#Onatim AU

So years and years ago, just after the release of the first movie, I made a sequel that is now an AU.

Basically, there's a space of unclaimed land between Auradon and Agrabah. In my mind, Agrabah, Atlantis, Antlantica, Arendel and China didn't join the giant mish-mash of kingdoms but did have treaties with them. Some of it was geography, some of it was the wildly different cultures, and part of it is that they think it would be unwise to yield everything to one power. Plus China is a Theocratic government in that the Emperor is the only one with the divine right to rule-

Anyway.

The kids want to get everyone else off of the Isle but are basically told that that's never gonna happen. "Let's wait and see." Pretty much the approach the movies took.

So I had the kids travel to different kingdoms or countries to gain allies. Everyone does eventually get together and with the threat of King Triton just poking a hole in the barrier with his Trident, Auradon agrees to let the kids go. But they give them a land they think is so inhospitable that they'll come running to them to grovel for aid.

The land is so much better than the Isle. No one has to fight over resources anymore.

Jay takes one look at the place and asks Queen Kida if her language has a word for paradise. They call it Onatim.

Evie is named Queen of Onatim, Mal is her right hand and she and Ben are dating long distance, and they start teaching the other VKs how to live instead of survive. Each of the core four have about twenty other kids that they're reasonable for.

So I accidentally committed myself to making eighty OCs. They wouldn't feature a ton in the story aside from highlighting traits of the core four or being a catalyst for change in them.

Hopefully the backgrounds give you a clue as to which villain or lacky is their parent. With the hook, that just means they're the kid of someone on Hook's crew.

The spots are for Horace and Jasper's kids and Diego I think it's Cruella's cousin's kid? Again this was before the later movies and I vaguely heard that he was in the book.
