Summary

The pay band NH 03 incudes the General Schedule Grade equivalent to GS 12 13. Other initiative under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing directing and providing oversight over the activities of quality assurance and industrial specialist employees within the Contract Management Office CMO .

Supervises personnel responsible for quality assurance contract administration of aircraft Overhaul Maintenance Modification and Repair OMMR contracts.

Responsible for planning coordinating facilitating managing and leading activities of quality assurance industrial specialist personnel who are engaged in performance based surveillance of the contractor's quality assurance processes and systems.

Implements continuous process improvement techniques to provide surveillance over a Government contractor to assure full compliance with all contract requirements.

Ensures that the strategic plan mission vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies goals objectives work plans and work products and services.
