大家好像都是在天還亮的時候來拜訪， 但我拜訪這天拿完團購的東西給朋友後才去， 到時已經八點多了， 而且本來想說開放內用人會很多， 但殊不知裡面居然只有一位客人， 而且好像只比我早到沒多久， 他們是採有隔板的位置就坐， 每組人數也是最多兩位， 不可訂位， 所以有沒有位置就是看運氣， 不然就是線上點餐外帶回家吃。人 ［ 紅玉鍋煮奶茶 ］（ 微糖 / 微冰 ） 他們家的鍋煮奶茶， 喝起來比我想像中的清淡很多， 牛奶的的奶香跟口感都不重， 整體是比較偏茶一點的， 但是說茶味重也還好， 對我來說像是被水份稀釋一點的感覺， 如果茶味或是奶味可以再濃一點點的話， 會比較合我的口味， 也許下次再訪會來試試看它們的咖啡。 ［ 檸檬塔2號 ］ 他們沒有檸檬塔1號， 至於為什麼可以上他們的IG看， 他們捨棄了較為繁複的塔殼做法， 改用沙布列餅乾方式作為塔殼， 所以吃起來的口感更為酥鬆， 不用怕會吸收水分變軟， 或是硬到像在切仇人的屍體一樣， 然後先放上杏仁奶油餡， 再放上不同檸檬做成的檸檬凝乳， 在這之前還加了檸檬果醬。 杏仁奶油蛋糕的杏仁跟奶油的味道跟香氣， 可以平衡檸檬的酸味， 更多了一股乳香， 而使用不同的檸檬做成凝乳的原因則是因為， 黃檸檬提供了溫和的檸檬香氣跟酸味， 綠檸檬則是比較直接的酸度跟清爽的香氣， 有點像是綠檸檬當先鋒衝進嘴裡， 然後黃檸檬則是慢慢的釋放味道到最裡面， 然後留下一股舒服的檸檬餘味， 加上最上面的＝蛋白霜， 帶有微微軟Q的口感跟甜味， 在被兩種檸檬的爆擊之後， 做了個甜甜的收尾， ［ 花生糖馬卡龍 ］ 小小的馬卡龍， 其實沒那麼好做， 要烤出完美的裙邊， 是需要功力跟經驗的。 還有因為外殼用了大量的糖， 因此內餡的味道就很重要， 如果又是含糖量高又帶甜的材料， 就會讓整顆馬卡龍甜到升天， 最常見的就是搭配苦甜巧克力， 或是帶酸味的水果們， 我也喜歡茶口味的， 以前大都是抹茶口味。 這次來的 Koemon 看到他們有馬卡龍， 而且口味非常的台灣， 居然有花生糖跟芝麻的， 雖然花生感覺沒有太台灣口味， 但花生糖就台味十足了吧 這兩個口味比起來， 我對花生糖口味比較有興趣一點， 下次去再來吃吃看芝麻。 在靠近嘴巴要吃的時候， 你會先聞到花生糖的花生乳香氣， 咬下時， 味道就會以一種濃郁但緩慢的速度在舌尖散開來， 他們的花生糖內餡絲滑細緻， 外殼咬下先脆後酥， 然後跟著裡面的花生糖內餡， 慢慢地跟嘴裡水分結合然後化開， 接著下一口，就沒了， 就這樣被我吃完了！ 只留下淡淡的花生香在口腔還有鼻腔。 私心希望他們可以在裡面夾進一些些的花生碎， 這樣好像吃起來可以讓口感層次多一點。 ［ 酒漬水果巧克力蛋糕 ］ 他們的蛋糕體是比較偏像海綿蛋糕的質感， 而非我想像中較為扎實的磅蛋糕體， 所以他吃起來會比較柔軟然後清爽一些， 而且他們的可可味道跟香氣很明顯， 感覺可可控會很愛， 但是雖然味道濃但是不會厚重， 是清爽的濃厚可可味。 加上他裡面的酒漬水果應該是葡萄乾跟柳橙丁， 我沒有那麼愛葡萄乾， 但是他們在這蛋糕裡面其實很重要， 因為在浸泡酒之後， 變得柔軟， 加上他帶點微微的水果酸味， 對於整個蛋糕來說是個味道上的亮點， 不小心咬到也會讓嘴巴突然有個驚喜感， 不管在口感或是味道上都是。 外層淋上了一層薄薄的可可甘那許， 除了提升外觀質感之外， 他也保護了蛋糕， 不會讓裡面的水分流失， 讓他吃起來呼呼的。 #koemonoffical #koemon #台南甜點 #車站美食 #台南美食 #復古甜點店 #老屋欣力 #喫茶店 #北極是吃貨 #檸檬塔 #馬卡龍 #鍋煮奶茶 #酒漬水果巧克力蛋糕 #lemontart #macaron #chocolatecake #lemoncurd #peanutcandy #driedfruitsoakedinwine #pastry #dessert #dessertaholic #popdaily #poptainan #popyummy #pop台南 #coffeeshop #coffeeaholic #coffeelover （在 Koemon.official） https://www.instagram.com/p/CUv6Ofvh_LC/?utm_medium=tumblr
