Good to see you doing art again.
Yalop Agricultural Company P-Man derivative acting as a border patrol unit in one of the YAC's Crop Zones.
Following System-11s revolution against the previously dominant monarchist government and subsequent stalemate as remaining monarchist forces shifted to a modernised defensive stratagem, the new state began to suffer internal conflicts thanks to its military bent. As these counter-revolutions flared up, S-11 was unable to sustain itself and collapsed, partially resulting in a new formation of Corpo-states, Military Dictatorships and Collectives, forming a messy patchwork of micro-countries.
In the current state of Sond, these micro-countries mostly still persist, however the lack of a central power (with both the monarchists and S-11s inability to govern shown) has led some to begin campaigns of conquest, digging up surplus weapons from the previous conflict for use against their neighbours to solidify their power-base.
This has resulted in a mass of brush-wars using mostly outdated equipment, hastily retooled to adjust to modern threats. In the new chaotic state of the world, Mercenaries, often deserters from the two previous states militaries, become highly sought after. These forces allow for plausibly deniable raids which can then be leveraged into grander military actions to 'liberate' regions from the supposedly incapable protection of their previous rulers.
This particular unit is a modified P-Man-1C, equipped with a twin-feed, 90mm short cannon. A dependable weapon where more advanced lasers and railguns fall into disrepair as high-technology sectors disintegrate. Otherwise the machine deviates little from the revolutionary model, with the exception of the head becoming a solid part of the torso rather than a turreted unit.

Lancer: Manufacturer Templates includes four NPC templates based on each of Lancer's main mech manufacturers! With tactics for running each faction, unique strengths and weaknesses for your players to unravel, and advice for adjusting base stats, the PDF provides the tools for creating a coherent enemy team!
Grab it for free on itch! Includes a full LCP.
This always felt like a pretty big hole in Lancer's core rulebook, to me. There's certainly some NPC Classes that inherently evoke one of the big four (Berserker, Ace, Witch, and Pyro all come to mind), but after having my players fight a rival squad, I wound up wanting more tools for making NPCs reflect player mechs without stepping on their toes.
I've made some other stuff too, which are also all free.

"Everyone deserves a chance at redemption. Its when they decline the offer that things get messy."
Lancer: High Value Targets is finally done! With 5 bespoke combats, twice as many unique NPCs, and features like Finale actions and Fodder units, it provides everything you need to give your mission the grand finale it deserves.
Inspired by MCDM's Action Oriented Monsters, Finale NPCs can take "Finale Actions," special abilities that grant them a greater presence on the field while also providing the combat with a sense of progression. In addition, Fodder NPCs allow GMs to deploy large groups of units without overloading the combat order.
Cover art by @tide115, with interior art by @commander-kaya, @zhjake, and @oshlet, all of whom graciously allowed their art's inclusion.
Download it for free on itch! And check out the rest of my stuff while you're there (this shit takes so long to make)

Can't wait to see what comes next in the surely dope year to come!
Happy New Year
Its actually a couple of hours before new year’s here, but happy new year to everyone. I haven’t posted much to Tumblr yet, but I’ll hopefully get to getting out more stuff next year. Depending on circumstances, I might post some other content, too.
Thanks for checking out my art!

A tough little man with a big spirit
System 11 MK1 ‘Man light mech with a camera shield as well as the standard 20mm hand cannon. During the anti-monarchist war with the Kingdom of Sond, many of the S-11 ground forces took up an olive and orange colour scheme, with some older companies still maintaining it in modern times
