Hades Videogame Headcanon

You know how the game mentions how much Achilles detests onions?

Imagine Achilles is having a conversation with Orpheus in the lounge or something, and Achilles is having trouble understanding how Zagreus (or anyone really) could enjoy eating onions. How could anyone enjoy a food which made their hands and throat all itchy?

Turns out that Achilles is allergic to onions, but his curse of invulnerability made it so he never died of it back when he was alive.

The background music of Tartarus includes motifs from Hymn to Zagreus. Considering that the first area Zagreus has to go through to escape the house of Hades is Tartarus, it's a great musical choice.

Are we as a society ready to talk about how Orpheus and Eurydice are character foils in the game?

Orpheus is weighted down by his and Eurydices death. He’s trapped by it, unable to see past his mistakes

Eurydice, on the other-hand, is freed by her death. Although she is angry at orpheus for his screw up, she’s found peace within her solitude in Asphodel.

This in turn gives the line “don’t look back” a different meaning in Lament of Orpheus, as it shows how Eurydice refuses to “look back” on her past life due to the peace she’s discovered in death, while Orpheus ONLY chooses to look back into his mistakes.

Looking back for Orpheus would mean that he’d have to realize change could be made, even now that he’s dead

Hades Videogame Headcanon which I'm sure someone has already done:

Orpheus knows Zagreus is BSing him with all the exploits he has allegedly done. He just goes to the extreme of malicious compliance as a revenge prank.

Achilles: You know the lad was lying about those stories?

Orpheus: Of course, my friend. But this is more fun.
