This study looks at how switching between different digital tools and repeating messages affects how we communicate. In our analysis of this research, we note that it doesn’t fully explain how these changes in technology use impact the way we connect with others, especially in Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC). For example, in CMC, switching between apps or repeating messages might help make things clearer, but it can also cause confusion or slow down the conversation. As technology continues to evolve, it’s important to ask: does this way of communicating improve our connections, or does it make things more complicated? With so many digital tools available, are we really communicating better or just making it harder to have meaningful conversations?
