A specific yokai I'm trying to figure out what it is.

So, yokai are interesting, and it turns out the Japanese channel for Pinkfong have their own exclusive alphabet song about them, going by the AEUIO scale of Japanese characters. And they're basically all recognizable and can be found with their characters fine...except for one.

No matter what I look up, writing the characters, going through both Romanization and the original Japanese, I can not find a thing about this yokai specifically. Does anyone with stronger knowledge know which one this is?
