He also praised the Union Budget for being middle-class friendly, citing the increase in income tax exemption from Rs 2 lakh in 2014 to Rs 12 lakh now. 

Modi attacked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his recent remarks about "fighting the Indian State," comparing them to the language of Naxals. He also criticized Gandhi’s views on foreign policy, suggesting that he lacked understanding and should educate himself on historical diplomatic crises.
