Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the workers at the party headquarters in Delhi and congratulated them on the victory. Thanking the people of Haryana, PM Modi said that you have voted for BJP in large numbers and the echo of this victory will go far. PM Modi said that we have all heard that our Haryana is a place where people eat milk and curd. Today the people of Haryana have done wonders again and have made the lotus bloom. Linking the victory to Navratri, PM said that today is the sixth day of Navratri, today is the day of worship of Maa Katyayani. Holding the lotus in her hand, she is blessing all of us. On such a holy day, the lotus has bloomed in Haryana for the third consecutive time. This happened for the first time in Haryana Taking a jibe at the Congress, BM said that today in Haryana, the guarantee of development has prevailed over the lies. The people of Haryana have created a new history. So far 13 elections have been held in Haryana, in 10 of these elections, the people of Haryana changed the government every 5 years. But what the people of Haryana have done this time is unprecedented. This is the first time that a government which has completed two terms of 5 years each has got a chance again in Haryana.
'Congress hates Dalits, backward classes and tribals' PM Modi, while attacking Congress, said, 'Today the whole country is seeing how Congress has started spreading the poison of caste in our society. Those who were born with a silver spoon in their mouths want the poor to fight in the name of caste. Our Dalit, backward and tribal society should not forget that it is the Congress that has tortured them the most. It is the Congress that deprived them of food, water and shelter for so many decades. The Congress family hates Dalits, backward and tribals, is irritated with them. Today, when Dalits, backward and tribals are reaching the top positions, they start getting restless.' PM Narendra Modi: The Most Followed Leader on X with 100 Million Followers.
With more than 100 million followers and a dominant global presence, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emerges as the most followed global figure on X.
By becoming the world's most followed leader on X, the social media network formerly known as Twitter, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has broken yet another milestone. With 100 million followers on all of his accounts, PM Modi has the greatest reach and influence on X, making him one of the most significant personalities in the digital sphere.
On X, PM Narendra Modi
Using X as a powerful tool for connection and communication, the PM has been using the platform since he joined in 2009. His number of followers surpassed 100 million, making him much more popular than Indian politicians and even world leaders. Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, has 27.5 million followers, while Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition, has 26.4 million. Akhilesh Yadav of the Samajwadi Party has 19.9 million followers, while West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has 7.4 million.
The Prime Minister has a far larger following than other national politicians. For example, 6.3 million people follow fellow Indian politician Lalu Prasad Yadav, 5.2 million follow his son Tejashwi Yadav, and 2.9 million follow the leader of the Nationalist Congress Party, Sharad Pawar. This merely serves to highlight how popular and influential PM Modi is on the platform compared to others.
International Leadership in X
Furthermore, PM Modi's exposure in the global stage on X is even more remarkable. With 55.5 million followers, he is far ahead of US President Joe Biden, who only has 38.1 million followers. When it comes to followers, PM Modi has a lot more than the other world leaders combined, including HH Sheikh Mohammed, the Ruler of Dubai, who has 11.2 million, and Pope Francis, who has 18.5 million.
For instance, American basketball player LeBron James has 52.9 million followers, Brazilian football player Neymar Jr. has 63.6 million, and Indian cricket legend Virat Kohli has 64.1 million.
When compared to celebrities in the entertainment industry as well, PM Modi has a massive fan base. On the site, he has more followers than Kim Kardashian (75.2 million), Lady Gaga (83.1 million), and Taylor Swift (95.3 million).
Development and Involvement
With his handle "X," PM Narendra Modi has amassed nearly 30 million users in just the last three years. This sudden influx of followers can only indicate that millions of people worldwide are finding his engaging and educational postings to be insightful. In contrast to all other prominent accounts, PM Modi's X account has grown entirely naturally—without the use of bots or sponsored advertisements.

"The mindset which led to the imposition of the Emergency is very much alive among the same Party which imposed it,” PM Modi
Earlier on Monday, the INDIA Bloc protested inside the parliament against the National Democratic Party (NDA) government to which Prime Minister Narendra Modi reacted on Tuesday by saying that the leading Party of the INDIA bloc that imposed the emergency in India has no right to talk about its love for the constitution.
It was the 49th anniversary of the Emergency in India and on this occasion, PM Modi said that the Emergency was the dark days that showed how basic freedom was subverted and how the grand old party stomped all over the constitution.
"Today is a day to pay homage to all those great men and women who resisted the Emergency. The #DarkDaysOfEmergency remind us of how the Congress Party subverted basic freedoms and trampled over the Constitution of India which every Indian respects greatly," the PM wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter).
It was former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, the grandmother of Rahul Gandhi, who imposed the Emergency in India on June 25, 1975. With the Emergency, civil rights in India were suspended for over a period of 2 years. Then, later in 1977, Indira Gandhi announced the elections.
PM Modi said that the Congress party was responsible for everything and disregarded "every democratic principle and made the nation a jail".
"Those who imposed the Emergency have no right to profess their love for our Constitution. These are the same people who have imposed Article 356 on innumerable occasions, got a Bill to destroy press freedom, destroyed federalism, and violated every aspect of the Constitution," PM Modi added.
"The mindset which led to the imposition of the Emergency is very much alive among the same Party which imposed it. They hide their disdain for the Constitution through their tokenism but the people of India have seen through their antics and that is why they have rejected them time and again," he added.

He is also seen sharing it with Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari. Is JP Nadda chewing Gutka?? Truth
On viewing the clearer clip of the viral video, it can be seen that J.P. Nadda is actually consuming Yogi Kanthika which are Ayurvedic pills for Throat Relief. On inspection of the video by CNN-News18, we found the viral clip at 4:33:51 which shows the Health Minister consuming something from the can.
Photo of the moment shared in the viral clip. ( Source: CNN-News18) On zooming in, we found that the can resembles the packaging of Yogi Kanthika, and is not of any gutka brand. The colours and the flap-like opening match with the original packaging of Yogi Kanthika.

The package in Nadda's hand matches Yogi Kanthika On closer look, Gadkari’s action of picking the substance from Nadda’s palm seems like he's picking the small spherical pills of Yogi Kanthika and not gutka powder.

India: Election Trends Show Moral Defeat For Modi
By Prime Minister's Office - https://www.gov.uk/government/news/pm-meeting-with-prime-minister-modi-of-india-9-september-2023, OGL 3, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?curid=137785809 India Election Results 2024 Live: Modi’s BJP May Fall Short of Majority As India counts votes for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led coalition is currently leading. However, early trends suggest the BJP might not secure a majority on its own, with a united opposition led by the Indian National Congress making significant gains. The election, the world's largest democratic exercise, spanned seven phases, beginning on April 19 and concluding on Saturday. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge described the results as a clear mandate against Modi, calling it his "moral and political defeat." Speaking at a press conference in New Delhi, Kharge stated, "This election results are 'janta ka result'… They are clear this mandate is against Modi ji. This is his moral and political defeat." He was joined by party colleagues Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. When asked about the possibility of the INDIA bloc forming a government, Rahul Gandhi responded, “We will hold a meeting with our alliance partners tomorrow. These questions will be raised and answered there. We won't make any statements without asking our alliance partners.” Kharge later took to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express the party's acceptance of the election results. He wrote in Hindi, “We humbly accept the mandate of the 18th Lok Sabha elections. This is the victory of the people. This is the victory of democracy. This time the people did not give absolute majority to any single party. Especially the ruling party, BJP, had asked for votes in the name of one person-one face. Now, it is clear that this mandate is against Modiji. This is his political and moral defeat.” He further commented on the Congress Party's campaign, emphasizing its positive approach. “The Congress Party's campaign was positive from the beginning to the end. We made issues like inflation, unemployment, the plight of farmers and labourers, and misuse of constitutional institutions central issues. A large number of people joined us and supported us on these issues. The kind of campaign the Prime Minister conducted will be remembered for a long time in history. The public understood the lies that Modiji spread about the Congress manifesto,” Kharge said. Kharge also highlighted the significance of Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra and Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, during which he met with countless people to listen to their problems and propose solutions. “We named this as 5 Nyay and 25 guarantees. On this basis, we made a guarantee card. Our workers went door to door with it,” Kharge noted. Kharge also criticized the BJP leadership's approach to constitutional institutions. “Another important thing happened because of the BJP leadership's arrogance. They slowly tried to capture all the constitutional institutions through illegal means. Then, they started using them against the opposition party. Those who were subdued were suppressed and brought to their side. Those who were not subdued had their party broken, or else they were put in jail,” he said. As the counting continues and the final results approach, the political landscape in India appears poised for significant changes, reflecting the electorate's shifting sentiments and the effectiveness of the opposition's campaign strategies.
