Shrimp Pad Thai | Cooking And Eating ASMR No Talking
Pad Thai (Thai: ผัดไทย) is one of the best known dishes of Thai cuisine. It’s a stir-fried rice noodle dish typically made with rice noodles, chicken, shrimp, tofu, peanuts, a scrambled egg, bean sprouts and garlic chives.
Shrimp Pad Thai
This Shrimp Pad Thai recipe is very easy to make. It starts with fresh ingredients including bean sprouts, garlic chives, shrimp, egg, fish sauce, lime seasoning powder, ground chilli, cane sugar mixed with coconut sugar, tamarind cube and rice noodles stir-fried together. Once the ingredients are prepped, it takes less than 15 minutes to cook!

Ingredients: bean sprouts garlic chives shrimp 1 egg fish sauce lime seasoning powder ground chilli cane sugar mixed with coconut sugar tamarind cube rice noodles
Instructions: 1. Soak rice noodles in water for 30 minutes. 2. Pour water out, the noodles are now ready for cook. 3. Preheat the pan over low heat for a minute. 4. Spray the bottom of the pan with a cooking spray and use cooking brush to spread the oil evenly over the bottom. 5. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute. 6. Add cane sugar mixed with coconut sugar and add a small amount of water to dissolve the sugar. 7. Add tamarind cube and add more water to dissolve the cube. 8. Once sugar and tamarind cube are melting, Add rice noodles and cook for about 2-3 minutes. 9. Add fish sauce, ground chilli and lime seasoning powder. Mix everything together. 10. Make a space in the pan for the egg. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for 1 minute. 11. Mix everything in the pan together. 12. Add bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes. 13. Add garlic chives and cook for 1 minutes. 14. Turn the heat off and serve.
