I'm actually glad you asked about him because while drawing the Death of the Silver KIng pieces, I listened to Illuminati by ONICKS a lot since I feel it represents him well. He's an ambitious frat boy who is overindulgent and egotistical due to his life as a royal. Seriously, "Is it too much to ask for the things that I can't afford?" is peak Dallas.

I like to imagine a video that jumps between Dallas' appearances in different points of DotSK (1600s, 1800s, 80s, etc.), showing him dreaming about and planning for all the riches and power he hopes to have. The final scene would be him during the Undead War, battered, anguished, and surrounded by ruins, yet singing to the sky about how he still deserves everything he desires. Fitting for a prick like that if you ask me.
