I watched the first episode of pxe 2. It's sooooo good. Jorge Blanco has a special place in my heart and I can't stop fangirling over him 🥲

This is definitely a really good start of the season. The music is fire but honestly I liked the season 1 soundtrack more

I felt so bad for Cali 😭. Her mom has no idea what Cali wants or how she feels. She didn't stop saying how good Cali felt on the trip and that she's sure Cali would love to live with her in another city while Cali herself confesses to her friend that she doesn't want to move!

Miguel is a lot more chill this season! And I'm here for it!

Also...THE GUYS ARE GOING ON TOUR!!!!! AHHHH

I'M CONVINCED MORGAN HAS THE FATTEST CRUSH ON MIGUEL! LIKE...HE DIDN'T STOP HUGGING HIM AND GETTING CLOSE TO HIM WHENEVER HE GOT THE CHANCE!

ayyyyy look who it is! Neynari, Se'txelu, and Rolukx, for those who don't know lol. Anyways, just a bit of design refining for these dummies, mostly in the outfit department but some minor stripe pattern adjustments as well.

Yes I finally settled on a new name for Neyntìsti! I wanted to keep the "neyn" part of course, because I mean. look at her. I was a little hesitant to go with "Neynari" at first because it still kinda looks like "neyn-nari" and I wanted to avoid the smush-two-words-together thing, that was the whole point of changing her name in the first place lol, but after rolling several potential variations around in my head for quite a while, Neynari was the one I kept coming back to as just sounding right. So Neynari it is.

Speaking of Neynari, I've finally picked a birth clan for her, which was a mystery up to this point: she was born in the Aranahe clan! thanks FoP lol

(Se'txelu and Rolukx are brothers from the Anurai clan for those who don't know; Neynari met Se'txelu while visiting the Anurai on a trading trip and wound up deciding to stay when the pair fell in love.)

Bee opened her eyes. That was odd. She hadn’t woken up last time.

Last time?

Her head hurt.

The ceiling was unfamiliar, but that hardly surprised her these days.  Quickly taking in her environment, she realized she wasn’t staring at the ceiling - she was upright, and the ceiling was the wall. Since when could she sleep while standing?

She dug through what she could remember. Flashes of memories scattered in her head, with only the last panicked job staying clear in her mind. Recalling her panic, she quickly tried to look down, yet found her head locked in place.

Not the first time, but she usually remembered the dinner beforehand. 

She found her hands in restraints too, though that was easily resolved. Moving her hand with a bit of finesse, she was glad the restraint wasn’t particularly tight, and she quickly had her hand free. With one hand free, she started feeling the other restraint for a less finicky release. She felt a small switch, pushed it in, and her second hand was free. 

Poking the same release around her neck, she was finally able to take in the room. Lab tables and equipment were clustered throughout the room, putting down at least one theory for her predicament. Probably.

Not content with her restraints, she worked to release her legs, bleached hair falling over her as she worked, a fact that both irritated and confirmed her identity. Finally getting the switch, the cuffs released with a click, and she stood back up. Stepping forward, she spun to investigate her holding… Pod? It seemed like a pod, with hundreds of wires laying disconnected inside, as well as a beefier cable. Following the wires, there was a computer next to it. Messing with it gave her a password prompt, one which forced her to back off.

She didn’t even know where she was, much less what a random scientist’s password would be.

Her focus back on the room around her, she spotted a room with a light on, something she hadn’t even noticed was missing from the rest of the room. Putting that aside, on the ever-growing pile of questions, she snuck over to the other room.

Checking for anything reflective, she grumbled internally and poked her head inside instead. A (presumed) scientist sat in his chair, obviously asleep (or meditating?). She quickly scuttled in, putting herself behind the man, ready for the kill.

It wasn’t the first time someone tried to study her while she slept, but it’d certainly be the last time he did.

Before she could tighten her arms though, the man stirred, trying to yawn.

One hand was already on his mouth.

He was rapidly waking up, finding his airflow restricted, and was suddenly panicking. With what was probably all of his rapidly dwindling strength, he fumbled for something at his side and pointed it at the girl behind him. The sudden shock from the device startled Bee, and she stumbled back, more humiliated than hurt. 

The man was out of the chair, taser wire still entangled in it, and was clearly terrified. Before Bee could actually do what she meant to though, he recognized the unfavorable position he was in.

“Wait! Look, if you don’t kill me, I’ll tell you where you are” The desperation was clear in his voice, and he kept the already used taser trained on Bee. Her eyes scanned over the man while he spoke, and she noted his keycard.

“Your badge says Aldrin Labs. Don’t need you to tell me that.” As she spoke, she continued her approach, moving like a cobra trained to strike.

“Fine! I’ll tell you why you’re here, and you leave me alive?” He asked,

“How about you tell me and I decide.”

She was close enough to strike.

“I’ll fix your memories!” He almost had a grin on his face, seemingly having solved his predicament.

It almost did, and she paused for a moment.

“Yeah. I’ll trust the people fucking with my head to do that.” She moved before she even finished speaking.

She was behind him, arm around his throat. He hadn’t even seen her move. A sickening crack, and he saw no more.
