Pelvic Congestion Syndrome (PCS) is a condition that affects many women, causing chronic pelvic pain and discomfort. If you're looking for information on treatments for PCS in Hyderabad, it's important to note that the city offers a range of medical facilities and healthcare providers specializing in gynecological and interventional radiology services.

Had a small surgery today and finally got some answers as to why my periods have been absolutely awful my entire life. I apparently have PCS, pelvic congestion syndrome. It’s freeing to have an answer but at the same time it sucks.

Random question, during any of your pregnancy’s were you ever insecure about you body, how you were acting, or any of your cravings?
Me and my fiancé were talking about plans for future kids and i’m to scared to ask anyone else. could you give me a small run through of things to expect?
Thank you so much!!
Hey! I'll answer this both as a woman who has done pregnancy and birth three times, and as an experienced midwife. I don't like the 'horror story' sharing that many women do around pregnancy; it muddies the waters, and is supremely anxiety-inducing for anyone who is pregnant while hearing it.
You need to know I could write, and have written, essays on this.
As a midwife: Pregnancy is this period of unique physiological change in your body and mind, that even when it is normal (i.e. normal symptoms, not a sign of an unwell pregnancy) can be profound and lifelong.
These normal symptoms, including but not limited to nausea and vomiting (commonly referred to as morning sickness, though present at any time of day), weight gain, swelling, congestion, mood changes, appetite changes, stretch marks, heartburn and hip/joint pain, can range from barely present/absent, to severe.
Even severe pregnancy symptoms aren't always considered abnormal unless they're making you unwell (i.e. unable to keep any food or water down).
These symptoms can be altered by many of your pre-existing conditions; your weight and general health, your lifestyle and eating habits, your exercise habits, simple dumb luck/genetics, family history, mental health and body image/dysmorphia, etc.
So in that respect, in a normal pregnancy, I have seen some women who are extremely insecure and struggling to cope with the changes to their body and mind, and some women who absolutely breeze through it like pregnancy hasn't even affected them. Nowhere on this spectrum does it ever surprise me.
So now I'll talk about the average first pregnancy. As I said...the experience varies wildly.
Early on in your pregnancy (up to about 12 weeks) often feels like you're in an utter no-man's land. You feel like healthcare professionals aren't wildly interested in you; they'll take your history and 'book' your pregnancy in from (now this is based on the UK) about 8 weeks pregnancy (please note, your 'weeks of pregnancy' aren't calculated from the moment you fall pregnant, it is calculated from the first day of your last period, so in a woman with a regular 28-30 day cycle, there usually feels like there's a 'disparity' of about 2 weeks in your dates-- there isn't, this is how we calculate it). You may have an early scan or two. Essentially, we wait to see if the pregnancy is continuing; lots of miscarriages happen in the first 8 weeks. About 1/3 of pregnancies will miscarry here, in fact.
Tiredness is real at this stage. You may feel like you want to sleep constantly. It's shit that at this stage you often feel the worst, but feel like you're also just being expected to 'get on with it'. Please ask for help. If your partner isn't an equal partner pre-pregnancy, best of luck to you. You may feel utterly useless sometimes days from exhaustion, and this is normal I'm afraid.
Mid pregnancy drags, but you're usually starting to feel a bit better. The top of your uterus doesn't even begin to rise out of your pelvic brim until about 16 weeks, and the lower part of the uterus only begins to expand and form (creating that 'pregnant' belly look) from about 28 weeks, so don't try to force a bo that simply isn't there. Lots of women are very keen to look pregnant. Just chill. It's okay if you dont. Take it easy. You do not need to eat for two; your pregnancy uses your intake more effectively when you're pregnant. Do take pregnancy specific multivitamins though. They don't need to be expensive or fancy ones; normal store bought are generally just the same, without all the fancy packaging.
Later pregnancy, you will likely notice that tiredness creeping in again. This is where your baby is largely formed structurally, and is maturing and gaining size and weight. Please ignore any and all comments from people who look at you and announce that you will have a big/small baby. They're idiots and likely wrong. Laugh it off. Here is where you may start to notice things like heartburn, hip pain, mood changes coming back again. You're heavy, and it's harder to move, and your organs are moving out of the way to facilitate a baby. Cut yourself some slack if at all possible.
So...now to me and what I had.
As Haitch: (tw/cw: suicidal ideations) So it's now a running joke, that my body was so 'good' at pregnancy, so utterly flooded with hormones, that while I became this perfect machine for growing and birthing babies, pregnancy broke me.
I spent every waking minute of the first 16 weeks nauseous and exhausted, bone deep exhausted. I had all the usual symptoms hit hard and early! I suffered severe pelvic separation, agonising pain, and @mrhaitch had to help me up from an early stage.
Thankfully, he was exquisite pregnancy support. Full is based on him, after all.
I ended up on some pretty strong medication for my heartburn, as it was severe enough that my stomach acid was damaging my vocal chords.
Worst of all was my mental health. From 26-28 weeks, your progesterone levels boom. This is normal. But this is where we discovered that progesterone is a very bad hormone for me. I developed severe antenatal depression and anxiety, and antenatal psychosis. I was paranoid, delusional, fragile and had active suicidal ideations. I had plans on how I would end my life. This is all utterly unlike me.
With my first pregnancy, our son was born at 42 weeks after a fast, normal labour, but I don't know how I didn't end my own life towards the end of my pregnancy. With my second two, we were more on it, and my lovely colleagues induced my labours from 38 weeks, purely because my mental health was so bad.
I was watched like a hawk in pregnancy 3. We knew I would lose my mind...and sadly, I did. I was medicated but It did little to help. It was at that point (October/November 2024) that I began writing on Tumblr...and here I am.
So as I have said...lots of things you could expect.
To this day in my 13 year Midwifery career, I have seen fewer than 10 women whose mental health was affected as badly my pregnancy as mine was.
Phew. If you have any more specific questions, I would be happy to answer.
Love,
-- Haitch xxx

Shaping You - Seen
Prowl was not eager to see Punch again but his originator in law was king of Polyhex and as long as Prowl lived in his court, interacting with him was unavoidable. He had made a bad impression on him, in more than one way and his title hunting procreators had made a worse one. It seemed that the king was no more eager to see Prowl than Prowl was to see him as he never once summoned Prowl nor Jazz to dine. It troubled Prowl that he was playing a role in estranging Prowl from his originator. Unlike Prowl, Jazz seemed to have always been close to his originator and it was terrible to be the cause of that bond breaking. As Jazz guided him to a carriage, Prowl hoped that this tour and the gift of his bridal armour to his citizens might ease some of his distaste.
Jazz had insisted they wait until Hotwire had completed his proper armour, though the mock up had served Prowl just fine, the final product was cut of thinner metal and painted the richest blank paint and the most perfect iridescent white Prowl had ever seen. It gave the effect of appearing as if it had been carved of crystal and not of metal. If Prowl had not known better he would have expected his chest plate to be transparent. This was armour sculpted by an artist, a striking contrast to the gaudy thing he had worn to his bonding. It in this Prowl felt like the consort of a prince, more than he had in his bridal armour.
“Hotwire smelted yer armour ‘n molded it into bricks,” Jazz explained as they set off, after she separated out the gems. “Got enough that ya don’t gotta worry ‘bout leavin’ anyone short.”
“Thank you,” Prowl replied. “That is easier than donating panel by panel, and less crass than handing my pelvic girdle to a school or museum.”
“Yeah, I didn’t dig that image,” Jazz replied. “Nothin’ crass ‘bout ya but don’t mean others ain’t ‘n I don’t want ya gettin’ anymore grief.”
“Never fear,” Prowl replied. “I will come to some manner of grief by my conduct alone.”
“Yer conduct is perfect,” Jazz assured him. It had not been but it was kind of Jazz to reassure him.
His new armour was snug over his belly. Dipole insisted on spoiling him by experimenting with Praxian cuisine and Prowl was indulging more than he ever had under his originator’s supervision. Beyond that, Jazz was diligent in doing his duty as a bridegroom and he flooded Prowl’s gestational tank at least twice a mega-cycle, if not thrice and thus Prowl’s belly was kept round with the proof of his virility. If Prowl did not kindle soon it was clearly a fault in his spark and not in Jazz’s efforts.
“Since we got a ways to go, why don’t we keep busy?” Jazz suggested.
“Oh?”
“Oh! Oh! Oh!” Prowl squealed.
His flaccid spike hung between his splayed legs. Jazz’s spike battered his transfluid duct, ringing his reservoirs dry. Prowl knew that medics routinely drained Praxian brides when they became… congested, this was most certainly not how it was done back home. A froth of transfluids and lubricants oozed from Prowl’s well fragged valve. His belly jiggled as Jazz fragged his aft and Prowl could not imagine would his originator would make of such a sight. Jazz had him wailing in overload and the thought vanished in the white burn of ecstasy.
He was the picture of the blushing bride as they stepped off the carriage. They had spent the entire journey making passionate love and Prowl could not keep the flush from his face as he walked along next to Jazz. His swollen folds and aft rim rubbed against the lining of his armour. This must have been why Dipole had put that absorbent lining in; she knew how Polyhexian grooms were expected to be, insatiable. Prowl thought the crowds gathered at each stop along the tour were surprised by his appearance. He was far more rotund than the photography from the ceremony and parade would have suggested but no one scorned him, at least not outwardly.
Polyhexians in Darkmount wept at their gift, they received the largest share of ununtrium as Jazz believed they had the most need and seeing the bombed out shells of buildings, Prowl agreed completely. They needed a medical centre, schools and every other government service returned. Prowl heard talk of Empties and insisted on going to the Dead End to see the situation. Victims of EMP weapons that had broken their processors and their frames, the Empties were shunned by their own framekin out of fear their madness could spread. No one entered the Dead End except to harass the poor wretches and as a result the shattered district was a restricted zone with armed guards at the gates. When Prowl entered the gates with guards grumbling at his back, he was struck dumb by the devastation. It was as if the district had been smelted where it stood. The buildings looked like they were melting even now. Many of the Empties had a similar appearance. Prowl saw one planting seeds in what must have once been a traffic circle. From the way the soil looked, Prowl did not believe anything would grow here again. He knelt next to the mech and planted seeds with him.
“Ratchet?” Jazz’s voice broke Prowl from his reverie. “Whatcha doin’ here.”
“I have a clinic here,” Ratchet explained. “I’m doing what I can to make them comfortable.”
“Hello Ratchet,” Prowl greeted the medic.
“You’re looking better,” Ratchet declared. “Much better.”
“I am pleased you approve,” Prowl replied. His own kin would not. “Is there any ununtrium left to donate to Ratchet’s clinic?” Prowl asked.
“Yep,” Jazz replied. He waved a servo and their escort left to fetch the donation from their carriage. “Consider us yer official patrons, Ratch.”
“Mecha will tell you that you should put your shanix to better use,” Ratchet replied.”
“‘N those mecha can kiss my aft,” Jazz replied.
Prowl prayed the weapon that had done this damage to the Dead End and its residents had been destroyed and its blueprints tossed in the smelter. It was so terrible, so terrible what it had done. War in general was terrible but the Empties had been damaged in such a hideous way. Even vorns after the weapon had detonated, the damage continued to spread in the frames and processors of the survivors. Empties who had appeared physically undamaged in the beginning had developed deformities. This was why their neighbours feared them. They feared it was contagious. Ratchet said it was not and Prowl believed him.
“Y’er perfection,” Jazz told him when they returned to the carriage.
“How do you mean?” Prowl asked.
“Their own kin shun ‘em,” Jazz said. Some o’ those sparks got livin’ kin ‘n they don’t claim them ‘cause o’ the Affliction ‘n ya planted seeds wit one. Ya didn’t argue it was a weird place to plant, ya just… joined ‘m. Ya saw ‘m.”
“They deserve to be seen,” Prowl replied. “The seeds will not sprout. The soil has been as devastated as the buildings, but perhaps in time it will be restored. I saw a tree growing out of the wall of a temple in Petrex. How it sprouted there, who could ever know, but it did and maybe something will sprout here again.”
“Perfection,” Jazz declared. “Y’re perfection.”
Pictures of Prowl planting seeds with an irradiated Empty replaced those of the bonding in the media. Prowl was uneasy, it was clearly socially unacceptable to interact with Empties and he had made enough missteps already. Dipole called him a saint when she showed him an article she had saved to memory glass. He did not feel like a saint. If anything, Prowl felt like a fool for acting without thinking. Though he did not regret gardening with the mech, Prowl feared what the king would think of him endangering his heir by abandoning the itinerary.
Trying to calm his battle computer, Prowl walked the palace’s haggard garden. It must have been splendid in its time but the vorns of civil war had not been kind to it. He saw an amethyst sapling leaning and looked about for something to use for stakes. Branches from the dead try that might have propagated the sapling remained on the ground nearby. Prowl used them to hold up the sapling. It would probably be pulled up whenever the palace hired gardeners again but for now it would hold.
“What would yer procreators think o’ that scene?” Punch asked. Prowl flinched. He should have seen the king coming. Stiffly, he turned around and prostrated himself as the Polyhexians did, lowering his crest to the ground.
“Which scene, Your Majesty?” Prowl asked. Punch scoffed and Prowl flinched again.
“The one all o’er the news,” Punch said when Prowl did not speak further.
“Where I gardened with the poor mech?” Prowl asked. “They would have been less than enthused.”
“Why?”
“The castes do not mix in Praxus,” Prowl said, never lifting his helm. Though they hope to climb above theirs, it would not be permitted to step below mine.”
“Hypocrites,” Punch grumbled. “Go on, get up.”
“Thank you,” Prowl said as he did as he was told. He gestured to the sapling. “I do not think to make a claim on it. I just thought that as long as it was here, it should have some support.”
“My great great great grandgeni planted this garden for his bride ‘cause he was homesick. The amethyst trees were the first thing he planted. It’s nice to see a part o’em lives.”
“I see,” Prowl replied. “That was considerate of him.”
“Ya ain’t a fool,” Punch said. “Y’re procreators bragged ‘bout yer test scores ‘n they were impressive. Ya didn’t do anythin’ wit’em.”
“They considered it unseemly for me to seek a true function,” Praxian brides may dabble but they do not work.”
“In that armour, how could they?” Punch asked. “I know what ya ‘n Jazz did, donatin’ that o’er priced scrap were it’s needed. That was yer idea, wasn’t it?”
“Yes,” Prowl replied. “I thought it could be put to better use.”
“‘M not inclined to like ya, mechlin’ but ya don’t make yerself easy to hate?”
“Oh?” Prowl asked before his processor caught up with his mouth. “It came easily enough to my caste mates.”
Punch laughed and Prowl flushed.
“I can see why Jazz ‘n Dipole o’ taken a shine to ya.”

surgery done, it looks like i don't have endo or even bilateral hydrosalpinx, but what they did find was adhesions along my colon binding it to my abdominal wall and pressing it up against my uterus (not sure of the cause but it was maybe a past infection or something), which may have been what was causing the ultrasound results that looked like there were dilated fallopian tubes
my gynecologist instead suspects something vascular for my pelvic pain (like a pelvic congestion syndrome which can be sometimes mistaken for endo based on symptoms) and maybe also the pain i've been having in my legs making it hurt to walk lately, he said that could also be autoimmune or fibro but i've never had any redness or swelling & fibromyalgia is a diagnosis that i would only want after ruling other possible explanations out first (plus it's mainly localized to my legs)
also i found out i have a sensitive tummy when i'm coming down from general anesthetic but that's the only thing that went "wrong" in that area 😵💫 my arrival time was at 10am but one of the surgeries before me ended up being very prolonged so they didn't get me in until 5pm, i was starving the whole time and had such a nasty headache with my blood glucose at a 67-68, i'm going to be best friends with food once this is all over with
so, good that it's not endo? but sucks that they cut me open, i went through all that trouble, and i still don't know why i'm becoming more of a cripple than i already was in the first place

Have a compacted lower lumbar?
Are your Hips stiff?
Is your tail bone stuck under or out?
Can't move your pelvis fluidily?
Weak Lumbar?
Lacking spinal mobility?
Weak pelvic floor muscles?
Lower abdominals not engaging deeply?
No feeling in the lower abs?
Tight Groin?
Sleepy glutes?
Loss of feeling in the pelvis?
Having issues due to herniated discs, disc extrusions?
Lose your mobility or feeling from pregnancy?
Maybe it's just 🧬 ?
Try this!!!!
No worries
I understand
I had my own challenges w/ALL of the above
Honestly when I started wiggling & shaking & doing all these crazy weird moves on my blocks, props, foam roller, yoga wheel, baseballs, softballs, etc etc, everything changed for me & my body for the better! & I sure was judged & made fun of for it , glad I didn't stop!
I've never had so much feeling & movement in my entire life, & to think the spinal experts I went to told me never to twist or turn or bend or crunch 🤷🏼♀️😂🤦🏼♀️SMH that's gotta be embarrassing AF for these so called "experts" smh. Health care should really have better quality standards & hold their experts to higher physical demands & stop these judgemental limitations they place on others!!!
If your doctor cant do many variations of a squat and feel all his or her body parts working ,then maybe they aren't the expert you should be going to for advice 🤦🏼♀️😂🤷🏼♀️ honestly, I won't be calling them!!!
making sure you can actually feel everything in your body & strengthening all the wiring & breaking up the congested joint tissues is key to rehabilitation, alignment, mobility & training your body to move smoothly & feel amazing 😍 plus it's injury prevention!
If I can do it, pretty much anyone should be able to do it.
That I say with absolute confidence 💯
After a lot of training and practice depending on where you are at with your body, what you're comfortable with, and your own personal intentions for your practice and sessions...Twerk Ta-Werk Pilates is also amazing Cardio and strength training.

Angela “Angie” Hall, 29 (USA 1991)
Angela Hall was 29 years old and pregnant with her 6th child. She already trying to take care of so many kids and didn’t think she could feed another one. She was desperate and overwhelmed and she didn’t know where to turn to.
Angela needed real help and support. Instead, she was lured into a dangerous second-trimester abortion by an advertisement showing a happy couple arm-in-arm with each other. Ashamed to admit what she was about to do, Angela gave her mother an excuse about going somewhere else and had her friend Annette Wilson drive her to Birmingham for an abortion.
The abortion facility advertised in the picture was owned by abortionist Thomas Tucker, who regularly traveled between Alabama and Mississippi to perform abortions and claimed to be doing over 60% of the abortions in Mississippi. Joy Davis (one of his employees) screened Angela and found out that she was anemic and she had a fever. Because of Angela’s poor condition, Joy called Tucker and told him that Angela should be referred to a hospital.
Tucker didn’t care about Angela’s safety. He told Joy, “You know we need the money. Just do it. Just put the patient through.”
The first time Tucker so much as laid eyes on Angela, she was already under anesthesia. Tucker frequently had staff with no medical credentials administer anesthesia and laminaria dilators to his clients. Even Joy Davis, who had been tasked with examining Angela before the abortion, had no formal medical training. Yet even she could tell that Angela was unhealthy and at risk.
Just as the abortion was finished, Angela took a turn for the worse. She started gasping for air and an alarm on her blood pressure monitor was going off. Tucker told his staff to turn off the alarm because other clients would be able to hear it.
After screaming at his employees and temporarily stabilizing Angela’s blood pressure, Tucker sent Angela to a so-called recovery room. Packing was put in place in an attempt to stop her from bleeding, but Angela was so severely injured that she bled profusely through the packing material.
The bleeding was extremely dangerous. According to Joy, “Blood was running down the table. It was pooling in the floor and running down behind her back.” Joy wanted to call an ambulance, but Tucker didn’t want anyone to know about his second severely injured client that same day. (Before performing an abortion on Angela, he sent another client to the hospital.) He told his scared employee that he was the doctor and if anybody was going to make a decision to call the ambulance, it was going to be him. Angela was left in the sheets and hospital gown that were soaking in her own blood.
Unsurprisingly, Angela kept getting worse. Joy knew that Angela was still bleeding, so she went to Tucker and told him. His callous response was, “What do you want me to do?” Finally, Joy stood up to her boss and told him, “I don't know, but I want you to do something. She's going to lay here and die.” Tucker told her, “Fine. Call the fucking ambulance.” He then left the building and Joy (who had no formal medical training) was left trying to keep Angela alive until the ambulance could get there.
The ambulance took Angela to the hospital, where she was placed in the ICU. She suffered from respiratory failure, clotting, blood loss and sepsis. Hours later, Angela’s friend Annette finally called Angela’s mother (Mrs. Kidd) and told her that Angela was in the ICU. Mrs. Kids arrived to find her daughter covered in tubes and barely even breathing.
Angela died on June 14 just before midnight. Her autopsy found numerous tears and lesions in the pelvic area, which had leaked amniotic fluid into her bloodstream. She had congestive necrosis in her liver and spleen. The doctors concluded that the amniotic fluid embolism caused clotting problems that resulted in the necrosis, septic shock and cardiac arrest.
Alabama authorities subpoenaed Angela's records. To cover up what he had done, Tucker told the traumatized Joy to destroy some records and falsify others. On his orders, she tore up the records, which Tucker then tried to burn in an ashtray, setting off the facility’s smoke alarm. Tucker put out the fire, bagged up the damaged papers and ordered Joy to take the papers to the basement and burn them. Instead, she taped the pieces back together and eventually turned them over to the medical board.
The investigation found seemingly endless malpractice. Tucker had failed to report multiple malpractice lawsuits, most of which involved his abortion clients. He perforated the uteruses of at least 3 other clients, allowed untrained staff to administer anesthesia, insert laminaria and perform abortions, had been known to disregard the state’s waiting period for abortions, falsified records, destroyed incriminating evidence and wrote fake prescriptions in order to sell addictive drugs. He was also responsible for the death of 21-year-old Michelle Jordan, who came to one of Tucker’s facilities to have the birth control implant in her arm removed. (The implant could easily be removed with only local anesthetic, but Tucker unnecessarily had general anesthesia used instead. He may have also had one of his unqualified employees administer anesthesia to Michelle, who died from complications of anesthesia.)
In 1994, Tucker was stripped of his license to practice medicine in Alabama. The attorney general and the state medical board declared him an “immediate danger to his patients.”
Joy Davis was done working for Tucker. She became a very active Pro-Lifer and started working to help vulnerable women avoid sharing Angela’s fate.
As for Angela’s 5 surviving kids, they were adopted by their grandmother, who did the best she could to raise them all in a 2-bedroom house. The youngest can recognize a picture of his mother, but all he remembers of her is bringing flowers to her grave.

hi not sure if you’re regularly talking abt your hormone n medical experiences on here anymore, but I finally got confirmation on what exactly is happening in my body (endometriosis, adenomyosis, and pelvic congestion syndrome) and also confirmation that I am on “too much estrogen” rather than not enough, which is honestly gratifying. finally got asked to do baseline hormone blood tests and take me off some of them. I’m transmasc and being on this much estrogen “must have made you insane”, literally just from a biomechanical perspective. Kinda just wanted to share. I get surgery in December and I’m so glad. my boyfriend has been so so supportive and I couldn’t ask for more. Idk if our problems are in any way similar but finally being believed by professionals and knowing exactly what’s happening is just. so much better.
I'm glad you've finally gotten answers, anon! This sort of thing can be so hard to unravel- it's literally taken me 30 years to piece everything together. But hopefully now that you know, you'll be able to take charge of your own health decisions with an informed mind.

Post surgery update
So.
Yesterday was interesting to say the least.
My fear that they wouldn't find any endo actually came true.
Well, they found 2 tiny spots on my colon but didn't remove them for fear of damaging the healthy tissue. Doc said it just wasn't worth the risk and he is sure its not the cause of my pain.
Thankfully, he didn't stop there. He actually believed me, despite being such a jerk at the pre op appointment, so he took the time to look and see what may be there. He found several blood veins that look almost black and several sections of different organs that were also very very dark.
The reason the veins would be dark is blood has been pooling and not being pushed back to the heart like its supposed to be. The areas of organs that are dark are from a lack of proper blood flow to the area over a long period of time.
The reason for this isn't 100% clear. The only option that is clear is when the the valves in the veins veins aren't positioned properly. They should bend in the direction of blood flow but sometimes they bend backwards causing a space where blood can pool. But the condition can be present without the mal-positioned valves so doctors are still trying to nail down all the reasons.
In general, the condition is called abdomino/pelvic congestive syndrome. It tends to mimic endo symptoms and is actually helped by the same medications used for endo control. So it makes sense that the depo helped as much as it did. The condition is fairly common in women with PCOS, too.
Mom said the doc is working on getting me a referral to a vein specialist. I see my doc on tuesday for my post surgery follow up so I'll be able to actually talk to him then about things and find out when I get to see the new doc.
Sadly, this likely means a bunch more tests and likely another surgery later this year. Hopefully I can push it all off till after my externship and certification test so I can finally be totally finished with school and not worry about it anymore.
Hopefully I'm on the tail end of this 20+ year journey. An answer. A definitive treatment plan. Maybe some pain relief.
Maybe it'll finally be over.

Symptoms of PVCS include:
Pelvic pain or aching in the pelvis and lower abdomen
Pulling sensation in the pelvis
Feelings of swelling in the legs
Worsening in the symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome or incontinence
“Most women with PVCS have long-term chronic pain, which is commonly described as a dragging sensation or a chronic ache in the pelvis, and is exacerbated by standing and sitting. In some cases, the pain may also turn into a sharp stabbing sensation,” says Dr Whiteley.
He says that people with PVCS may also experience an irritable bladder and bowel because of the weight of the swollen pelvic veins are putting pressure on the bladder and rectum and are also prone to painful menstruation. You may experience heavy discomfort during or following sexual intercourse, and subsequent pregnancies, too.
