was returned to his prison cell to await sentence on July 18. In convicting Buck, Judge G. E. Deroche said he could impose a maximum of seven years, but said he had no intention of doing so.
The diminutive radical returned to his cell, complimented on his efforts "as a lawyer, despite his unsuccessful battle to clear himself of the charges. "Your address," said a Judge, "was magnificent. You spoke for two and a half hours, but all the time you were interesting and logical. You made no extreme statements."
The Judge reviewed at great length the evidence produced both by defense and the Crown prosecutor, adding that he was quite satisfied there was a riot and Buck was a member of the unlawful assembly.
Word to Ottawa. The accused, through numerous convict witnesses, attempted to show there had been no riot, and that there had been no violence shown by the men, who, he said, were merely stag a justified demonstration against prison conditions. If word had been sent to Ottawa, instead of to the barracks, when the men left their work, there wouldn't have been much confusion, it was contended.
The only reason he had joined in the demonstration, Buck submitted, was he otherwise would have been considered a "rat"
"That seems to be something to his credit," the Judge commented, "but, of course, it is something the law cannot excuse."
Other convicts testified Buck had spoken to the prisoners milling about the buildings and had pacified to some extent their anger. Others had spoken, they said, and Buck was chosen to address the men merely because of his reputation as a speaker.
Not an Instigator. Judge Deroche said he did not believe the accused had shut off the motor in his workshop, as claimed by guards and keepers. He further said there was no evidence to show Buck was the instigator of the assembly which developed into a riot of which the Judge considered there was evidence. It probably was intended for a peaceful demonstration, he said, bus eventually it became very noisy, and damage had been done to prison property through burning locks off doors. However, he did not consider it had been as serious as portrayed in news-papers and through conversations.
"He was part of rioting crowd," the Judge concluded, "and he pleaded he either had. to take part or be a 'rat." Meanwhile, in another court, Frank Regan, K.C., charged Convict Mickey McDonald was indicted for his part in the riot because of private trouble he had with Guard Neddow. He also claimed the Crown Prosecutor had threatened to "go after the accused." Following the trial of Buck, George Peters was placed on trial on a charge of rioting and doing damage. He pleaded not guilty, and proceeded to conduct his own case. Keeper George Nolan and Instructors Dunford and Whiteland had been called as witnesses when court adjourned.
Frank Regan, K.C., counsel for McDonald, requested General D. M. Ormond, Superintendent of Penitentiaries, be called as a witness. Judge Madden said Convict McRae had asked for Hon. Hugh Gathrie, Minister of Justice; Inspector Gilbert Smith, ex-Warden J. C. Ponsford and others to be called, but his request had been refused, because such evidence would make an investigation of the internal administration of the prison, and this was not the purpose of the trial. Judge Madden refused Mr. Regan's request.
Desire for Referm. In his defense, Convict Buck spoke of the feeling among the men in the penitentiary, their desire for reform, and their efforts for a change in the institution. It was not a spirit of destruction or riot. "In most of them." he said, "It was the only way to draw attention to their grievances, the entire atmosphere. Inside those walls you're within a world inside a world; it has every thing except its own hopes. I had men in the box who had never been in court before sent to the penitentiary; men as good as the average man. They got to feel there is no hope, more or less conflicted with criminal psychology. No man can live there, subjected constantly to the grapevine system - an everlasting struggle between the rats and the men. The fuel for the blaze had been piling up a long time, and very few of the men realized Just what that spirit really was."
Convict Buck, dealing further with the spirit at the penitentiary, said that the very first day he arrived at the penitentiary, the first convict conversation he heard almost frightened him.It gave him an idea that trouble was imminent.
The accused said that Oct. 17 he saw no notes passed about, but he was convinced there had been notes circuklating. Like a Signal. "As late is twenty to three on Oct. 17," said Buck, "I really believed that the rumored demonstration would actually be held. When the men came:down the scaffolding, it was just like a signal. The men, most of them young and impulsive, just walked out and didn't seem to realize they were leaving their work. "I believe is possible to point out there is a difference in my position as regards to my presence in the disturbance. In the position I am in, I might see trouble brewing and still be helpless; an inmate can be either a rat or a man, and to be a 'rat in the penitentiary is something terrible. I did not choose to be a 'rat!"
In the dome a man was in a peculiar position: If you left the dome you were in danger of being shot; if you stayed there you were in danger of landing in this court. Circumstances decreed that I should be there. I was convicted of being a Communist, and I was not in the machine shop of my own volition, therefore I was there when trouble started.. I was in that position when, if I had not assisted those who were in a jam, something very serious might have happened. "I changed with doing things which I certainly did not do. I am not trying to evade, but I want to point out that there were many things which I did not do. One would think the pulling of the switch in the machine shop started everything. I don't think i had anything whatever to do with the trouble."
Convict Buck reviewed the story of the happenings of the afternoon."They were like a bunch of schoolboys, carefree and full of fun," he said. "But still there was a danger. I went out because I was keenly interested in what would happen. And I believe that Deputy Warden Matt Walsh perforced a masterstroke in getting Garceau to secure the co-operation of the older men in holding back the cool heads. It was certainly a wise move and Mr. Walsh did save what could have become a critical situation."
Buck said there had been no question of danger until the troops came. With the exception of Mr. Walsh, not an officer tried to restrain the men.
"Eighty-five per cent, of the ment in the dome," said Buck, "were there merely as 'listeners.' It is true that when the troops were sent for no one was in control, but they were not out of control. Mere Boys "I think it would be safe to say a clear majority of the men in the dome were mere boys. The belief was that they should get out into the yard. At any rate a situation developed that was hanging by a thread. Up to this point I had not said one word or associated myself in any way with the trouble. I knew Garceau and his efforts to retrieve himself. In the penitentiary we are looked on a convicts. To me these men are a study, being, as I am, a student of sociology. When he asked me to speak to the men I hesitated, but not through fear. I didn't know what to say to them, but Garceau said: Tell them anything to keep them from running amok! I knew I had to give them something to do and I told them to go ahead with the barricading and to get water, for the place was a fire-trap." It may have been wrong in law, but when I look back at what might have happened. I don't think anything better could have been done."
"I spoke once, and once only, yet prosecution evidence had me making speeches everywhere." Convict Back sold he did not in any way use the language that was attributed to him by Guard Hull. "I want to say that it is no secret. Guard Hull is not liked in the institution, and has a record there," said Buck. "I don't believe he heard anyone say: 'We'll kill the screws." At any rate I certainly did not say it."
"When Gilbey told of the fight in the stone shed, you would think lynch law had broken out at my behest. The first I ever heard of it was when Gilbey told it." "Dime Novel Fantasy." "I must confess that the stories of some of the guards as to what happened in the mail-bag department sounded like a dime novel fantasy."
Convict Buck said his address in the dome and his suggestion to the officers in the machine shop that it would be safer in the mail-bag department constituted his participation in the trouble.
"I knew the attitude toward me. I knew I was pointed out as an agitator and I knew an atmosphere had been put around me, and I know that officers were told I was dangerous.
"Frankly, I think the evidence that the men coming into the machine shop were armed is merely a figment of their imagination.
"I knew that this blue uniform is a disadvantage, but I will say that those inmates who gave evidence are as reliable as any one. Why was not Sagel, the third officer in the machine shop, brought here by the Crown?
"It is true he has left Kingston, but he could have been brought here. "I want to say that I did not order Henderson out of the stone shed, and the man who did it did not use the language attributed by Guard Henderson.
"I have tried to speak with restraint, because I want to be cleared of implications of dime novel sensationalism. I want to be clear of a certain implication of hoodlumism and blackguardism. I submit my actions were right. I solemnly believe nothing better could have been done than that which I did; not merely because I did it myself.
"I think it will be agreed that under the circumstances, I could not do otherwise. I played no part in the condition and I had to choose between trying to help the situation or quitting, and I must say I do not regret it.
"This is a court of law. If any quality was strained in the case against me it certainly was not the qualities of mercy or sportsmanship. I am compelled to ask, Is it because.of the protests against my being in prison that attempts are being made to justify my being placed in that Institution and to brand me as a hoodlum and a blackguard?" Crown Counsel's Address. T. J. Rigney, Crown counsel, addressed Judge G. E. Deroche, presiding at the trial.
Mr. Rigney pointed out that the trial had created unusual attention. The question of authority had been involved, but only involved Buck as one of a number. There was also the question of the ideas of the convicts as to prison management, and the rules and regulations.
Mr. Rigney held that the convicts had constituted themselves as an unlawful assembly, and from that developed a riot in which damage was done, and in which the accused had participated. Evidence of unlawful assembly had been established. The Warden forced his way into the assembly. This had been established. He addressed the men and advised them to go back to work. The War-den had attempted to leave and was prevented from so doing, and was a prisoner of the convicts, which in it-self was an unlawful act.

DRAGON POX HAS COME TO HOGWARTS ---
As of 10 am of the afternoon of Thursday, 2 April, Hogwarts has officially reported its first case of Dragon Pox in one hundred years. While the patient has been escorted to St. Mungo’s and treated with only the finest of care, the castle cannot ignore the threat of such a contagious disease. Hogwarts castle will be cleaned from tower to dungeon, from ceiling to floor, to eradicate any contagious germs that may have been left behind by the affected patient.
Unfortunately for students, that means that, in the meantime, they will be quarantined immediately. Everyone will be escorted by the staff into the nearest location in the castle that has seen no contact with the Dragon Pox patient in the past week. For the next 30 hours, students will have their food delivered to their quarantine site by the usual means, as well as accommodations for sleep when the time arrives.
If you believe yourself or one of your peers to be exhibiting any symptoms of Dragon Pox, contact a professor via the emergency only owl located in your quarantine location.
OOC Information ---
IC the quarantine lasts from approximately 10 am on Thursday, 2 April, to 4 pm on Friday, 3 April. OOC, you may make starters for this plot drop from now through Monday, 6 April, 11:59 pm PST.
If your character is missing, it is either because they are part-time, assumed to be off campus, or were simply overlooked. So if you would like one of those rules to be included, just shoot me a message, and we’ll find them a spot. Alternatively, if there is absolutely no way in freshly frozen purgatory that your character would be where they were placed, shoot me a message, and we’ll find a way to fix it.
Groups below the cut!
Group One: Hogwarts Library
The Restricted Section is, well, restricted still. Students have free reign of the library, but will be asked to sleep in the Muggle Studies section only.
Quarantined Students:
Alecto Carrow @c-alecto
Amycus Carrow @theworstcarrow
Asher Avery @asheravery
Daphne Davenport @daphnedavenport
Josslyn Janks @jankyjosslyn
Mary Macdonald @marymacdonaldhadafarm
Rodolphus Lestrange @doctorlestranges
Than Chadwick @thanthemans
Tiberius McLaggen @tiberiusmclaggen
Group Two: Kitchens
As the kitchens are responsible for feeding the rest of the castle during this delicate window of time, quarantined students have been given the back third of the kitchen to work with. Of course, they can still ask a House Elf for assistance should they be lacking in basic necessities.
Quarantined Students:
Andromeda Black @andromedaatnight
Bellatrix Lestrange @bellathicclestrange
Gilbert Selwyn @gilbert-selwyn
Iris Selwyn @irisselwyn
Jana McLaggen @janamclaggen
Marlene McKinnon @marlenethemenace
Regan Higgs-Weasley @reganweasley
Ted Tonks @tonkstedtalk
Group Three: Rouge Staircase
This particular staircase shut down as students were on their way elsewhere, leaving them stranded without the aid of other staircases around them. The staircase will move from time to time, although unhelpfully.
Quarantined Students:
Alice Shafiq @shafiqalice
Amathera Zabini @amatherazabini
Bastian Bott @bastianbott
Jennifer Burke @jenniferburke
Lily Evans @weewxtch
Mason Boot @masonboot
Molly Macmillan @mollymacmillan
Nola Fawley @nolafawley
Group Four: Hagrid’s Hut
This was deemed the safest location for students spread across the grounds at the time of quarantine. Tragically, Hagrid was inside the castle at the time of quarantine, leaving his hut locked (with an infantile Fang howling inside).
Quarantined Students:
Agatha Timms @aggietimms
Dorcas Meadowes @dorcasisntdeadyet
D.W. Widdow @deedoubleiddow
Fabian Prewett @fabiansacharmer
Gawain Robards @goldenrobards
Natalya Greengrass @natalyagreengrass
Percy Robards @percivalrobards
Vivian Travers @viviantraversing
Group Five: Arithmancy Corridor
While students were initially meant to have full access to the corridor at large, the remembrance that the affected patient had been there for a studying section earlier in the week caused them all to be shuffled into Professor Dearborn’s office.
Quarantined Students:
Caradoc Dearborn @dickdowndearborn
Cecily Beckett @cecilybeckett
Eyen Sosa @eyenscloset
Gideon Prewett @gideonprewonder
Pandora Lanchance @rohmantiq
Penny Tyler @pentyler
Rosalind Nott @rosalindnott
Sturgis Podmore @sturgispodmore
Wendy Lestrange @wendythestrange
Group Six: Owlery
Don’t worry, the birds don’t bite. At least not when they’re well fed. By people who are currently in quarantine elsewhere in the castle. Oh, dear...
Quarantined Students:
Amelia Bones @liabones
Bertha Jorkins @berthajorkinss
Bertie Higgs @bertiehiggz
Emma Vanity @youresovanity
Emmeline Vance @emmelionvance
Remus Lupin @x-remus
Sirius Black @messrsblacks
Tolkien Wilde @tolkienwildeboy
Group Seven: Hospital Wing
It was considered that these students might be better off moving to another location for quarantine, but as they’d already been exposed before the doors to the Hospital Wing were locked---well, it would just be irresponsible to let them leave, wouldn’t it?
Quarantined Students:
Cyrus Greengrass @greengrassisgreener
Davey Gudgeon @daveygudgeon
Edgar Bones @edgarboned
Frances Bletchley @francesbletchley
James Potter @jamespooper
Narcissa Black @narcissablack-x
Peter Pettigrew @pterpettigrew
Zoe Bell @rocketshipbell
Group Eight: Potions Corridor
Students in the potions corridor have access to that and only that: the corridor. All classrooms, offices, and storage closets have been locked.
Quaratined Students:
Adrian Vallancourt @adrianvallancourt
Barty Crouch Jr. @bartycrouchjunior
Benjy Fenwick @notbenjyfenwick
Bilius Weasley @biliusbby
Briar Pritchard @briarpritch

COMMENTARY:
Biden has too much baggage compared to who?
As an Eisenhower Romney Republican, Democrats are something of an enduring mystery to me. Why they are willing to allow the Joe McCarthy Conservatives establish a moral equivalence between the treason of Donald John Trump and anything Biden has done, ever, is a mystery to me. Democrats have been in a state of profound and collective moral confusion since the Students for a Democratic Society replaced the collegial dialogue of the American academe with the post-modern dialectical deconstruction of Political Correctness.
In a rational world, Biden would be the nominee on his resume, alone. If all he did was to restore and enlarge Obama's progressive agenda as the not-Trump, the world will be a better place virtually overnight. But the fact is that, because Trump has created the opportunity to end the Korean War by running on the (Bill) Clinton Doctrine that emerged from the Dayton Accords, instead of the Obama-Hillary Clinton version of the Project for the New American Century, Biden will be able to end the Korean War and end the destructive Tariff Wars of Peter Navarro.
Just getting Trump out of office and removing as much of the Joe McCarthy Conservatives in Congress as possible, will be a good thing and a major task of any Democrat administration will be to rebuild the Schedule C executive strata of the federal government as a necessary step to restoring the capacities of the federal government to optimize economic performance, globally.
The thing is, everything the Democrats are proposing are possible with the full expression of the Green New Deal. The Nixon-Moynihan-Carter "Affirmative Action" was the precursor for the Green New Deal and an essential phase of Affirmative Action is to transform the Military Industrial Complex to the Aerospace-Entrepreneurial Matrix required to create the infrastructure to support a moon colony for the next 100 years which will re-ignite the global synergies wave from Apollo 11. Silicon Valley is a legacy of Apollo 11.
Biden is the one person in government most temperamentally aligned with the Apollo legacy as legislative design. Bernie represents a socialism model that went out of fashion among Marxist with Detente and Nixon's China policy, and Buttigieg's economics are to Biden's what JFK's were to Eisenhower. Buttigieg lacks Biden's experience at a time when we will need experience to get to the next level and Bernie has 50 years of the wrong experience.
Democrats let the Joe McCarthy Conservatives talk them into believing that Hillary was a terrible candidate and that the Clintons are a corrupt as the Trump-Kusner crime family. All the crime families went to the GOP with Donald T. Regan in 1981 and the treason that went with them took 39 years to show up in a "perfect phone call" and it didn't show up in Biden's resume even if Hunter Biden ends up being Jeffrey Epstein's banker.
The real point is Biden's baggage shouldn't matter, even if there was any. Jackie Kucinich has basically bought into Trump's Ukrainian disinformation campaign. Moscow Mitch and his pro-Treason majority have proven that Trump can shoot somebody on Madison Avenue and they will vote to acquit.
Why Democrats can't apply that standard to Biden, given 10 years of Birther bullshit by the Joe McCarthy Conservatives, is a total mystery to me.
Vote for Biden because you hate the historical stupidity of the Joe McCarthy Conservatives that ran America over a cliff and into Iraq and voted to acquit Trump for Treason.
Vote to give Democrats the Senate Majority and to sustain Nasty Nancy as Speaker. Don't over think this, Don't try to finesse the vote by not voting for Biden to make a statement. Not voting Biden is to vote for Trump in the same way writing in Bernie and Ralph Nader were exercises in narcissism that amounted to a vote for Trump.
As an Eisenhower-Romney Republican, a Biden victory will make it possible for the adult leadership in the GOP, the remaining Eisenhower-Romney Republicans, to crush the Joe McCarthy Conservatives who have been complicit in the treason Trump's perfect phone call represents in the criminal agenda that came to town with Donald T. Regan in 1981.

Mr. Mercedes Season 3 is coming to the Audience Network, continuing the TV adaptation of Stephen King’s Bill Hodges books.

Mr. Mercedes Season 3 is officially set for Audience Network. The renewal of Mr. Mercedes Season 3 arrived shortly after the late-summer-launched Season 2 wrapped its run on October 24, 2018, and has a late 2019 release date. Stephen King has called it the show's best so far...
This is the best season of MR. MERCEDES--based on FINDERS KEEPERS. Check this out.https://t.co/nouBaDFKhe
— Stephen King (@StephenKing) June 5, 2019
The series will continue its process of adapting Stephen King’s novel trilogy – 2014’s Mr. Mercedes, 2015’s Finders Keepers and 2016’s End of Watch. As originally intended, 2017’s Season 1 followed the first novel, and the recently-aired Season 2 covered the second.
While one might deduce that Season 3 (presumably covering the third and final book,) would mark the end of the series, creator/showrunner David E. Kelley teased a “master plan” with THR – ahead of the Season 1 launch – that, "Going into this, the idea is that we have three books and in success it would make for three seasons and then, who knows? Maybe longer if we're having fun."

Mr. Mercedes Season 3 Cast
Here's the latest two additions to third season of Mr. Mercedes, as reported by Deadline.
Bechir Sylvain (Grace and Frankie, Chicago P.D.) will play EJ, “Jenn’s (Jenn Lyon) ex-boyfriend, and the biological father to Jenn’s daughter, Brienne. He just got out of jail and with a new lease on life wants joint custody of his daughter.”
Meg Steedle (Code Black, I’m Dying Up Here) will play Danielle Sweeney, “Morris’ (Gabriel Ebert) affectionate yet slightly naive girlfriend who finds herself out of her depth when she questions Morris and Alma’s (Kate Mulgrew) strange relationship.”
They are preceded by the casting of this trio in March (via Deadline):
Kate Mulgrew (Star Trek: Voyager, Orange is the New Black) will play Alma Lane, described as “another life-long resident of Bridgton, Ohio and a compelling force in Morris’ (Gabriel Ebert) life since he was a boy. She is a bit vicious and a lot smart.”
Brett Gelman (Lemon, Stranger Things) will play Roland Finklestein, “a smart, passionate defense attorney who is representing Lou Linklatter (Breeda Wool) in her murder trial. He believes he can win the case if they go to trial and keep Lou out of prison.”
Natalie Paul (The Sinner, You) will play A. D. A. Sarah Pace, “Prosecutor on Lou’s case. At first glance one might think her soft, but she is a hardcore prosecutor with a strong moral compass. She doesn’t support or believe in Lou’s vigilantism and refuses to back down from pursuing justice.”
The following trio were added back in February (via Deadline):
Gabriel Ebert (Ricki and the Flash, The Good Fight) will play Morris Bellamy, “intelligent, well-educated if not middle class, a volatile and charismatic wolf in sheep’s clothing. When he was younger he had ambitions of becoming a famous writer but ended up with a much less exciting life in Ohio.”
Rarmian Newton (NOS4A2, Rise) plays Peter Saubers, “16, smart and personable, he’s a junior in high school and on the college track. From a seemingly happy home, but that picturesque Midwestern life was derailed when his father was disabled during the Mr. Mercedes massacre.”
Glynn Turman (How to Get Away with Murder, The Red Line) will recur as Judge Bernard Raines, “the no-nonsense judge presiding over Lou Linklatter’s murder trial, he suffers no fools and takes no prisoners. He is none too pleased with the lawyers working on this case who seem hell bent for trial.”

Mr. Mercedes Season 3 Details
The third season is in production, though, as Deadline reported, it has not been without incident. On March 2, special effect tech, Mike Wilks, was electrocuted while the production was shooting in the rain. While Wilks survived, he endured multiple surgeries to repair his hands and feet, and the amputation of four toes.
The mythology of Mr. Mercedes focuses on retired police detective Bill Hodges (Brendan Gleeson), who finds himself in the center of a circuitous psychological game involving the psychopathic serial killer, Brady Hartsfield (Harry Treadaway), whose initial criminal claim to fame involved plowing a Mercedes into a line of job seekers; a crime that earned him the story’s eponymous nickname, “Mr. Mercedes.” – The cast also consists of Jack Huston, Jharrel Jerome, Holland Taylor, Brenda Wool, Robert Stanton, Justine Lupe, Scott Lawrence and Tessa Ferrer.
As Daniel York, Senior Exec VP and Chief Content Officer at AT&T (which oversees Audience Network under the Turner Broadcasting corporate umbrella), expressed of the third season renewal in a November 2018 statement:
"Mr. Mercedes has resonated with such a wide audience, so we’re thrilled to bring it back for a third season for our customers,” said “David E. Kelley, Jack Bender and Sonar have crafted a series that honors the original work by Stephen King and we can’t wait to see where they take the show in a ‘post-Mr. Mercedes world."
The Mr. Mercedes TV series was created by prolific legal drama visionary David E. Kelley, who is confirmed to resume his duties as showrunner for Season 3 along with director Jack Bender. The duo also serve as executive producers, joined in that capacity by Temple Hill Entertainment's Marty Bowen and Wyck Godfrey, Tom Lesinski and Jenna Santoianni of Sonar and AT&T Audience Network's Shane Elrod and Kate Regan. Most notably, Stephen King himself will remain a credited executive producer on the series.
