Thinking about Glinda and the Steven Universe song ‘it’s over isn’t it’ and how Pearl at least got to have a moment of closure with Greg regarding Rose, and Glinda doesn’t even have that luxury because both Elphaba and Fiyero are *gone*, and the last she saw of either of them they were screaming in pain, and how the fuck is she supposed to ever ‘move on’ from that.

Also thinking about how Rebecca Sugar entertained in her personal sketches Pearl and Greg having emotionally messy foreplay/sex to work through their collective grief for Rose and boy do I have thoughts along those lines regarding Glinda and Fiyero regarding Elphaba during the intermission years

Redrawing old art p2!

The Crystal Authority was an AU where the crystal gems took the place of the diamonds. TBH this is the only artwork I did with the idea which was a shame because it was so fun redrawing it and reimagining what this could’ve been.

In this AU, Garnet (Or Red Diamond) was a mix of two different diamonds (Probs Brown and Yellow, not sure) that had to pretend to be a single one because they are otherwise considered off-colors. Amethyst (Or Purple Diamond) is still undercooked and is constantly shapeshifting to look taller, and thus relates to the little Pink Diamond. I even stole a bit from old theories in that the last Pink (Steven) was made in an attempt to replace Red but they had so little resources that he turned out small AND pink. Alas, that’s it for that idea, but who knows! I might reuse it for fanfiction or something lmao
