Hello All,

My landlord is on vacation and he isn't replying to my texts or phone calls, I am worried because the 3 month notice for my contract is over.

Is there some contract I need to renew or pay something? Or is this automatic? I don't deal with a real estate and I deal with him directly. I want to continue living here and the 3 month notice period is on the 23rd of March.

Wasting my younger years here...

Being 25 here and realizing I would be much better off somewhere else has been making me feel down.

I had some friends come over who are my age and they realized as well how draining this city can be for someone at that age. Everything is overpriced when you don't earn enough at this tender age. I can't afford to go out clubbing every weekend and alcohol is way too expensive.

I can't form good friendships here , everybody is to their own and lack emotional intelligence.

There's hardly any women around the age group of 25 most of them are much older in their late 20's or 30's or 40's.

I don't have a driving licence because I keep failing in Sharjah for no reason. So relying on Taxi's are too expensive.

I am just waiting to finish my university course and GTFO out of here.

I feel at 25 I should be meeting more girls and having better connections and conversations, building better frienships with guys and developing my social skills but they are lacking , I have tried meetups and other websites but it's most older people which I don't mind but they are just boring after a while.

I feel this place is for someone in their late 30's or 40's and provided with all the company benefits or complete package.
