Daily MCO drink #464, MCO Day #466: PERUVIAN ELDER SOUR, made with 2 parts Delixir Quebrante Peruvian Pisco, 1 part Giffard Elderflower Liqueur, 1/2 part lime juice, shaken over ice and strained. Created by Gary ‘Gaz’ Regan. A more floral take on the pisco sour, but without the egg white.
