It is difficult to explain how amazing Wipeout was when compared to the previous generation of games back in 1995 and just how different it was to everything else out there, from its mind-blowing graphics, too cool for school soundtrack and slick graphic design and box art. It just screamed “buy me”! 

Unfortunately I was in no position to be buying a PlayStation back in 1995 so I had to wait a few years until I could pick this little gem up for £9.99 from Our Price! (Do you remember record shops?)

Time hasn’t been particularly kind to PS1 games but it is still worth a play and well worth a listen :-)
